Vieni a giocare da solo, ringrazia l'hotel per il meraviglioso divertimento che mi ha offerto. I due fratelli alla reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite, e non c'è nessun problema con il servizio. La cosa più importante è la posizione dell'hotel, che è davvero comoda per il centro di Miami, e ci sono molte opzioni per ordinare. Miami non è un posto grande. Puoi andare dove vuoi entro 20 dollari in taxi. Mi piace particolarmente lo stile decorativo della stanza e anche la lobby è molto artistica. altamente raccomandato. Prenderò in considerazione la possibilità di soggiornare la prossima volta.

I am writing you today to let you know of my experience at one of your hotels in South Florida. The GALLERYOne a doubletree hotel located at 2670 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. This past Saturday, March 11th, I had the pleasure of joining my cousin in room 1132. A room that she booked to get ready for her wedding which was very close to your hotel. The day started off great until about 11am when she called down to the front desk to get some fresh towels so that she could take a shower for her wedding. An hour went by, no towels were delivered. Two hours went by, nothing! During that two hour period of time, the only toilet in the room started to overflow. A maintenance man came up to plunge it and left maybe 5 minutes later. The toilet worked for maybe one flush after and then literally started spraying water all over the bathroom. The water was coming out of the bowl and the tank. Disgusting! Water was all over the floor and immediately became a safety hazard. We called down to the front desk again to have maintenance come up, as well as remind them about the towels that we had asked for hours before and also have someone mop up the nasty mess on the floor. A few minutes later, maintenance came up to plunge the toilet again. I asked him if it was working properly and his reply was simply “for now”. Really? He couldn’t care less about his job. He left and told us to call someone to mop the floor because he couldn’t do that. About 40 minutes went by, nobody came to mop nor were the towels delivered. I tried calling the front desk again from the phone in the room and the lines were busy. I called from my cell phone and immediately got an answer. Strange that calling from within the hotel the lines were busy but not from my cell phone. Anyway at this point, I was livid. I asked the lady to send up a supervisor, the towels and a mop. It had been nearly three hours since we first called. What kind of service is this? The lady didn’t want to hear what I had to say and put me on hold without even warning me ahead of time. Well, I walked my livid behind down 11 flights of stairs, oh did I mention the elevators were not working? So add that to the list. I got to the front desk to see three women standing there. One helping a customer, two not doing a damn thing. After explaining to one of them that there was nasty toilet water over the floor and demanding some towels for the bride, she immediately came up with towels and a mop to clean up the floor herself. My cousin ended up being an hour late to her ceremony because of the lack of care, attention and service that she received at your hotel. That hotel needs a lesson in hospitality because what we received that day was far from it. I guess they would have preferred one of us to slip and get hurt than to get some prompt attention to the matter. Needless to say, my cousin will never rent a room from any of your hotels again if this is how she will be treated

Wish I had stayed at my original choice, Hilton Beach Resort. Here we go: 1) upon check in told they don't have the room (I reserved months in ADVANCE -thru Marriot BTW) available so giving you another. I ask does have inter coastal view and fridge? Yes ok, no explanation, no apology-nothing. 2) Room dated and has seen better days, headboard filthy, furniture banged up, oh and this “other” room I was rudely assigned was smaller than my original reserved room 3) the breakfast was nothing special, at all. Now the WORST part-our last night we were going to take the evening water taxi 1 last time and enjoy the nighttime cruise BUT- 4) around 6:30ish pm, an alarm and recorded voice came on warning us to evacuate the hotel, DO NOT use the elevator, exit by via the stairwell. Fresh from the shower I throw on some shorts and a t-shirt. So we schlep down the stairs, from the 8th floor, out to the front of the place. People standing around, no one from the hotel any where. This goes on for 15 minutes, still nobody and no fire engines, no police-zero, nada, nothing. We go back into the lobby to find out what is going on-people mulling around, front desk clerk just sitting there like noting is going on (same dude who reassigned me anther room). A woman goes up to this guy and says, “what is going on, what’s the problem?” She is told “their people” checked it out and there is no problem. Waiting for fire fighters to come and turn off the alarm and warning. Yes it was still going off and the warning still blaring. We go into the bar-full of patrons-and ask the bartender, does she know anything, as she works here. Nope she was told nothing and is overwhelmed. We go out to the little patio and figure great our last night is ruined, no cruise, no dinner. The sweet bartender comes out and asks if we’d like a drink, sure. She brings out our drinks and we chat. She was the only highlight of this place. Didn’t get her name but she’s from Maine. Thank you darling-you were wonderful! Suddenly she says, ‘WAIT I DON’T HEAR IT ANY MORE.” And just like that it’s over. Not 1 person from the hotel acknowledged the incident OR communicated that it’s okay to go back to our rooms-again ZERO. So we take the elevator back up to our room. I assumed it was ok. So it’s around 7:45 ish, since our dinner reservations were ruined we take our last night’s left over to microwave them to eat. Guess what? Yep microwave doesn’t work. Go down to the bar/breakfast are to use that micro. Same sweet bartender asks if she can help us, as the breakfast area was closed off. She kindly warmed up the left overs. I thought for sure they’d make phone calls or check on guests and explain! NOPE, again a big fat. ZERO, nada, nothing, no communication. So recap-rudely assigned different room than reserved thru Marriot website-with no explanation, room very worn, micro not in working condition, and an emergency (I assume, because no one EVER explained what happened) that c

Questo edificio mi piace arrivare in affitto in alcuni appartamenti girasole, ma ultimamente si sveglia un po ' con la manutenzione di queste

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, è molto adatto per le coppie che viaggiano ~ a Miami per due giorni e anche l'igiene è molto buona, anche il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, consiglio a tutti di venire qui! Un hotel davvero carino~

The Location is good, closer to beaches, some cafes and shops. On the other side, condition of property and sounding are not good, no or poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms for 3kids and parents; with the specific requirement to have the room adjacent to each other or at least in the same floor, which was confirmed by the property on booking, to be on the same floor at the least. On arrival we found the rooms are as separate as it could be; one was on the first floor one corner the other one is on the 2nd floor other corner, I wasted half of my next day arguing on the phone, sending email/message, waiting for response, etc to get the rooms changed to the same floor. No one in property that could help. Comfort of the bedding and amenities are very basic. No reasonable parking facility nor instruction from the property to find a good one, I had to find one by myself about 20min walking distance that was reasonable. Surrounding of the property is dirty and not maintain, even the property is not maintained very, some doors (stairways doors) were sticky needed to bang them to open, cannot be operated by children. stairway standing area were jammed with stuff like renovation material, walkways are not maintained, residual water from the AC was running across the walkways, etc These may be apartments rentals no suitable to rented as a holiday destination.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, è molto adatto per le coppie che viaggiano ~ a Miami per due giorni e anche l'igiene è molto buona, anche il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, consiglio a tutti di venire qui! Un hotel davvero carino~
