Un bel piccolo hotel a pochi minuti’ a piedi dalla stazione di autobus Sakuramachi. Molto conveniente per arrivare al volcano Aso con autobus ad alta velocità. La stazione è all’interno di un grande centro commerciale e si può fare la maggior parte delle vostre acquisti anche lì. L'hotel stesso era confortevole, e dovevo lavarmi la lavanderia, che era ace.

Ho prenotato 2 camere per 1 notte, con colazione inclusa. Il personale è stato cordiale e il servizio è stato buono. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza problemi. Non hanno un parcheggio, ma ho trovato le istruzioni per il parcheggio nel commento di qualcun altro. Puoi chiedere al personale un coupon per il parcheggio a un prezzo più basso. Nel complesso, questo è un hotel che consiglierei.

Don’t miss the bakery downstairs—their croissants and bread are freshly baked, crispy, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely revisit this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

The hotel is modern, clean and in good condition. Check-in is on upper floor , at checkin floor you can pick up shower caps, tooth brush and other items you need by self serve The hotel is located within the mall which is quite convenient overall. The only two areas less convenient is finding the entrance when (1)we checked in late in evening and the mall entrance was closed, we found the outskirt entrance but singages were not so clear and (2) parking was not so easy to find and had to roll luggages over a distance, parker is available at own expense at mall outdoor parking lots and hotel has connection to an indoor car park at similar price

Didn’t took any photos of the hotel as I felt that most of the other guest would have done so. However I wish to update new travellers about what to expect when staying in this hotel, you will get to see a tower parking just beside the hotel, that parking is sort of affiliated to the hotel hence you can park there and pay just a fixed rate. At my time of stay at Nov2024 period it was about 1200JPY per 24hours. You can park anytime and take the car out anytime to drive out based on what we have experienced. There are lots of food places nearby Take note that you are in the heart of Kumamoto city and when checking out and driving out of the city, our issue was there were too many cars and the Google maps is not responding well perhaps due to the tall buildings. Took a long way out before we reached the Kyushu highway. Hence do familiar yourself with the routes when leaving. Hotel is great! I been a fan of candeo hotels, love the fact that we can go to the onsen late at night too

Great value for what we have paid for. Efficient check-in process. High quality public bath facilities with two hot hot springs (one indoor and one outdoor), one sauna and one cold water pool. Although this hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, we would say it is much better than many 4-star hotels in many regards. The employees at the check-in desk speak decent English too.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 200-meter walk from the exit near Starbucks at Kumamoto Station, 100 meters from the tram station, and only 20 meters from the bus station to Mojiko. If you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out, the hotel provides convenient luggage storage. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Most important thing to know about this hotel is that THERE IS NO BATHROOM IN THE ROOMS!! IF you do not intend to shower / bathe in the public bath, then you will have to have a simple wipe down and the only thing in the room is a toilet bowl (with bidet). The location is pretty remote but because of the remote location you have a great view. All rooms facing the back of the hotel get a great view of the mountains behind. Parking is free! After going to the Onsen, you get free Ramen as well and the ramen changes daily. I noticed there were many Japanese families having a great time in the hotel when I was there. It is also equiped with a karaoke room, ping pong tables, massage chairs. If you are not comfortable going to public baths, please find another property.

Hotel è 5 fermate a tram dalla stazione Kumamoto, linea rossa. La strada shopping è convenientemente situato, a pochi minuti a piedi, con molti negozi e cibo.. C'era un grande mercato di Natale proprio davanti alla strada shopping. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Le camere erano pulite e avevano bisogno di tutte le attrezzature. Hanno operato lavastoviglie di cucchiaio al terzo piano, 600 yen. Bella hotel per un breve soggiorno.

This hotel was recently built, so the amenities were perfect. It's a 2 min walk from Aso Station where you can take a bus to Aso crater and a 5 min walk to the nearest Lawsons. The hotel staff were beyond helpful and could speak English well. Their lobby had a ski lounge like feel. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is located in a golf club, the view from our room is magnificent. Food and onsen are good beyond our expectations. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are quite outdated. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money.

Il servizio del personale di Liu Tai è buono. Le regole di residenza sono chiare. Il primo piano è completo con l'appartamento della sala pubblica. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Most of the customers are Japanese locals. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a good selection of food. Very good value for the price. There are family baths available with no additional charges.

高評価だったのでとても楽しみにしていたのですが、夜ご飯も物足りなくて、朝ごはんもちょっと残念でした。 おかずも似たりよったりで、煮物系が多かったです。*などもあったら良かったと思いました。 食事処が掘りこたつでしたが、温度が入っていなくて寒かったです。 平日だったのでお得に泊まれたとは思ったのですが、金額も1人25000円以上になったので、その金額を出すのならばもう少し満足度が欲しかったですね。 本当に期待していたので、辛口のコメントですみません。 お部屋のお風呂は良かったので、料理をもう少し。。。と思いました。

黑川温泉是位於阿蘇附近的一個温泉小鎮 集合了很多的温泉旅館 有一些歷史及其悠久。相對的來説泡湯設施也會有一些老舊。此次出行還有點擔心但到了以後黑川旅館Kurokawaso在各方面都讓我非常滿意 攜程的客服很貼心的幫我預約好了酒店的接站。要知道酒店位置離小鎮中心及車站還是有點遠的 尤其是拎着兩大箱行李的話。車子一到站就有接站人員候着了。到了酒店。耐心等待3點入住。迫不及待的先去體驗温泉。泡湯的池子看着乾淨設施都完好。 這次一共訂了2間不同的房型 主樓的房間內沒有洗澡設施 但是離温泉不遠。很方便。附樓的房間是洋式房。距離主樓有點距離 但不用睡榻榻米 方便起卧 更讚的是房間內就有泡湯的池子 一個室內一個室外 。如果是夫妻或情侶就不用分開去男女湯池泡。 當然 酒店內還有預約制的私密家族風呂 每次一個小時。總的來説。黑川温泉是比較小眾的景點 每天僅有2-3班車到達 但確實是温泉聖地 如果喜歡泡温泉還可以購入入湯手形 體驗3個不同酒店的温泉 體驗不一樣的成分療效。 Kurokawa-so是很不錯的選擇 這次出行讓我非常滿意！

츠에타테의 아름다운 자연경관을 만끽할 수 있는 입지이며 직원들의 정성어린 서비스에 감동했습니다. 조식과 석식으로 이용한 부페식당은 다양하고 품격 높은 음식들로 구성되어 있습니다. 식기도 아름답고, 음식이 모두 맛있었으며, 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 내 두 개의 온천시설과 기소노유 야외온천까지 다양한 온천을 즐길 수 있어 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다. 퇴실 후에도 터미널까지 송영셔틀을 태워주셔서 감동했습니다. 가족과 함께 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈어요. 감사합니다.
