Sono arrivato in un volo molto presto e mi sono completamente esaurito. Ho chiesto all'hotel se fosse possibile controllare presto, e fortunatamente, hanno una stanza disponibile e mi hanno lasciato controllare subito. Ero così grato di poter fare una doccia e riposare.
Le strutture dell'hotel sono più vecchie di quanto mi aspettavo, ma tutto quello che mi serviva era lì. In generale, apprezzo davvero la loro gentilezza e flessibilità.

Grande posizione, personale di solito amichevole. Affitti e strutture erano un hotel di business medio. Buona scelta se hai bisogno di un posto per soggiornare nella zona per un bilancio.

Excellent. i was so glad to see the shuttle affer a long trip. Room was excellent and perfectly silent. My only tip would be online service. it was impossible to get past the bot to confirm my reservation and answer questions about shuttle.
when i said, “agent” the bot hung up on me! i was about to take a taxi when the shuttle came by! Half an hour later i was happily relaxing in my room.

Il prezzo dell'hotel è alto per la cerimonia di laurea di suo figlio.1500 yuan ogni notte, viveva due notti.L'ambiente esterno è buono, la stanza è generalmente buona, la notte non ha praticamente alcun servizio.Wifi non è buono, l'apertura della riunione di invito, l'effetto è molto cattivo.Il colazione ha uova di latte, bacon, pane, frutta, molto semplice.

Ho soggiornato la notte a causa di una tempesta di neve mentre stavo tornando a casa. Sono stati così gentili da permettermi di ritardare il check-out mentre aspettavo che le strade si sgombrassero.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.

Quando ho detto alla signora di sotto, chiamata Amanda, lei si scusò e ci ha immediatamente dato il 25%, ma dobbiamo chiamare ********* per farli chiamare per il sconto. È stato un oggetto forte e uno di noi poteva tagliare il nostro oggetto forte.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un bel hotel! E' classico ed elegante, e in generale renderà le vostre vacanze molto più speciali. La posizione è grande, come si può camminare a ristoranti o altri luoghi a Luray. Le caverne Luray sono un'auto veloce, come un Walmart e un Leone alimentare, e la Thornton Gap Entry di Skyline Drive è vicino. Ho mangiato al ristorante Circa '31 per colazione, che era ragionevolmente prezzi (il menu è piccolo con poche opzioni standard per colazione), il caffè e i muffin gratuiti nel lobby in ogni momento. Il ristorante Speakeasy è molto buono, e ha varie specialità/dializzazioni ogni notte. Le camere sono piccole, ma confortevoli. I terreni sono bellissimi, con un'area per i fuochi d'artificio e i hammock, nonché una piscina e un tubo caldo. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.
Alcune raccomandazioni per la gestione:
# Metti i mini frigoriferi nelle stanze
# Mettete le sedie sul balcone per poterlo usare come zona seduto
# Qualcosa per fornire più spazio contro nelle bagni
Raccomando il Mimslyn Inn a chiunque si trovi nella zona Luray!
