The owner of the hotel speaks English, very well. recommends places to visit, restaurants, coffee shops, and arranges a car from Wanfenglin to Guiyang for only 170 yuan per person. The breakfast is very delicious, the noodles are soft and tasty. The accommodation is very good. We very happy the hotel over 5 stars .the dog and cat very lovely

Me and my girlfriend got picked up at Congjiang train station which was very convenient. Right from the start the owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located at the back of the village next to a field where they grow rapeseed flowers and rice during the year. For us the location was perfect as it is very peaceful and quiet but simultaneously litterally a few steps away from the beautiful vibrant little village. The room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view on the field. The interior is very well matched and has great facilities. There was even a small laundry machine so we could do some laundry ourselves. So far during our travels in China, this stay was the best we had! There is a very stylish and cute coffee/restaurant located on the first floor of the building. This is also where you will have a delicious breakfast and where Ni Li and her sister will greet you with a smile every time you walk by. Ni Li, her husband Tao Mingqing, her sister and brother played a crucial part during our stay as after the first night my wife got very sick due to an infection and barely left the room during our stay. The second night I got foodpoisoning which made the situation even worse. (Not from the hotel!). We ended up extending our stay due to her condition. Luckily Li's English is very good so that helped us a lot in navigating the medical difficulties. We were extremely lucky to be staying with Li and her family as they took care of us like we were their own family. Preparing custom meals and dinner tailored to our needs every single day, preparing us tea, calling the local doctors and translating and taking us to the local hospital back and forth multiple times. We were there during the Qingming festival so no cars were allowed in the village which made it more difficult to reach the hospital. This didn't stop Tao Mingqing as he took us to the local hospital several times on the motorbike, one by one! The last time I even forgot a bag and he even went back to get it for me! He truly is a legend. Fortunately, my recovery was fairly quickly so I had the chance to explore the village a little by myself and spend time with Li and Ming while staying close to the room for my girlfriend. On day 4 my girlfriend's fever was coming down and she improved a little. Li and Ming invited us to have tea with them. Ming showed me his vast collection of tea and made sure to prepare the best tea suitable for our condition. The tea was truly amazing and he ended up filling a big bag with different kinds of teas as a gift for us! And that was not it, to make sure we would never forget them and drink tea mindfully the Chinese way when we're back home, they gave us the tea cups we used traditionally decorated with the blue dragon and phoenix. It was a very stressful situation and when we felt at our most fragile, they were there to take care of us, strangers they just met. This says everything about these wonderful people. Even though the illness of my girlfriend and the rough situation, we think back to our stay with a very warm hearth as our special experience forged a bond we'll never forget. We are incredibly lucky to have met Li and her family. We have said thank you to them 100s of times already, but I can't express enough how grateful I am for this people. Thank you for taking care of us like your family!!! ＜3 If you are unsure about staying here, there is truly no reason why you shouldn't! Whatever the situation, Li and her family will do everything they can to improve your stay. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

Abbiamo scelto con cura questa locanda e ha superato ogni aspettativa, è stata davvero fantastica. Anche se il giorno del nostro arrivo l'ingresso più vicino alla locanda era chiuso per lavori di manutenzione nel parco, e abbiamo dovuto usare l'ingresso più lontano, rendendo il viaggio un po' più complicato. Faceva molto caldo e il ragazzo della locanda ci aspettava da tempo al parcheggio, aspettando pazientemente per un bel po', il che ci ha commosso molto. Autobus turistico, navetta panoramica e poi camminata: è stato un bel tour de force, e quella comunicazione del parco ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ma una volta arrivati in camera, con l'intero villaggio Miao che si apriva davanti ai nostri occhi, tutta la fatica e il leggero risentimento sono svaniti all'istante. La locanda si trova proprio accanto al punto panoramico, si prende un piccolo sentiero per raggiungerla. Abbiamo scelto una stanza ai piani alti e la vista dal balcone era la stessa del punto panoramico, assolutamente mozzafiato. La stanza non era molto alta, ma era estremamente pulita ed elegante, e i prodotti da bagno erano di ottima qualità, il dentifricio era di Yunnan Baiyao. Appena arrivati in locanda, ci hanno offerto un tè pomeridiano. La sera, seduti sul balcone, ammirando il paesaggio e chiacchierando, mettendo da parte la commercializzazione, il villaggio Miao è davvero molto bello. Anche la colazione era buona, una porzione individuale molto rinfrescante. Dopo colazione, il tempo si è schiarito e fare una passeggiata dal sentiero accanto alla locanda fino al fiume ai piedi della montagna è stata un'ottima esperienza, per poi tornare indietro in auto. Il servizio della locanda è eccellente. Abbiamo notato un piccolo difetto nella stanza e l'abbiamo menzionato casualmente alla reception. Con nostra sorpresa, ci hanno offerto del caffè come scusa, il che mi ha fatto sentire un po' in imbarazzo.

