Reservato attraverso trip.com e l'hotel ha in qualche modo cancellato la carta usata da Trip per prenotare e caricato la mia carta... Li ho catturati la prima volta che mi accingeva quando ha cercato di caricarmi e la ha pulita... ha detto che solo 50 dollari andrebbero sulla mia carta per incidenti ...che ha fatto, ma poi ancora la mattina dopo, quando mi sono verificato, ho guardato il mio conto e mi hanno fatto pagare completamente di nuovo per la stanza... Sono stati 4 giorni e la prigione non è ancora caduta... Questo è troppo denaro da prendere dalla gente in errore per loro di aspettare giorni per tornare... certamente non sono felici di questo e non ritornerà.

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Vieni qui per vivere in questo hotel, la reception è familiare e molto amichevole.Il tipico hotel americano, con un cappello, c'è un piccolo aeroporto vicino, la stanza può vedere un piccolo aereo a basso spazio.Il cielo è molto blu.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

Quando si controlla che nessuno era sul desktop e il telefono li chiamava dose non funziona bene, si deve premere per rilasciare il pulsante per ottenere un tono di chiamata (deve essere sostituito). Abbiamo fatto un check-in alle 10:30.Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, e abbiamo bisogno di un'altra notte, e abbiamo fatto sapere alla persona di audit notturno, così ci hanno svegliato la mattina e mi ha detto che non poteva farlo, i computer erano sbagliati. Dovevo dirgli sì, so che la tua revisione di gestione, lascia un biglietto, così non si sveglia e io tornerò a noleggiare un'altra notte domani mattina! La mattina dopo, uno stesso che ci ha controllato, in piedi al desk, insegnando sul suo telefono e poi ha cercato di fare una chiamata, mentre sto in piedi e aspettavo! e poi guardarmi disgustato come se la interrotti e il suo amico che era in piedi lì! Gli disse che avevo bisogno di un'altra notte perché mia figlia aveva appena il primo bambino di Anni, nessuna felicità, buon mattino o speranza che tu divertissi il tuo soggiorno. La mattina seguente siamo alzati alla fine del tempo del colazione e non avevano iniziato a pulire la zona di cena, quindi abbiamo preso un po' di cibo caldo che era lasciato con il nostro caffè, e la persona da tavolo subito snords colazione è fatta! Sì, lo so e so anche che le cose vengono gettate via che non sono usate e io sono andato via.
Lavoravo in un motel per sette anni, amavo il mio lavoro e la gente che rimase, e siamo stati al desk appena entravi, anche se da quel giorno lavoravamo al lavandino. E se qualcuno si è messo a mangiare l'ultima miniera, siamo felici di aiutarli e di ottenere qualcosa se è andato via, ho lavorato per cambiare e tenere la casa nel mio tempo. Siamo stati li' per aiutare le persone e rendere il loro soggiorno piacevole e un buono, così si fa tornare le persone!

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

UUtente ospiteI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

C'era anche una conferenza sportiva in corso, quindi tutti gli hotel erano molto preziosi, tra cui Cobblestone. Una volta superato lo shock dei prezzi, abbiamo goduto molto dell'hotel. Era nuovo, così pulito, e i letti erano molto comodi. Avevamo una stanza con 2 letti regina, più un'altra zona con un divano sezionario e un'altra TV. Credo che qualsiasi gruppo con bambini piccoli avrebbe amato quella stanza e i canali televisivi che si occupavano dei bambini! Non capivamo come funzionava la TV a distanza, quindi quando ho chiamato il desk front, una giovane donna molto piacevole è venuta a mostrarci come funzionava. Anche se era meraviglioso, penso che le istruzioni stampate dalla TV avrebbe funzionato e li avrebbe salvati un po' di tempo! Il colazione era buono .... uova in polvere scrambled, ma molte altre voci da andare con esso. C'era un ristorante familiare vicino alla porta, ma era aperto solo per colazione e pranzo. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì!

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a family funeral and the location of the Baymont was perfect. The room was very clean and well furnished. I had to laugh because other members of the family were also staying there and my husband and I were 2 out of 8 who figured out that if you untucked the bed pillow and gave it a slight shake, it turned into a large, soft, comfortable bed pillow! We had a good laugh over that during breakfast. Breakfast was good also. My husband would have preferred some sausage and eggs, but I made sure he got some of that this morning after we got home. I thought there was a very good variety of breakfast items available and when stock ran low, the attendant was right there to restock the coolers, etc. The dining area was kept very clean also, which was very nice to see, indeed.
