Cambogia: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Battambang

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a trovare l'hotel perché la posizione indicata sulla mappa non è corretta. Fortunatamente il nostro autista tuk tuk locale è stato in grado di conversare con la reception e ci ha portato rapidamente in hotel. Da allora abbiamo scritto su Google Maps per aggiornare la posizione dell'hotel. L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo, le camere sono molto pulite e il soggiorno è stato piacevole. L'hotel è l'edificio più alto nelle vicinanze e dispone di una piscina a sfioro e di un grazioso skybar dove gli ospiti possono bere e godersi la musica fornita da un DJ e un cantante dal vivo. Il servizio è davvero buono, la cameriera ha fatto di tutto per soddisfare la nostra richiesta e tutto il personale di servizio è stato molto gentile. La colazione era abbastanza buona, ci è piaciuto moltissimo.

Lovely hotel consisting of a few 2 floor buildings within wild garden and water features. Staff were great and helpful. The food was excellent with a choice of western or Khmer cuisine. The room was large, welcoming and tastefully furnished with good shower/toilet facilities. I would definitely return if the opportunity arose

The amenities correspond to the description. absolutely clean. But I didn't like the attitude of the staff towards the guests. Upon arrival, they don’t explain or show anything. During your stay, the staff not only does not say hello, but does not even turn their heads in your direction when you pass by. Such a complete ignore

L'hotel è più un tre stelle che un quattro, ma è stato bello stare qui durante il COVID-19. Ottima piscina e il direttore è stato gentile. Non rispondeva quando abbiamo provato a contattare l'hotel su due numeri e tramite il loro Facebook per organizzare il prelievo gratuito dalla stazione degli autobus, ma è comprensibile. C'è una donna più anziana che fa parte dello staff e l'abbiamo trovata molto lunatica. a parte questo il posto è ok.

Well I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, dafür bietet es aber alles, was man braucht. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, eine gemütliche, einladende Atmosphäre rund um den Pool und ein gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

L'Hotel Seng Hout è stato ampliato in modo significativo e ora ha 2 edifici. La sicurezza è leggermente compromesso, poiché c'è ora una passeggiata all'aperto lungo le finestre di molte camere, con alcune di queste finestre incapace di chiudere completamente - anche se non c'è stato alcun incidente di sicurezza effettivo durante il nostro soggiorno. Le strutture e la pulizia sono minime ma funzionali. Il personale si batte un po' con semplici richieste come la carta da bagno o le maglie supplementari (il maglione è più piccolo del letto, quindi può essere difficile condividere in letti matrimoniali - ma non è disponibile alcuna altra). Tuttavia, funzionale e confortevole soggiorno per il prezzo.

We stayed here a week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much in the immediate vicinity but a short Tuk Tuk ride to the centre. The room next door is only separated by a door and one night we had neighbours that partied late and woke early. Not ideal when you have young kids. The property needs a bit of maintenance as our shower dripped water across the floor flooding the bathroom nightly. In need of a spruce up and probably not worth the money we paid.