L'hotel è proprio dall'altra parte dell'aeroporto. Dopo il cammino della nostra famiglia sono arrivati all'hotel per qualche minuto. Il hall ha un panino.C'è un posto per bere caffè al primo piano dell'hotel, e c'è un po'di pane in vendita. Belinda, il personale, è una bambina molto entusiasta, guarda che abbiamo portato i bambini a prendere il bagno per i bambini. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Viviamo in questo posto che possiamo vedere all'aeroporto. I bambini amano guardare l'aereo vicino alla finestra. La notte non è un po'di dormire, e'molto buona un'esperienza di soggiorno.

What I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.  The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles. The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel. I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.  There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’. I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back. The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people . The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.  In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I capelli cadranno quando mio marito si asciugherà dopo aver fatto la doccia? Quindi ho scelto il mio asciugamano da bagno usa e getta! La porta del bagno non si chiude ermeticamente e il soffione della doccia oscilla da un lato all'altro! La stanza 211 deve essere riparata! Servizio: la signora che mi ha fatto il check-in mi ha aiutato a migliorare la mia stanza! Grazie mille! Quando siamo partiti, la governante Xiaoman è stata molto disponibile nel portare i bagagli e nel controllare la carta. Nel complesso, tutte le donne delle pulizie sono state molto gentili. Hanno risposto a tutte le domande con entusiasmo e complimenti! Altamente raccomandato!

I booked this hotel as I had read good reviews. Indeed this B&B is impressive. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. There is even a bathtub next to the window with a view. You will need to contact the hotel owner prior to arrival at the village so that a porter will meet you at No. 6 风雨桥, which is located about 100 meters where the shuttle bus drop you at the entrance to the village. You will not be able to find your way to the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is rather hidden away. The two young chaps who picked us were extremely polite, cheerful and eager to serve. They carried our luggages where we walked to reach the station of a golf cart type of vehicle. You board the vehicle and alight at the first stop up the mountain (see picture 6). The simple breakfast fare of home-cooked noodle soup with minced pork, hard boiled egg, sweet corn and sweet potato was delicious. The soup base looked bland but it was very tasty. The location of this B&B is superb as you can walk down the slope to reach the village center in 10 minutes. Tip: we took the golf cart vehicle and travelled uphill and alighted at the end (Pastoral Sightseeing area) where there is roundabout for the vehicle to loop back to the terminal. It is recommended to alight here where you will see beautiful vast green pastures and lotus flowers were in bloom. You can then wait for the sightseeing bus (your entrance ticket would cover four sightseeing bus trips) at the opposite platform and it will bring you to the top viewing platform to see the whole village lighted up in the evening. To return to the hotel, you then take the sightseing bus back to the Pastoral Sightseeing area. From here you wait for the golf cart vehicle to transfer you back to the hotel. How I wish someone had posted these information on this Trip.com review platform as it was a bit confusing on how to take the different vehicles in the mountain. Lastly, thank you to the owner of this B&B for making our trip a memorable one.

Il design dell'hotel e le camere, la luce sono tutti confortevoli. Tuttavia, il personale ..... Abbiamo prenotazioni per 3 camere, tuttavia, al check-in, ci sono state date solo carte per 2 camere.e dopo la correzione, doveva aspettare la chiave della 3a camera ... A cena, le noodles di zuppa di carne sono arrivate un'ora dopo l'ordine, con quasi nessuna zuppa, ma un enorme bollo di noodles secche, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di aggiungere la zuppa ... Abbiamo menzionato tutti questi commenti al manager al momento del pagamento, e il manager ha detto solo che ha notato. E dopo 5 secondi quando abbiamo lasciato lei ha portato fuori un biscotto di formaggio per noi ... Pensavamo che i dessert fossero venduti .... ? In terzo luogo, ci siamo uniti e abbiamo chiesto alla ricezione dell'hotel di prenotare il nostro prossimo soggiorno con Sheraton a Guiyang, ma al nostro orrore dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail che dice che 3 camere in questo hotel huangguishu è prenotato invece. Abbiamo già pagato. Ora siamo ancora in viaggio e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'hotel e chiedere loro di cancellare la prenotazione sbagliata. Anche se sul telefono hanno detto che avrebbero, (non ci scusano per il resto), non riceveremo ancora una conferma sulla cancellazione della prenotazione sbagliata ... Quindi dobbiamo ancora usare telefono a lunga distanza per arrivare a questo hotel di nuovo oggi. La sala colazione e le scelte alimentari sono eccellenti. La maggior parte del personale lavora duro. Tuttavia, tutte le acque calde (l'acqua di limone due bottiglie d'acqua calda) sono state lasciate vuote senza topi nonostante le richieste. Getting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea . I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference. The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough. The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated. Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!
