RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. They were always smiling and greeting us, no matter what time it is.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The gym, sauna and swimming pool were working well. The gym has good machines.
Housekeeping was awesome and catered to all my requests.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep.
We had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of variety.
The location was not too bad —walking distance to a mall, restaurants and shops.
There was a shuttle bus service to the beach and we took it.
The reception staff also helped us with taxi service to JB town and were very helpful with our queries about Desaru.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

SsyrmnIl nostro soggiorno generale era buono. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di controllare in un'ora prima e abbiamo ricevuto una bella stanza. Il distributore d'acqua fuori dall'hotel era anche un conveniente contatto per l'acqua potabile pulita.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi settori che potevano essere migliorati; il frigo nella stanza non funzionava; ma la stanza era destinata a tre persone, ma solo due asciugamani erano disponibili. La TV è venuta con Netflix, ma era lenta, e la connessione Wi-Fi era completamente infidata. Il condizionamento d'aria era estremamente freddo anche quando abbiamo switchato fuori, la stanza era ancora molto fredda.
Da parte positiva, siamo stati impressionati con l'attrezzatura di giochi, e ci sono state la comodità del tennis da tavola e la tavola da piscina. La piscina era benvenuta, ma non c'erano asciugamani, quindi gli ospiti dovrebbero essere ricordati di portare i loro.
Un altro punto di attenzione è stato la convenienza di avere il centro commerciale sotto l'hotel, offrendo servizi di massaggio, salone per capelli, pedicure e manicure, opzioni di shopping, e anche un parco indoor per bambini e Go karting. Tuttavia, le scelte alimentari erano limitate e il malam passato lunedì non era molto amico delle halal, ma anche la zona di lobby era occupata e piena di persone.
In generale, mentre le strutture intorno all'hotel erano comode e piacevoli, l'esperienza in camera potrebbe certamente essere migliorata.

NNova XuOur family of 5 (3adults and 2 seniors) stayed for 2 nights at Sands & Sandals Desaru during June school holiday. The room charges are affordable as other hotels were so expensive. The room size is very big and they gave us connecting room. The beach is just in front of the hotel and you can see beautiful sunrise in the morning.

ZZooie85The location of the hotel is indeed a plus factor . The check in process was swift and the staff are friendly and helpful .
The hotel room seem abit old with the water heater not able to discharge hot water . There is also insufficient of wall plug socket and the noise output from the air conditioner and for some time will feel the room very warming though there is no change in the temperature and was set at very low degree celsius .
The wifi connection is not strong and will experience been cut off and need to sign in again, so best is to subscribe to own data roaming or buy local sim card .
The gym facilities and equipment is just very basic and try to visit when no people if not might need to spend time waiting for available equipment fitness to use .

KKakjaibooked as a leisure while attend our bestfriend wedding at setia tropika, but we had an accident within 30mins to arrive at the hotel. kami sangat berterima kasih kepada cik apple, kerana keikhlasan dan empati yang ada pada cik apple. kami sampai agak awal dari eta sepatutnya, saya clueless sebab suami di highway tunggu insurans company untuk uruskan kenderaan kami, saya dan anak dihantar ke hotel oleh strangers. saya cuba nasib tanya cik apple, boleh ke kami check in awal .. cik apple semak kekosongan, dan yeay kami dibenarkan untuk naik ke bilik kami lebih awal🥹. dekat situ separuh kerisauan saya dah hilang .. sebab saya risaukan baby saya.. group of our friends datang and make it a bit ”kecoh” 🤣, saya beritahu kepada cik ”lelaki” maaf yaa bising sikit .. cik ”lelaki” tuh cakap tak mengapa ni masih terkawal😂😂😂. btw saya lupa laa nama cik”lelaki” ni, saya terpaksa extend lagi 1 malam sebab kawan kawan saya tak kami balik ke kl dengn public transport. cik”lelaki” ni uruskan hal hal saya dengan sangat cekap. terima kasih saya ucapkan, actually semua staff polite! tak kedekut dengan senyumannnn, tak JUDGY, tak buat kami rasa janggal. heeee, goodjob jugak untuk housekeeping dan BOH staff fr the goodfood🥰

UUtente anonimoLocated at the beachfront. Just get out of hotel and the beach is in front of you! It was a fantastic view of the beach from our room. In fact all rooms have a view of the beach.
Just next door (part of hotel premises?) is a great seafood restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices.
Staff were very friendly from the security guard post to doorman to front desk. Every staff we met greeted us :)
Breakfast was a big variety of items.
Only problem was the room toilet - it stank. Seems they did not clean it for several days. Hope the management looks into it. Otherwise it was a really enjoyable stay!

UUtente anonimoRoom is old classic style but a major renovation is required. Saw a monkey in our block D entrance area, then there is a big insect lying on the living room curtain after we check in. I got bitten by the insect when try to catch it and my finger start to get painful, the housekeeping staff saw it and immediately call medical team to come and apply some cream on the scar, and the staff told me if it get worse later, he will call reception and arrange transport for me to visit a clinic, which is responsible manner from the hotel. I personally appreciate it.
The good side is the hotel own a huge space which contain a good mix of facilities, even there is a mini zoo near the reception. We kind of like the mini zoo as it’s the first time my daughter saw a goose and parrot. The seafood restaurant serves decent seafood and other dishes. Of course it’s a bit pricey comparing outside.
What we don’t like is the lift location which not every block entrance comes with a lift, only certain location which you need to explore on the map. The floor is confusing also depend on which loft you use, as the ground is not even which will makes your room level differ between different lift. I mean it is my first time encounter such scenario. A bit special. Somehow the hotel room layout remind of my university hostel.
Overall it’s a ok stay for our families.
