spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

La camera è molto bella e grande, la cucina è completa e la posizione è assolutamente fantastica. Non è difficile ottenere la chiave tramite il check-in self-service, ma è meglio scriverla chiaramente sulla pagina Ctrip. Inoltre Ctrip non ti fornisce la password per entrare, quindi devi contattare il gestire te stesso. Ho parcheggiato la macchina in un parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada e sono stato multato mentre trasportavo i bagagli al piano di sopra. Il motivo era che questo parcheggio era riservato ai residenti e costava 60 euro.

Le donne delle pulizie sono molto gentili e i servizi sono abbastanza puliti. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e ogni appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Forse sarebbe opportuno che la persona che ti aiuta con il check-in virtuale dimostrasse un po' più di empatia. Dopo tutto è andato tutto bene, tornerei sicuramente.

Mi preoccupava leggere alcune recensioni negative, ma la mia esperienza mi sembrava molto grande, la posizione era conveniente, vicino alle riunioni del mio ufficio, e nelle vicinanze principali, e in un ambiente più tranquillo che faceva un buon sonno. L'ispezione e l'ispezione sono stati molto più facili di quanto non ci si poteva aspettare. La ricezione virtuale ha funzionato in modo molto più semplice, molto più veloce di un tipico ufficio hotel. Io mi sono fermato in uno studio, molto spazioso con una cucina e un bel bagno, e la stanza aveva tutto quello che mi serviva: lavatrice, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, utensili da cucina, biancheria da indossare e ferro. La pulizia giornaliera è stata fornita e la stanza è stata senza spot all'arrivo, e mi piaceva davvero il sistema senza chiavi con i codici della porta, che rendeva le cose molto più comode. Naturalmente, questo è più di un appartamento, quindi non troverete strutture a stile alberghiero, ma ha funzionato perfettamente per me. L’unico piccolo incidente era un po’ di rumore quando la gente entrava e usciva, ma gli ospiti erano generalmente molto considerati e non mi interrompeva mai il sonno. In generale, mi sono divertito e mi sono prenotato di nuovo.

Mi ha aiutato a aggiornare gratuitamente, e ho anche inviato un piccolo regalo per i bambini. L'hotel è molto meglio di quanto si aspettasse, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto.

Ci è stato detto che potevamo lasciare i bagagli nel deposito bagagli (2£ a testa) al piano terra, ma abbiamo provato tre volte e non funzionavano affatto. Un altro residente ci ha detto che anche lui aveva avuto lo stesso problema. Ancora più importante, l'appartamento non è responsabile del rimborso del deposito bagagli. La camera è pulita e la posizione è tranquilla. Facile da raggiungere una volta ottenuto il codice per entrare.

Alors en réservant je n’avais pas fait attention que c’était un hôtel pour « couple ». Imaginez la surprise de ma mère en arrivant vu que nous étions mère - fille. Chambre standard relativement grande, avec un coin « kitchenette » : frigo / évier / micro-ondes / assiettes / couverts / verres. Selon nous il manquait : des ustensiles de cuisine car plaques de cuisson mais aucune vaisselle pour les utiliser. Également des accroches au mur ainsi que dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes / vêtements / sacs. Manque également de rangement ou support dans la salle de bains. Pas de restauration, seulement un bar à cocktails. Pour les PDJ, ne vous attendez pas à un « buffet », ce sont des paniers pique-nique chaque matin, relativement bien garnis mais similaires d’un jour à l’autre. Seule déception : je suis allergique au jus d’orange j’ai demandé 3X si c’était possible de remplacer par du jus de pomme, on m’indique que oui. Au bout de 6 jours j’attends encore mon jus … je me suis fait une raison. Le quartier n’est pas très propre … Mais l’hôtel est très bien placé à côté du métro / bus / tram.

La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai trasporti pubblici, ai ristoranti e a molte delle principali attrazioni della città. L'appartamento era pulito, moderno e ben attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, offrendo ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. Il letto era comodo e la stanza era silenziosa, assicurando una buona notte di sonno. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui se si visita Lisbona! Valutazione: ★★★★★ Titolo: Appartamento meraviglioso, posizione eccellente Il Lisbon City Apartments & Suites ha superato le mie aspettative. La stanza (appartamento con 1 camera da letto) era spaziosa e ben progettata, con comfort moderni e un'atmosfera accogliente. L'angolo cottura era perfetto per preparare pasti semplici e il bagno era pulitissimo. Ho apprezzato la posizione centrale: potevo facilmente raggiungere a piedi il centro di Lisbona e c'era una stazione della metropolitana nelle vicinanze. Il personale era attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Questo è un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare sia per visite brevi che lunghe. Torneremo sicuramente! Bisogna prendere nota che il check-in si effettua al Lisbon city hotel che si trova a circa 30 metri di distanza.

La camera aveva un'atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Avevo richiesto una camera con vasca e avevo verificato in anticipo quali camere ne fossero dotate, ma purtroppo quel giorno non ce n'erano disponibili, quindi mi sono ritrovato con solo una doccia, il che è stato deludente. A parte questo, è stato molto piacevole.
