Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief. I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY! Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead. Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away! I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess. So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund. 6.5/10

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

L'hotel si trova a circa 1 km dalla stazione di metropolitana di Crystal City e a circa 200 m dalla CVS Pharmacy Store, aperta 24 ore su 24, e a McDonalds è al di fuori dell'hotel, che è molto conveniente per un snack veloce. C'è un traghetto aeroportuale gratuito, ma a volte capire, c'è una capacità insufficiente per gli ospiti. Ad esempio, sono arrivato alle 10:00 all'aeroporto di DCA, dopo aver aspettato i 30 minuti per la navetta all'aeroporto, non è arrivato con bagagli o passeggeri. Il hotel ha un'altra navetta che arrivava (30 minuti) e ho deciso di portare l'ascensore/Uber per 20 dollari, con un altro ospite dall'hotel. L'hotel stesso è vecchio, ma ben mantenuto. Le bagni hanno un fan rumoroso, ogni volta che la luce si accende. Il desk è troppo alto, e la sedia non è sufficiente per un lavoro computer efficace, a causa della questione di altezza. La camera è spaziosa e i letti sono comodi. Ci sono 50 dollari di deposito per incidenti per notte e non per soggiorno. Ho chiesto una stanza con vista sugli aeroporti e mi è stato dato il meglio che l'hotel poteva - un occhio attraverso gli edifici circostanti al fiume e una vista degli aerei. In generale, questo hotel rappresenta un buon valore per i soldi, soprattutto considerando le celebrazioni del 4 luglio. Il mio soggiorno di 4 notti è stato significativamente meno di altri hotel nella zona. Avete bisogno di un'ottima esperienza per visitare il centro di Washington, senza costo elevato per gli hotel, e la passeggiata verso la metropolitana è di circa 10-15 minuti.

Sono arrivato in un volo molto presto e mi sono completamente esaurito. Ho chiesto all'hotel se fosse possibile controllare presto, e fortunatamente, hanno una stanza disponibile e mi hanno lasciato controllare subito. Ero così grato di poter fare una doccia e riposare. Le strutture dell'hotel sono più vecchie di quanto mi aspettavo, ma tutto quello che mi serviva era lì. In generale, apprezzo davvero la loro gentilezza e flessibilità.

Le strutture della stanza non sono buone, l'igiene non è buona, c'è un supermercato vicino all'hotel, ed è molto conveniente, andare a Cashtown è anche molto vicino, camminare per circa dieci minuti, e il servizio è anche buono.

Ho fatto una doccia e ho preso un asciugamano, questi oggetti erano all'interno del asciugamano piegato. Quando ho detto alla signora di sotto, chiamata Amanda, lei si scusò e ci ha immediatamente dato il 25%, ma dobbiamo chiamare ********* per farli chiamare per il sconto. È stato un oggetto forte e uno di noi poteva tagliare il nostro oggetto forte.

Very nice hotel, the surrounding environment is beautiful and comfortable! You should stay a few more days! The service is also good, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, and the shuttle bus driver is very gentlemanly

Prezzo ragionevole, una buona alternativa per chi visita Washington DC (non può trovare un prezzo simile nel centro della città) Vicino al centro della città, prendi solo un sollevamento per $6 al monumento di Washington Nuovo e pulito La colazione è ok, ma non aspettare troppo Cucina nella stanza con lavastoviglie 👍 Meglio se viene fornita la lavastoviglie per il letto da divano

Questo è un bel hotel! E' classico ed elegante, e in generale renderà le vostre vacanze molto più speciali. La posizione è grande, come si può camminare a ristoranti o altri luoghi a Luray. Le caverne Luray sono un'auto veloce, come un Walmart e un Leone alimentare, e la Thornton Gap Entry di Skyline Drive è vicino. Ho mangiato al ristorante Circa '31 per colazione, che era ragionevolmente prezzi (il menu è piccolo con poche opzioni standard per colazione), il caffè e i muffin gratuiti nel lobby in ogni momento. Il ristorante Speakeasy è molto buono, e ha varie specialità/dializzazioni ogni notte. Le camere sono piccole, ma confortevoli. I terreni sono bellissimi, con un'area per i fuochi d'artificio e i hammock, nonché una piscina e un tubo caldo. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Alcune raccomandazioni per la gestione: # Metti i mini frigoriferi nelle stanze # Mettete le sedie sul balcone per poterlo usare come zona seduto # Qualcosa per fornire più spazio contro nelle bagni Raccomando il Mimslyn Inn a chiunque si trovi nella zona Luray!
