Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.

We used this hotel as we were travelling to visit the university site @ beckett for my old child. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The only thing that let the site down was the parking as after a period time they don’t have a massive area. If you wanted to visit the city centre get a local taxis and leave the car behide.

Good location near the train station and on a leisure complex with a cinema, bowling and restaurants. The only problem I had was my room was located overlooking the dual carriageway which is very loud all night. I did not get much sleep, even with some earplugs in. Maybe the rooms on the other side are fine

My wife requires gluten free food ( which most frequently means no wheat products) and lactose free milk. She has reacted to soya milk in the past and generally opts for oat milk.  At breakfast in the hotel everything was clearly labelled if it contained wheat, but there were few alternatives provided and no alternative to the croissants and muffins. One waitress was very helpful and offered to see if there was any oat milk in the bar. Good idea - we knew there was because my wife had it in her coffee the previous evening. The waitress went and soon returned with a carton of oat milk. She apologized for the carton but we didn’t mind, we were pleased that my wife could enjoy her cereal.  However before she could use it another waiter (the Barman?) came along and demanded its return. My wife offered to return it after her breakfast but, no, it was needed immediately in case there were other customers who wanted it. The problem was solved by my wife pouring some into a cup and giving him the carton. Not the sort of situation we expect from a decent hotel. We were pleased at the imitative of the waitress, and thanked her for it. We were appalled at the crass behavior of the man who demanded its return. All in all it was a very poor breakfast.

La stanza era molto confortevole e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario da asciugacapelli, ferro, molte socche di plug. L’unica colpa era la plug in bacino che si fermò nel buco. La colazione era bella, non sbrigata e aiutatevi a fare qualcosa dal buffet - caldo o freddo. Grande parcheggio auto gratuito.

We upgraded to a king size bed suite. It wasn’t a king size bed , instead two beds pushed together which was annoying. Toe bed frames squeaked so much everytime you moved you woke up.  The coffee machine leaked when you put water in it. Overall quite disappointing

Buon hotel e posizione. Dopo aver chiesto quale slot per colazione, pochi elementi non erano disponibili in quella slot e non erano stati riempiti come bacon e frutta. Il personale ha offerto qualcosa di diverso quando chiesto, ma non c'era altro che volevamo.

Excellent hotel and really good to get to the centre . From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across. The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.
