Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed . We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon . We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Hotel ben situato, pulito e tranquillo, colazione molto ricco e di buona qualità, personale amichevole e pronto ad aiutare. Camere abbastanza modeste da dimensioni, specialmente il bagno!

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

absolute must with children. stayed here to go to bewilderwood the following day and wow... so set up for kids, the food the lay out also had cheeky swim night before. brilliant *******

Questa è la nostra seconda visita come famiglia al Cromer Country Club. Questa visita avevamo esteso l'invito ai nostri genitori. Abbiamo tutti goduto il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti. Questo posto è brillante e ospitato per le famiglie. Abbiamo un bambino di 9 mesi. Ci siamo chiesti un appartamento vicino alla strada, così potremmo avere facile accesso per un pram. Questo è quello che hanno fatto. Personale amichevole. Il ristorante serviva per il nostro bambino e il cibo era delizioso. È possibile camminare alla costa con comodità. L'appartamento è stato pulito, aggiornato e accessibile per la nostra famiglia. Sicuramente raccomandaremmo e andremmo di nuovo.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Abbiamo offerto una camera gemella, anche se abbiamo chiesto una doppia, ma il ricevitore era molto utile e, con il custode, la convertì in una doppia immediatamente. La posizione era buona e tranquilla, e la selezione del colazione era ragionevole, ma molto ben cucinata e uno dei migliori colazione inglese che abbiamo avuto nel paese. Supponiamo che l’uso della piscina non sia parte dell’accordo e ci dispiaceva di non usarlo quando abbiamo scoperto che non c’era alcuna tassa aggiuntiva per questo. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Rimasto per una notte, non avrei voluto rimanere per più tempo, ha fatto quello che avevamo bisogno. Non pulito, l'hotel in generale e la nostra stanza non erano puliti. La colazione era buona, la posizione è sulla spiaggia. Ecco quello che paghi, questo è economico e gioioso.

Lovely stay in a lovely well presented hotel

Una buona piscina e palestra. Ristorante chiuso lunedì e martedì, ci sono cibo stradale Van fuori che erano carini. La stanza era di dimensioni adeguate. Piccolo balcone. Nessun ascensore per il primo piano. Situazione è un po 'distante, quindi non molto da fare a piedi fuori dall'hotel.
