The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Good. Clean. Food just nice. One thing about this hotel that I dont like is when the staff asked me to write a review before check out and holding my deposit. Its not that I dont like it, but I think customer can choose either they want to write the review or not. I think no need to push the customer and hold the deposit.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno a Grand Jatra. I bambini amano la piscina e il colazione è sorprendente con tutte le opzioni indonesiane e occidentale disponibili. Il personale è molto gentile, amichevole e felice di aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Raccomandiamo molto che sia un ottimo luogo per soggiornare a Pekanbaru.

Stato qui per 3 notti. La stanza è vecchia, molta tintura ovunque, anche se è pulita. La AC era in funzione, e la velocità wi fi è ok. Il colazione è limitata e il gusto è così. La posizione è vicino all'aeroporto, solo 5 minuti. Quando stavo per controllare, ho dovuto scendere a otto piani usando le scale perché l'ascensore non funzionava. I funzionari non hanno alcuna simpatia o almeno dicono scusa, anche se capisco che non sia colpa loro, ma l'empatia è una parte importante della gestione dell'ospitalità.

Ottimo luogo per soggiornare a Pekanbaru. Amichevole e accogliente personale, pulito e non obstruttivo. Arrivato presto mattina a un lobby molto pulito. Haven non ha ancora provato il ristorante ma ha sentito grandi recensioni anche su questo. Vorrei molto consigliare di pianificare di rimanere presto.

I stayed 4 nights at the Grand Zuri. The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me book my ferry to Batam and recommended good places to eat. The breakfast is good with a variety of Indonesian and western food. My room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the city.
