布団が柔らかくて気持ちよく、ぐっすりと眠れました。テーブルあると嬉しく、美味しく食べられました。また宿泊に来たいと思います。

Отличный вариант для тех, кто ищет спокойное место для проживания и не боится много ходить пешком. Недалеко от ЖД станции, рядом огромный супермаркет с хорошей едой, мини-маркеты и кафе. В номере очень чисто, удобные постели, есть микроволновая печь, холодильник, стиральная машина. Возможно, некоторые удобства немного ”уставшие”, но персонал и комната отличные

Grande soggiorno! Sono disponibili istruzioni in inglese molto chiare all'interno della casa per qualsiasi uso di attrezzature (compresa una sedia di massaggio!).C'è anche un jacuzzi nel bagno. La posizione è grande! Clar vista sul montaggio Fuji dal tetto superiore. Ci è piaciuto così tanto!

Vicino alla stazione, a distanza rapida, hotel tranquillo, spaziosa camera (che è rara per il Giappone) con balcone e vista su Fuji. Pulizia, gli ingredienti necessari sono già nella stanza. Tutto piace, consigliato)

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking). Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy. The view from the villa was great! The beds were nice! Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe! The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in. The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!
