Portogallo: hotel con bar nella provincia di Distretto di Porto

Ho trascorso due notti in un dormitorio misto da 10 letti. La posizione è ottima, così come la colazione a buffet, con ampia scelta di cibo e bevande. Il posto è complessivamente pulito e confortevole. C'era un solo bagno (doccia e WC) disponibile in camera perché l'altro era rotto. Non è stato un problema, ma penso che non sia sufficiente per una stanza così grande (soprattutto considerando che doccia e WC sono nella stessa stanza e possono essere utilizzati da una persona alla volta). Bellissima vista dalla finestra. Manca l'asciugacapelli. Armadietti a pagamento per lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in o dopo il check-out (tariffa oraria).

Strutture: questo hotel è il più soddisfacente del mio viaggio. Palestra, piscina interna riscaldata, bagno turco, tè pomeridiano, tutto a disposizione! Sembra che se sei in vacanza, puoi portarlo con te in hotel tutto il giorno senza uscire. Igiene: molto buona. Mi piace lo stile e l'a**osfera dell'hotel. Anche l'igiene è buona Ambiente: a pochi passi c'è il molo delle navi da crociera e la funivia, il che è fantastico e molto conveniente. E l'ambiente dell'alloggio è relativamente tranquillo, molto adatto per le vacanze Servizio: molto buono. Ti saluteranno quando si incontreranno. Forniremo tempestivo feedback su eventuali esigenze.

Heel fijn hotel! Top locatie. Dicht bij veel leuke ontbijt tentjes en restaurantjes. Ook heel dichtbij bij veel bezienswaardigheden. Top!

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

The location is very centralised, making it extremely convenient to walk to the nearby attractions. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely, and everything else about the room was just about perfect too. Super well upkept, maybe cos it’s relatively new too but the bathroom was very clean with zero mold spots. Water pressure was strong while the wifi and aircon / heater worked well. The only con was that the basin seemed a little choked with the water going down pretty slowly, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

La stanza è molto bella e pulita. Il personale è amichevole e utile. E 'facile camminare al centro della città. Il mio marito e io sono molto soddisfatti del Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel.

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

Molto bello hotel moderno. Bello bar /restaurant area. Buona selezione a colazione e prezzo ragionevole. La posizione è molto buona. Molto centrale. La stanza fa il miglior uso di ciò che è in realtà uno spazio molto stretto. Purtroppo, il magazzinaggio di vestiti o bagagli è molto limitato, e solo un piccolo ferro è destinato a pendere i vestiti. Siate consapevoli, se la privacy è una questione per voi, che il bagno e la doccia sono separati dalla camera da letto con porte di vetro fumate. Se sei una coppia, non è probabile che ciò significhi ... ma se condividi con un amico, potrebbe essere che l'acqua possa uscire sotto la porta del doccia a volte, quindi metti giu' degli asciugamani. La camera dispone di strutture per la preparazione di tè e caffè. Ci sono una macchina nespresso con pochi pod. TV con alcuni canali inglesi, se questo è importante per voi, ma ci sono cose molto meglio da fare a Porto che guardare la TV ! Puoi immagazzinare il bagaglio, se dovessi aspettare il volo. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel.Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno e il personale è stato amichevole e utile.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

La struttura è in pieno centro; in una posizione comoda che permette di girare tranquillamente a piedi. È generalmente tutto pulito, sia la hall che la stanza. La foto dell’inserzione trae un po’ in inganno, la stanza assegnatami era più piccola di quella in foto e al posto del balconcino c’era solo una finestra, ma era comunque una stanza molto luminosa Durante il mio soggiorno l’ascensore era guasto ed è stato un disservizio importante: la hall è al 3 piano e le stanze all’ultimo (5) quindi è un fattore da prendere in considerazione
