Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.
Great Location to the city center.Big Large comfy Rooms with basic amenities like iron board,and tea making facilities.My only gripe is the carpet is outdated with wear and tear,and you can see the dirt on the carpet so you need to come with your slippers.The second one is the bathroom shower door which was fitted with only one door on one side and cannot be closed so when having your showers some of the water will be dripping on the floor.The breakfast that was included was a nice touch.
I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Leeds City Centre. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant overnight stay.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise. The selection was good, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day.
The hotel’s location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a good location near the city centre and across from the theatres, handy for local transport which is walkable in about 8 minutes.
The room was large with a good bathroom but a shower would have been better than climbing into a bath.
The breakfast was buffet style and a varied choice including alternative dairy options my disappointment was the orange juice which was not undiluted.
The lifts were large enough to accommodate wheel chairs.
It is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff, a great location and very clean.
However, there was no kettle in the room and they where charging £2.90 for a cup of tea! these rooms are the same price as anywhere else ive stayed and this has always been a basic thing to have in a room. The lay out of the room was odd but manageable as a solo traveler, however if you are sharing a room with a friend it may be a bit awkward as the shower was not in a separate room but just attached to the main bedroom.
The breakfast was £8.90 and contained nothing hot. It felt a bit steep for what was on offer, but what was there was fresh and constantly topped up
Super close to the train station and shopping centre, a lovely area of the city, and no traffic could be heard from the busy roads outside :)
Over all a good stay for what I needed it for but the small things would have made it a perfect stay rather then just okay.
La stanza era molto confortevole e aveva tutto ciò che era necessario da asciugacapelli, ferro, molte socche di plug. L’unica colpa era la plug in bacino che si fermò nel buco.
La colazione era bella, non sbrigata e aiutatevi a fare qualcosa dal buffet - caldo o freddo.
Grande parcheggio auto gratuito.
This hotel is in a nice rural part of Bingley, and has a pleasant outdoor garden, bar, event and conference space.
It's very large and has a classic look. Room was spacious and featured, although I found stains on the sofa and worn leather on the chair.
All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.
Il personale di accoglienza mi ha aiutato molto quando sono arrivato alla casa, erano molto amichevoli e le loro istruzioni erano molto chiare. Il parcheggio era anche molto bello con un sacco di parcheggio. Non ho incontrato alcun problema durante il mio soggiorno.
L'unico hotel di Had sembra un po', ci sono molti chilometri dalla città.Il tipo di camera di base è molto vecchio, la seconda notte ha prenotato un tipo di camera di lusso, e va bene.Il colazione è ingombrante, mama.

SSimon HaywoodFantastic value for money, good location too right on the waterfront between the centre and Clarence dock; the slight caveat being that the nearest parking is a little bit of a trek in the opposite direction from the city centre. That said, the hotel discount your parking to an excellent rate of £8 per 24 hours.
UUtente ospiteSo so glad we chose this place. Wonderful staff - very helpful and professional. Amazing breakfast - even had smoked salmon! Rooms - great comfy bed and has coffee machine and fridge in room. Only downside one small / narrow window so room is quite dark. We will defo be back
Yyuanyuan.Good hotel but have bad experience. As I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 I booked a suite to have a quiet night but at around 4:00am I was woken up by a loud knocking on the door, I don't know how long he had been there, I was very disturbed to see through the peephole a drunken male in a grey blouse on the floor, he kept screaming and banging on the door next to a person in a pink skirt in front of my door , I was very scared and I called the front desk in a hurry and the front desk kicked him out. But I was mentally damaged, I was woken up at 4am by knocking on the door, I was in the hotel alone as a female and my personal mental state was seriously damaged, however the hotel did not give me any feedback either, this night was the worst night of my stay.
UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trovato una camera doppia molto piccola (doppia standard), ma c'era quasi nessuna camera da spostare, anche la camera da bagno era piccola. Sono andato a parlare con il manager che era bello e ci ha migliorati nella suite esecutiva (luna di miele) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, perché era il compleanno dei miei partner.

Il sistema di riscaldamento era a max e non potevo sentirlo, c'era anche un piatto di riscaldamento nella stanza, quindi l'hotel ovviamente sa che è freddo lì, ma anche il riscaldamento portatile non ha dato molto calore
La stanza è datata ma mi aspettavo che per il prezzo, non mi aspettavo la mancanza di riscaldamento adeguato
JJulieHo avuto un po' di esitazione a prenotare questo hotel con l'essere in una stazione di servizio - quanto erro ero. Gem assoluto di un posto, camera d'albergo era bella, tranquilla e pulita. Parcheggio gratuito e un 15 minuti di auto a Leeds. La porta successiva della stazione di servizio è Starbucks, Leon, pizza express, Nando’s, Greggs, M&S ecc. si fermeranno certamente di nuovo.
MMs.MeeraStaff was friendly at the check-in, quick and easy. I'm terrible with names but the lady I spoke to had curly dark hair, with glasses, she was really helpful and she kindly upgraded my room to an Excutive King. It was on the 10th floor. The room boast some excellent amenities, it was clean and well air conditioned. The best part about the room was the views, overlooking the city of Leeds. Overall, will definitely be staying here again, it is a 2/3minute walk from the train station, a few steps to Trinity shopping centre.
UUtente ospiteWent to tour Leeds Uni with my mom. The location is great, and everyone is friendly, but there was a machine in the room emitting a really strong smell. We told the front desk and they told us to open the windows???? The smell never went away. We had to kinda push for them to give us a new room.
