The hotel was absolutely perfect and ideally located, making it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide range of choices to satisfy every taste. It was a fantastic start to each day! The staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, and they ensured that our room was cleaned daily, keeping it spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was that the hotel was connected to a shopping mall, which added an extra level of convenience and luxury to our stay. I highly recommend visiting the bakery and trying the delicious pastries and cakes—they were amazing! We definitely got more than we expected for the price, and it made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

Super clean room, conveniently located near Inya Lake, breakfast is beyond gorgeous and I got overwhelmed by the variety and the superb taste. One thing I liked very much is that the clerks are enjoying their job as well as happily serving the guests.

Had the most amazing experience at Novotel Yangon Max! Rooms were quite comfortable and I must note, I felt very safe staying here for anyone who may be worried about visiting. Staff here truly made my stay in Yangon incredible. Super nice people and I have to shoutout housekeeping as they did a phenomenal job, organizing my toiletries, folding my clothes, they were so great. And then there's the breakfast buffet! It was so good, with such a wide spread of options and I absolutely loved the view of the city from the 5th floor while eating every morning! I 100% would stay here again and highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte, davvero amare questo bel hotel ospite molto. Uno dei miei luoghi preferiti a Yangon per soggiornare per il tempo libero e per l'attività. Gym ha aggiornato le attrezzature per l'allenamento anche (molto bello). La struttura è molto attenta e professionale, ma è molto vecchia, glamorosa e confortevole.

Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles.
Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items.
I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

Durante il soggiorno, l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel mi ha lasciato una profonda impressione. Sia che la ricezione sia il servizio della camera sono molto buoni. La stanza è molto progettata. Molte cose intelligenti sono anche dotate di frigorifero, la disposizione dello spazio è buona, i prodotti a letto sono molto comodi, l'ambiente è anche molto tranquillo, molto adatto per il riposo; Ci sono molti tipi di colazione, i cuochi sono cinesi, e le cose che fanno sono buone e deliziose e sono molto conformi al mio gusto.La sala fitness dell'hotel, la piscina, il spa, ogni struttura del bar mi fa sentire molto soddisfatto.Principalmente il prezzo è anche molto ragionevole, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto e vale la pena raccomandare.

XXUIf you're looking for a comfortable and affordable stay near airport in Yangon, Myanmar, I highly recommend this hotel. My recent stay at this hotel was an enjoyable one and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
The location of the hotel is excellent - it's situated near the airport, and the rooms are cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities provided, including the comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and hot shower.
The hotel staff were friendly, professional and always ready to assist with any requests or queries I had. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were always available to help with luggage and transportation arrangements.
One thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the breakfast buffet - it was simple, and delicious
This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangon.

IIsfp-Solo TravelerEverything was good👌👌👌😍💙…The only downside was that you might feel too lazy to go out or sightsee because the hotel room was very comfortable, and it was extremely hot outside😅 —- You could just stay in your room, enjoy the view, go for a swim, or have a spa day….
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and they even changed some of the dishes the next day. My favorite was the sauna—it was really good. I also loved the hot shower, as it didn’t turn cold even after being on for a long time😍
The massages were great, and the prices were reasonable…. The staff were very helpful and kind…. There were occasional power interruptions, but they only lasted a few seconds since the hotel’s backup power kicked in immediately…
+ Although it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, you can take a Grab—it’s affordable and the best option since it gets really hot during the day….

UUtente ospiteGood old hotel with antique atmosphere and courteous service, I liked the room but got dissaponted that the bedsheets and towels are too old and not clean, and it has some more caveats.
The hotel is situated inward corner from the main street and need to call taxi every time just to get out, which is annoying if you want to go around the nearby area. Inside the hotel building there's one convenient store but the front desk never mentioned that and couldn't find it on the day of arrival. The biggest problem is there are so many noisy and dangerous street dogs nearby the hotel and they are barking at every car going in and out from the hotel, and when you try to walk back to the hotel it is really a big threat as they swarm and try to bite you even in the daytime. Those dogs are seriously damaging the hotel access and make the guests uneasy.

Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and efficiency truly elevated the entire meal.
Overall, the entire experience at the Governor's Residence was out of this world. It was a memorable occasion that exceeded all expectations. We can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a truly premier dining and hospitality experience.
