I booked a room from Ctrip, because I had a flight to Larnaca at 10:30 today morning, and it was better to live in one Hotel near London Luton airport, I choose this Hotel on Ctrip website. I took a train in Cardiff to London, than transfered to Luton airport by train. It was a long time to arrive the Hotel around 12 O'clock in the night today. There was a young woman in the receiption. I was harried to go to toilat, and asked her where is the toilat, she said there is no toilat. I am very angry for her reply. I told her I will check in later after I went to toilat. The manager came and show me where toilat is.
Today morning at 7 O'clock, I Check out at the same place, and met the same woman. She said I had bought one Water and one Chocolate wnen I Checked in. Of course I need to pay, how much please? After she Checked and said : 95 Pound. It's crazy: one Water plus one Chocolate cast 95 Pound! I have paid for my room before I arrive!
The same manager came again and check. Than told me 5 Pound I need to pay.
This Hotel belong Mariot Group, I don't know I met such low employee in their Hotel. Very low and stupid. I decide I never live in this Hotel and talk about my experience to my friends.
I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.
È un lavoro straordinariamente ospite! Grazie speciali a Rob, il guidatore/bellman/golf entusiasta, che ha fatto sentire mio figlio e io a casa! Sono persone come Rob e Jack nel negozio di golf che hanno anche il magnifico terreno di questa splendida proprietà.
Il personale di accoglienza amichevole, molto utile, non potevamo arrivare al ristorante principale, così si chiamavano “I conigli” che era sullo stesso sito per assicurarsi di poter ottenere cibo e anche guardare il calcio che era quello che interessava mio figlio. La camera era bella, pulita, confortevole e una bella doccia potente nel bagno. La colazione era buffet, costantemente con cibo fresco. Un ambiente tranquillo sarebbe certamente tornato, ma ci saremmo arrivati in tempo per usare la piscina.
