It was a last minute booking for me as my flight arrival was delayed and I missed the last bus from Washington DC to my home miles away. I was pleasantly surprised I could get into such a great hotel at a decent price. The room is excellent and spacious with a king size bed, a couch, fridge and all the usual stuff. The highlight was desk with multiple power outlets in the middle of the desk so one can change the laptop, multiple phones etc without having to worry about tripping over cables on the floor. The bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet.
The reception staff was extremely helpful. I requested for a late check out time and they checked room situation and gave me 2 hours which was great. Great experience and I will definitely stay again.

Un giorno f i migliori posti per rimanere in Williamsburg.L'alloggio è il miglior prezzo con tutte le strutture, tra cui lavastoviglie e asciugamani, cucina completa, posto in fiamme e molti altri extra.Per il prezzo si ottiene una casa lontano da andare.

Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

La stanza è molto buona, letti abbastanza morbidi, comodi, il trasporto dell'aeromobile è molto conveniente.Adatto per i passeggeri che entrano nell'aeroporto.Il personale della ricezione è molto amichevole e il bagaglio è con Wi-Fi, molto utile!Vale la pena raccomandare!
C'è un'area di lavoro commerciale nel lobby, che può stampare i file con computer e gestire le attività.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

SSun_shine___17Personale amichevole, check-in lento, anche se avevamo controllato in anticipo come membro di BonVoy. Grande festa di costume nella sala conferenze. Suono non ci ha disturbati. Non ci sono ristoranti reali, ma un bar e bar. Menu limitato, ma il cibo era ok. Camera un po' di merda. Le foglie sono svuotate sul letto.L'hotel ha l'aspetto di essere stanco.Ha bisogno di un rinfresco.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un bel hotel! E' classico ed elegante, e in generale renderà le vostre vacanze molto più speciali. La posizione è grande, come si può camminare a ristoranti o altri luoghi a Luray. Le caverne Luray sono un'auto veloce, come un Walmart e un Leone alimentare, e la Thornton Gap Entry di Skyline Drive è vicino. Ho mangiato al ristorante Circa '31 per colazione, che era ragionevolmente prezzi (il menu è piccolo con poche opzioni standard per colazione), il caffè e i muffin gratuiti nel lobby in ogni momento. Il ristorante Speakeasy è molto buono, e ha varie specialità/dializzazioni ogni notte. Le camere sono piccole, ma confortevoli. I terreni sono bellissimi, con un'area per i fuochi d'artificio e i hammock, nonché una piscina e un tubo caldo. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.
Alcune raccomandazioni per la gestione:

# Mettete le sedie sul balcone per poterlo usare come zona seduto
# Qualcosa per fornire più spazio contro nelle bagni

SsknoseyQuesto hotel è su un'autostrada, quindi non molto vicino a negozi o ristoranti e viene utilizzato quando i voli sono cancellati, in modo che si possa improvvisamente finire in una coda massiccia quando si presentano. Dopo aver detto che era un hotel decente e se fosse stato situato altrove, rimarrei lì di nuovo. Ci sono centri commerciali a Uber distanza ma sono stato condotto qualche volta perché c'è traffico pesante intorno all'ora di rush che è 4pm-8pm e un percorso alternativo attraverso un tunnel che mi è stato prelevato 10 € ma poi ho trovato è solo per un piccolo bit e il Le strade sono chiare. Non sono corrette Ubers, ma normali guidatori di taxi che usano l'applicazione Uber per ottenere posti di lavoro, ma ancora caricare il metri e cadere in giro se non si accetta di attraversare il tunnel. €40 un solo viaggio in città! Non c'è problema con l'hotel stesso, solo la posizione. L'unico modo per poterlo fare è avere già una macchina o stare lì per accedere all'aeroporto.

La suite junior che abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti era pulita, organizzata, spaziosa, aveva un sacco di asciugamani e le strutture della bagno erano elegante! avevamo una sala completa di soggiorno separato dalla camera da letto maestro, e una cucina completa anche!!! Prezzo proprio per un soggiorno di 2 notti. Questa proprietà è 5 stelle per certo! Ristorante, mini golf, birra di collina, camion da cibo, grande campo da gioco per bambini e divertente famiglia Tutti rullati in un grande hotel! Il personale del front desk, della custodia e della cucina erano gentili e professionali, andavano oltre e oltre! La proprietà è molto sofisticata e piena di tecnologia e le misure di sicurezza sono di prima qualità. È necessario sperimentarlo se viaggiate nella zona di Tysons a Va. La capitale è una hall fantastica e convenientemente situato e accessibile dall'hotel. Più di abbastanza parcheggio! Torneremo in ottobre per un altro fine settimana!!!
