Family’s Most Favourite Hotel in the UK – Unforgettable Staycation Moments Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Il primo hotel di questa visita in Inghilterra, vicino alla piccola città di Egham, è un villaggio di vacanze. Ci sono ancora molte persone che vivono. La nostra stanza è molto magica. All'interno dell'hotel, prendo il camion e cammino e cammino e non è finito. È molto insensato. La struttura della stanza è buona, molto elegante.Ma il macchinista non può lavarsi l'acqua, ma sopporta per una notte.La colazione dell'hotel è buona.Il pane di macchinista è caldo, e la pelle è tagliata per un po', che è il migliore sacchetto di macchinista che abbia mangiato nel Regno Unito.

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

I have stayed here for work before but this time I booked for myself and my Husband for an overnight stay. This hotel is lovely, the room was beautiful, overlooked the vast gardens. Everywhere was nice and clean and the added bonus of the swimming pool and outdoor hot-tub was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

In generale, sono lieto di dire che Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa si è rimborsato più che in me stesso. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una camminata rilassante con servizio di top-notch. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)

Hotel carino, buona stanza di dimensioni, bello e pulito, sicuramente visitare di nuovo.

Era lì per la laurea di mio figlio. Un bel hotel con una grande e confortevole stanza e una splendida vista. Abbiamo visto un cucciolo dalla nostra stanza! Questo era un bel toccamento al soggiorno!! Un po' lontano dal centro della città, ma se non si sente a prendere l'autobus e vedere Guildford un po' più, allora il punto più. C'è un grande Tesco in fondo alla strada che era conveniente. Il personale era così piacevole e utile! In tutto abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto felice e stress free at Holiday Inn Guildford. Tq.
