The pool and access to the mall is the best part. It would be nice to have a place to fill up and get clean water regularly. The breakfast buffet was a little bit of a disappointment. The service was good and the room was clean but the extra locks on our bathroom door and main door were broken off and that was a little concerning.

Il personale merita un 4/5. La posizione sembra discreta. Innanzitutto, mi hanno fatto aspettare a lungo nella hall. In secondo luogo, mi hanno assegnato una camera non pulita e ho dovuto riportare i bagagli dalla camera sporca lasciata dall'ospite precedente nella hall. Finalmente, dopo ore, mi hanno dato la camera. Il lato positivo è la colazione, che è buona. Offrono anche il servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. Nel complesso, il mio voto è 3,5/5, in base alla mia esperienza personale. L'hotel è buono, ma avrebbe bisogno di più personale o di una migliore formazione per il personale.

Il posto era così sorprendente quanto le foto. Ho avuto un aggiornamento di notte a Port Moresby e dopo aver sentito che è l’hotel più iconico della città, dovevo controllarlo. Non è stato deluso, con una vista sorprendente dell'aeroporto, amichevole aiuto con trasferimenti, e un bel ristorante proprio sopra un vecchio DC-3 nel mezzo dei terreni.

The two bedroom suite is such a good deal when you are three or. 4 people. Brand new big suites Hilton style quality. You can use the restaurants from the normal. Hilton Hotel also. Pool is good but not large and is in the Shadow in afternoons.

La ricevuta era molto buona, ha aggiornato la nostra camera gratuitamente alla suite. L'appartamento ha tre camere, WiFi, una grande camera da letto e cucina, è molto confortevole. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti, bar vicino alla piscina e molto vicino all'aeroporto, museo, Parlamento House e golf club.

Good but experience started ti deteriorate over time. Not really sure why but I felt they lacked proper training in customer service and professionalism. ( seems to be a bit unorganized at times.) Mostly pleasant though but something I can’t put my finger on why exactly. Outside area many people hanging around who I am not sure if they are guests or visitors. Takes a while to go down every-time to smoke and a very public type of establishment. (Lounge open to general public)…good for meetings and to work from. Breakfast was a highlight especially when bacon is on (every other day). Probably would not stay again. Only at suites possibly.

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina all'aeroporto e il paesaggio è molto buono nelle Highlands. Il personale è anche molto amichevole. In qualche modo, mi ascoltano e offrono soluzioni. Grazie a voi, sono molto confortevoli godono di un viaggio sicuro

Very good overall. Excellent location especially for anyone attending rugby league match as hotel is right next to stadium. Only issue was there was no representative at the airport on arrival to arrange transfer to hotel. However, other representatives contacted the hotel and the transport arrived
