La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, andare alle attrazioni è molto conveniente e può camminare.Lo stile di decorazione dell'hotel è elegante e generoso e non perde la moda.Le strutture della camera dell'hotel sono perfette e sono molto adatte alle vacanze.L'hotel offre punti di bagno gratuitamente e molto intime quando si tratta di formalità di soggiorno. La colazione di autobus dell'hotel, eccellente, di grande qualità, e ci sarà un'adeguamento ogni giorno, e ci sarà un senso di freschezza per gli ospiti che vi abitano.In generale, è un buon hotel vacanze, vale la pena raccomandare!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Ho prenotato questo hotel per mia madre.E lei l'amore: il personale era acomodante e cura, grande posizione e delizioso pasto. Molto consigliato

In generale, l'hotel è stato eccellente in tutti gli aspetti, la stanza, la pulizia, il servizio e la posizione erano tutti eccellenti. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza nel ristorante durante la nostra prima visita è stata deludente. Nonostante la conferma della prenotazione, l'ospite insisteva sul sedere a noi sul tavolo finale, affermando che tutte le altre tavole erano state prenotate e già scelte da altri ospiti. Dopo aver rifiutato la tavola, finalmente ha accettato di sederci su una tavola un po' migliore. E' sorprendente che dopo la cena, il ristorante sia rimasto in gran parte vuoto, il che ha confuso la giustificazione iniziale e ci ha resi incomodi. L'interazione si è rivelata inconcepibile e, purtroppo, è stata discriminatoria. Oltre a questo incidente, tutto il resto sull'hotel è stato davvero eccellente.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

L'hotel è situato nel centro di una zona turistica con molte opzioni di ristoranti e caffè. L'interno e la stanza erano fantastiche. Le bandiere di tempo limitate se l'iscrizione e l'uscita potrebbero essere scomode per alcuni, ma siamo arrivati e lasciati durante il giorno, quindi non è stato un problema per noi. Il colazione era anche molto delizioso, anche se il servizio era un po' incoerente (il menu era fornito il primo giorno ma non il secondo giorno e la scelta limitata). In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon tempo e ci piacerebbe rimanere di nuovo qui.

La mia ragazza ha appena iniziato a lavorare a Cheb, quindi ho prenotato questo hotel per visitarla. Ci siamo stati nella camera 12. La camera era bella e molto spaziosa con un divano angolare. L'hotel è fantastico e proprio nel centro della vecchia città. Prenoterò questo hotel regolarmente e lo consiglierei a chiunque altro che vorrebbe visitare questa stupenda piccola città

Uno dei migliori hotel è lussuoso con spa. Il ricco colazione e cena sono offerti con un prezzo molto incredibile e conveniente. I ricevitori sono molto amici. La posizione è super conveniente. Molto raccomandato!

Il personale della ricetta dell'hotel termale è molto professionale. È disposto a aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Quando si registra, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni. Quando si trova, ho trovato l'originale bagno a caldo gratuito per due ore. Più di due ore da pagare. Diversamente da quello che si trovava nella prenotazione, l'originale bagno a caldo gratuito è illimitato! Il posto di ruggine è sul retro della metà della montagna, dove passo attraverso il primo piano. Ho fermato le scale per la prima volta, davvero! Più tardi, ho scoperto che c'era un ascensore, c'era un sedile in testa, molto comodo, come se fosse un carro montagna, ma non c'era una finestra, non potevo vedere il panorama esterno, la calda calda e la piscina all'esterno sulla metà della montagna erano molto buoni, si può vedere il panorama vicino, il caldo aveva lo stesso telaio, si può cadere in piedi, La piscina ha massaggio idrico e così via, l'ora di apertura fino alle 11:00, c'è abbastanza tempo per giocare e riposare!La piscina idrica calda e la piscina idrica massaggio sono molto buone e possono essere utilizzate gratuitamente e infinitamente.La camera è completa, c'è terrazza, la colazione auto-assistenza è molto ricco e delizioso!
