A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

The place is on TOP of a hill which means the views of the ocean are stunning, no doubt Personal in the hotel is very kind and professional. They speak English and Turkish. Breakfast is an extra (400 TL per person) and is kind of “buffet” options although they used Nescafé as coffee Room is very big (more like an apartment) and very clean with balcony and window and in the salon there’s a couch and it can be converted in a single bed 500 ml water and powder coffee as an amenity the first day Contras On top of a hill means you have to go up 20% inclination streets and reaching the place out of breath after 18 min climbing up (or take a taxi per 300 TL each way) although there’s a dolmus (mini bus) passing by I wouldn’t be able to reach one nor one of the days Water in the hotel is de-salt water which makes no possible to use it other than shower Internet is very weak and unstable (if you’re a nomad worker or use your laptop/phone as a tool this is not your place. It took me ages to upload videos (one while night and part of the morning) to be able to do that as the connection breakdown every 20/30 minutes

We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer. The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here. The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot. There two things could be better though: * Breakfast, the options are a bit limited. * Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead. In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

La camera è grande con grande bagno, design moderno e mobili. Il grande balcone ha una splendida vista su Kuşadası e la baia. Super pulito con te e caffè e frigorifero. TV ha notizie del mondo della TV turca in inglese. Il colazione è incredibile in qualità e quantità, stile buffet con gioielli a casa e burro locale. Questo è un hotel di famiglia con il personale più amichevole. Nessun problema è troppo per loro. Stavo per rimanere a marzo, quindi non ho potuto usare la piscina. Il parcheggio è gratuito e si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla città. Molto raccomandato.

Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel durante Eid al-Adha.Abbiamo fatto la nostra prenotazione attraverso Trip.com, ma quando siamo arrivati, sembrava che la nostra prenotazione non fosse mostrata nel sistema dell'hotel. Credo che l'agenzia intermedia abbia dimenticato di trasmettere la prenotazione all'hotel, nonostante ciò, il personale di ricezione ci ha aiutato estremamente utile durante tutto il processo. Grazie al loro sostegno, siamo riusciti a controllare e a sistemarci nella nostra stanza senza alcun problema. In primo luogo, l'hotel era molto pulito e le camere erano spaziose. Il colazione era servito al quinto piano in un ambiente luminoso e confortevole, che ha fatto per una piacevole esperienza di mangiare. Il piatto di frutta fornito nella stanza era anche un bel toccamento. ☺️ La posizione è molto centrale, con un Starbucks a destra, così come molti mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Quando torneremo, sicuramente sceglieremo questo hotel di nuovo.

Отель будет удобен прежде всего для путешественников на автомашине.Рядом есть кафе и небольшие лавки В номере есть все необходимое -холодильник, фен, телевизор, балкон. Завтрак был стандартным для турецких отелей данной ценовой категории : не очень разнообразно, но все свежее. Машину припарковали рядом с отелем без особых проблем.

Le camere sono progettate con un'ottima comodità e una vista scenica, la maggior parte degli alloggi offre accesso diretto alla piscina o una vista marina stupenda, che garantisce un soggiorno memorabile e pittoresco. Il personale, dalla ricezione ai campanelli e ai valet, è eccezionalmente amichevole e attento, creando un'atmosfera calda in tutta la proprietà. Anche il personale di sicurezza alla porta frontale è molto bello e accogliente, aggiungendo al senso di conforto e ospitezza dal momento in cui arrivate.

La prenotazione di questo hotel mi ha sorpreso. Anche se le strutture sono più vecchie, ma il paesaggio esterno è insufficiente. La stanza è molto bagnata e molto buona 👍. Le strutture sono ancora buone.Dall'altra parte dell'hotel è un ristorante turco molto autentico fino a tardi. Il colazione può essere goduto sul palco. Quando il gatto è venuto a mangiare, voglio davvero rimanere due giorni di più.

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively. Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

Отличное расположение, до Ladies beach пешком минут 15, сбоку от шумного центра города. Отель красивый и чистый, все как на фото, вкусные завтраки. Нам все очень понравилось, единственное - было бы хорошо, если к завтракам добавили побольше напитков, а то там только чай и вода
