Indonesia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Giava Centrale

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Very nice hotel with huge car parking. You can find supermarket, nice resto, nice coffee shop in hotel area.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

La posizione è eccellente. Circa 15 minuti di distanza per il percorso di pedaggio Kali Kangkung. Ma il hotel 4 stelle, a mio avviso, ha molto da migliorare, come: la piscina è piuttosto sporca, il colazione deve essere migliorato, il trattamento sonoro deve essere migliorato perché i suoni dalla strada sono molto sentiti all'interno della stanza. Totale abbastanza ok

Il divano, i letti e i tappeti sono stati rivestiti. La pressione dell'acqua è stata bassa e la manutenzione ha causato anche disturbi nel servizio idrico. Quando l'acqua si riprendeva, l'acqua bruna scorreva dalla testa della doccia e si sprayò direttamente sul mio corpo. È una buona esperienza. Nel lato positivo, l'hotel offre una buona diffusione per il buffet.

FIM by Zigna is a clean, comfy hotel in a very strategic spot in Solo. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly & helpful, and I felt very welcome. Breakfast has good variety, and there are nice facilities like a pool, spa, and a café. Location is excellent — close to local food, tourist spots, and everything you need. Highly recommend!

Perfetto per le famiglie la camera è spaziosa e pulita, ideale per portare un bambino. Il servizio è anche grande, anche quando abbiamo chiesto di pulire ulteriormente dopo il cibo complementare del nostro bambino (MPASI) è stato disturbato e gettato sul pavimento. Il prezzo è anche abbastanza soddisfacente.

Rimasto dall'anno precedente. Tutto bene e TDK è deludente. Solo un input, si prega di essere più LG ri-forward per il personale dell'hotel a essere amichevole. In particolare nella parte di manutenzione all'esterno, se c'è un ospite, non c'è danno a dire il saluto o se si vede gli ospiti difficili aprire la porta se TDK può. Questo è tutto il contributo, si prega di personale dell'hotel LBH aiutante ospiti THD. E più sensibile THD intorno all'ambiente.
