距離最近的餐廳與超市都要步行10分鐘以上，且從車站過來會有很大段的斜坡，不推薦大型行李箱的人居住

The room was small but cosy, though the value didn’t match the price. It was uncomfortably hot despite our attempts to adjust the temperature, affecting our overall comfort. Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. While there were positives, the stay didn’t fully meet expectations.

Questo hotel è davvero un tesoro.Gioca a Matt Hungping di Chermat il giorno, il prezzo dell'hotel vicino è troppo duro, quindi cerca di andare fuori. E'solo sabato, e l'hotel generale è molto costoso. Confrontando la mappa della rotta SBB svizzera, ho trovato la città di Sion e ho visto l'hotel.
La stanza è grande e una famiglia di tre persone è molto comoda.E'molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria. Poi, dopo essere stata familiarizzata, la scatola può essere spinta alla porta della stazione per quattro minuti (la posizione di Trip.com è problematica, lontana, in realtà non è così lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria). Il panorama dopo la finestra di cima è molto bello.La città di Sion è molto comoda. Dopo aver risvegliato al castello, è tornato a raccogliere la casa e andare a letto è molto comodo per il paesaggio.
E'un buon colazione!E'un hotel che mi sorprende piu'di recente!

L'hotel è proprio al contrario della stazione ferroviaria, il trasporto è conveniente.La struttura è semplice e pulita nella stanza.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio di Taiqi è gentile.In generale, il rapporto di prezzo è buono, vale la pena raccomandare.

In generale, l'hotel era un po' fuori dal centro della città di Sion, ma non c'era niente da lamentarsi. Non abbiamo avuto colazione lì, quindi non posso dire nulla di questo.
La stanza era pulita, un po' piccola, ma con abbastanza attrezzatura. Il servizio era anche buono, anche se non avevamo troppe interazioni con i dipendenti.

UUtente ospiteRimase in un letto di 8 letti che era diverso da altri letti di tipo bunker. I letti erano tutti in giardino l'uno con l'altro. Se la stanza fosse stata piena, potrebbe essere stato interessante, Visualizza dalla finestra di camera al piano di sotto era sublime. Il colazione era molto buono. Oh e non potevo lavorare a chiave, anche se mi piaceva il mio soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteIl paesaggio della stanza è molto bello. È possibile vedere Matt Hung. Seduto nel ristorante, è anche possibile vedere. È molto buono hotel paesaggistico e cibo in generale.Siamo particolarmente fortunati a vedere Matt Hung in sezioni diverse. Guardando il Monte Hung, non c'è alcuna immaginazione. L'hotel è in una montagna alta di circa 27700 metri sul mare, con una selezione di reazioni al pianoforte. Dopo aver preso il treno per la stazione, puoi contattare l'hotel per aiutare a prendere il bagaglio in anticipo, perché c'è una collina, se c'è più bagaglio, non è conveniente prendere il bagaglio, soprattutto quando c'è molto neve.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception set the tone with her exceptional friendliness and patience, making me feel instantly at home. I had a similar experience with the staff on the night shift.
The hotel’s location is a standout feature. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the supermarket and a 5-minute stroll to the main street, where you’ll find a variety of shops and restaurants. For nature enthusiasts, the iconic Matterhorn viewpoint is a mere 20-minute walk (and climb) away.
The room was a cozy haven, perfectly insulated from the cold without ever feeling stuffy. I especially appreciated the heated shower rack, which kept my towel warm – a small but thoughtful touch. However, the bathroom is on the smaller side, which might be a tight fit for taller individuals.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. While simple, the variety offered made it feel sumptuous. The yoghurt stood out, and the availability of fresh fruits added a refreshing touch.
Being an older establishment, you might notice the occasional sound of water running through the pipes or the mechanical hum of the lift – a minor trade-off for the hotel’s character and charm.
Despite these quirks, Hotel Parnass has won me over. It’s an easy choice for a return visit to Zermatt, offering a warm, well-located, and comfortable stay.

CChiaoThe hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning.
Suggestion to the hotel:
1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite.
2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same.
3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

TTAEYING SPECIALISTStaying at Hotel Alpenblick in Zeneggen was one of the most peaceful and heartfelt parts of my entire Swiss trip.
The hotel is located high up in the mountains, at around 1,370 meters above sea level, surrounded by pure nature and breathtaking alpine views. While the public transport is understandably limited due to the remote location, once you arrive, you’ll understand why it’s worth it.
The atmosphere is quiet, calming, and deeply rejuvenating. It’s the kind of place where you truly slow down and feel present. The staff were exceptionally kind and caring—they made me feel like part of their family, not just a guest. I’m especially grateful for how much they helped me during my stay.
The hotel’s interior is decorated with charming European touches that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a living art piece—cozy, elegant, and full of character. Breakfast was absolutely top-notch, with a rich and thoughtful spread every morning.
Of course, being in such close contact with nature means there might be a few insects and there’s no air conditioning—but for anyone who appreciates fresh mountain air and the natural world, this place is perfect.
Highly recommended for nature lovers, artists, or anyone needing a quiet mountain escape. I’m truly thankful to the entire team at Alpenblick for creating such a special experience.

SStellakwansyStaying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for.
The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences.
I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

UUtente ospiteI wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Bistrols from Dec 16 to Dec 17.
During my stay, I experienced an incident that left me quite unsettled. Around 20 mins after my check-in to the hotel, another group of tourists (think was a couple) was able to use hotel access card to access my room, we, both parties are shocked and super embarrassed. This situation raised significant concerns about the security protocols in place at the hotel. As a guest, I expect a certain level of safety. If the room was accidentally opened without my presence, I am not sure whether my belongings are going to disappear, this situation made me had just a light sleep throughout the whole stay.
The lack of adequate security measures not only compromised my sense of safety but also made me question the overall management of the hotel. In an age where guest security is paramount, I believe that Hotel Bistrols should prioritize ensuring that all rooms are properly secured and that guests feel safe throughout their stay.
A point to add is that the receptionist has poor attitude towards her service. The whole experience which I would not consider to give this hotel another try in future.
I hope that the hotel will take my concerns seriously and address these issues for future guests.

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

UUtente ospiteIl Matterhornlodge si trova a circa 5-10 min a piedi dalla stazione Zermatt.
Siamo arrivati alle 1:00 e siamo stati informati che il check-in era solo alle 2:00, quindi siamo andati a pranzo e siamo tornati alle 2.30pm. Ci siamo salutati da Ruth, la proprietaria dell'hotel, che ci ha fornito un'ampia informazione sulle regole e sulle politiche della casa. Ruth era molto calda, amichevole e affascinante; era molto inclinata a visitare e era felice di scoprire di più dove siamo venuti e di cosa avevamo intenzione di fare. Ruth ci ha anche dato delle raccomandazioni per Bern quando le abbiamo detto che andavamo lì lì prossimo.
Anche se l'hotel è stato dichiarato di essere 4 stelle, siamo stati molto impressionati dalla stanza e dalle strutture. Il bagno è stato dotato di un bidet e le toilette fornite erano di buona qualità. La stanza era anche molto spaziosa con abbastanza spazio per aprire 2 bagagli. Le tute e i vestiti erano spesso, caldi e fluffosi.
Il colazione fornito al mattino era anche molto buono con una selezione decente di pane, tagli freddi, formaggio e uova.
Al checkout, Ruth ci ha anche dato un viaggio complimentare alla stazione ferroviaria nel suo veicolo elettrico.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Matterhornlodge e siamo stati molto impressionati dall’ospitalità di Ruth.
