Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di West Yorkshire

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Location is fantastic and staff were so accommodating. Rooms were clean, but TV channels very limited due to signal issue and maintenance issues with toilet not flushing properly and sink not drinking properly. Also mold on tiles. With that and bottled water not being provided as i had a standard room. Issues are a bit surprising given its rated 4 star hotel. But thats policy issues not service provision from staff and cleaners.

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

Il condizionatore d'aria è disponibile, ma si può trovare che deve essere attivato per 2-3 volte al giorno, come il sistema è stato impostato in modo economico dall'hotel. Il colazione è tipicamente britannico, mentre il fungo bagnato non è fornito. Tuttavia, il colazione è buono e si può servire con croissants di cioccolato, formaggio, muschi di pomodoro caldo, salsicce vegetariane, miele, pesche inchiodate e yogurt di cacao. Le paste e le spazzole da denti possono essere ordinate con una tassa (£2), quindi è meglio riempire la tua. La posizione è ragionevole, dal momento che l'hotel si trova vicino al centro commerciale John Lewis, e ci sono solo 10-min passeggiata tra l'hotel e la stazione di allenamento Leeds. Nel frattempo, si può camminare nei centri commerciali Victoria e Trinity a 15-20 minuti dall'hotel, anche se potrebbe essere un po' scomodo per viaggiare in autobus in centro vicino, data la mancanza di fermate di autobus vicino alla porta di questo hotel. In generale, è una scelta senza precedenti per qualcuno che prevede un'esperienza di alloggio superiore al livello medio.

Ho fatto la prenotazione al 12-07 arrivando a circa 3-15 - 3-30 e avevo richiesto un modulo aggiuntivo ma è stato detto che questo non era possibile perché avevo fatto la prenotazione tardiva e la ricezione non aveva alcun!! Sono cabine forestali e avrei dovuto pensare che si trattasse di una richiesta comune e di un'ulteriore scheda disponibile facilmente. La cabina è stata riscaldata da un riscaldatore elettrico mobile che ha richiesto ore per riscaldare la cabina. Le porte erano chiuse con difficoltà, probabilmente a causa di pitture ripetute, e le maniche di metallo erano dipinte; la porta esterna non si chiuse dall'interno. Non c'era posto dove stare in cabina, non c'era superficie libera per impostare le cose come l'unica superficie adatto, un desk, aveva una TV in piedi liberi su di essa; c'era un guardaroba, ma si scioglieva disgustosa. Il cibo era buono, ma il servizio era lento perché il ristorante sembrava sottoscritto con il barista di te che aiutava come cameriere. La struttura è bella e il personale è molto piacevole.

L'hotel stesso era eccellente e ben progettato per i nostri scopi. Mi prenoterei certamente per restare di nuovo. Soprattutto conveniente per il parco Temple Newsam dove abbiamo partecipato al festival Slam Dunk, e per l'accesso M1. L'unica domanda era di accedere, dove l'hotel aveva solo una stanza sotto la riserva, anche se tutto il mio lavoro di carta conferma che avevo prenotato e pagato per due. Dopo un sacco di scramble, notano che c'era un'altra prenotazione fatta un minuto dopo quella che potevano trovare, che non aveva un nome allegato. Non sono sicuro se questo fosse un problema con trip.com o con i sistemi Ramada, ma ha causato inconvenienza e stress per noi e il personale che cercava di controllare. Forse questo problema potrebbe essere esaminato per favore?

It was a great place to visit, I enjoyed it so much. As the name was shown on the Television when u get in. Awesomeeeeeeee.. I would luv to go there again it was truly an amazing experience.

We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.
