I went to this place 2 times but is it a destiny I could not make my c/in and get my room for booking. When I went there first time no one was not in the reception and hotel area even they informed 24 hours reception. Second time also when I went no one was in reception staff but I met with a foreigner guy at the pool area I ask are you owner or working he do not say anything and he told me he can help me. But sorry man you could not help me. Because when I called by phone before I come o the hotel and ask about pet friendly ? Hotel staff told os ofcourse you are welcome to there with our lovely pet. The staff welcomed us so friendly on phone and I went to this hotel. But the foreigner guy which I met in pool area he do not accept us with our pet to the hotel even their staff informed about out pet can stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that because I made around over 500 KM to go this hotel after I got confirmation from phone about my pet can stay with me. And when I was moving from this place he asked me did I find a place for accomodation ? Are you kidding on me man do not be rude for your next costumers if you can get. Thats why I never waste my time to visit your nice hotel again and never reccumend someone to waste their time ......

There are many good things about this hotel: - located close to the Saladan Pier where the boats dock, and just next door to the night market that offers food and shopping - welcoming and helpful staff (the hotel has no elevator, but the receptionist offered himself to carry my bag to the second floor - free use of washing machine on the rooftop, all you need is buy a detergent in the supermarket nearby (5 baht) - small kitchen if you would wish to prepare some food of your own - vivid lobby brightened up by graffiti, with free water and a small library - rooftop terrace with a hammock, with sadly not spectacular view (the roof of the market is quite unappealing - some graffiti artist should cover that too ;)) What could be improved? - big bed is actually two twin beds connected together. Also, they are wrapped in that plastic which you can feel under the sheets :( - I felt the cleanliness of the room could be on a higher level, especially floors and bathroom - no handsoap in the bathroom (I used the shower gel, but even that one was fixed for the wall, so it doesnt get stolen, I guess?) - just two big towels per room (no small towels, or a floor towel) - even when at maximum, water temperature never gets hot or truly warm - the hotel looks a bit run down, and could use some facelifting. There are holes in the floor of the common area, the bathroom seems unfinished, with exposed walls and some ventilation openings plugged with - plastic bags? - i think key deposit of 500 baht is such an unneeded nuisance in these modern times - cant they just charge you if you lose it?

Le camere sono molto economiche, molto pulite e carine. :) pressione dell'acqua per il doccia. Buona barriera sonora per le pareti, così ho dormito un sonno ogni notte. Il personale era molto caldo e benvenuto a me dal giorno 1. La distanza dalla spiaggia di AoNang non era troppo lontana, Oppure.Devo raccomandare questo posto ai miei amici.

Nous avons eu cette chambre suite à une annulation dans l’hôtel en face. La dame qui s’occupe de l’hôtel ( la propriétaire peut être ) a l’accueil est adorable. Elle est très sympa et nous a aidé dans nos démarches pour louer un scooter et aller au ferry, elle a même téléphoné plusieurs fois pour nous. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. La vue est super. La salle de bain est grande avec de l’eau chaude. Il y avait Clim et ventilateur. Merci à vous.

E'stata un'eccellente esperienza di stare li'. Tutto è stato così buono. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Solo un problema è che non c'è ascensore, quindi è difficile andare al piano superiore. A parte questo ci è piaciuto tutto il tempo di stare li'. Per il futuro miglioramento, potrebbero tenere sandali nel lavanderia.

This accommodation was perfect for us. We stayed in the 2br ocean suite with pool for a family stay. Our view and the private pool were amazing and worth every cent and the room generally clean enough - we'd probably stay again. The comments around maintenance are generally accurate. The grounds were well kept. The building, like all Thai buildings (even the 6 star Phulay Bay) show pain wear on the outside. To be clear, this is not a hotel, rather a service apartment where apartments and their upkeep are not something the accommodation manager can fix easily. We had some broken furniture, decaying wood, popped floor tiles: nothing to bad. What they could improve is cleaner sheets: ours were simply filthy. The outdoor wooden structure above the pool was severely rotten and ready to fall anytime. Positives are the staff are very friendly and nice. Room service was regular and on time. I recommend staying here, with a catch. If you're tolerant to not everything being perfect, you'll love the size, views, and sunsets int he pool. If you're a fussy hotel-only traveller, perhaps better to avoid.

Hotel barato y correcto, de generencia familiar, el simpático dueño vive ahí mismo.. la habitación está bien, ventilador y facilitan toalla. Tuve que hacerme el check in a mí mismo porque no había personal y no contestaban al teléfono, menos mal que pude observar una llave que correspondía con mi habitación reservada.. parece ser que estuvo tuvo una incidencia pero no entiendo cómo no usa whats app que facilita la comunicación.. Al entrar todo está muy desorganizado pero la verdad es que la habitación estaba limpia y organizada.
