Hotel a 2 stelle in Nebraska, Stati Uniti d'America

In generale, una buona esperienza, ma con caverne. Il personale era professionale e super utile. La camera: molto pulita, molto temperata e profumata. Le letti erano comodi e mantenuti abbastanza bene. La camera era grande e non sbarrata. Il caffè era buono una volta che sapevi come trovare il commutatore e usarlo. Il bagno era ben conservato con i sapone/tessuti necessari, ecc.  Ok, questo è il buono... ora il non così  Il bagno non si è riempito di acqua. Quando si spazzano i denti e le sementi delle fragole che si mangiavano, si tolgano tra i denti, poi si sbarcano nel bacino, hanno una mente propria e appena pensate che si fossero lavati, si ripresentano come si lava le mani. Sì, dalla tomba si alzano, ma non la fine della vita. Il prossimo, colazione: sono arrivato alle 8 e ci sono stati articoli caldi. 1. Forse i peggiori patatine di salsa che abbia mai provato a mangiare. 2. Uova scrambled - che ho trovato vuote e solo la promessa di fresche di essere in fuga... Ho aspettato un po' (forse 5 minuti) e perso interesse. Quindi prendermi il colazione è circa così buono come una stazione di gas povero.  Tutto questo ha detto, io andrò a rimanere di nuovo perché era così pulito e il personale era così bello. 👍👍🙂

Questo prezzo è completamente al di sopra del livello che ci aspettavamo, specialmente in un hotel vicino a centinaia di metri, che è stato colpito da un cattivo ambiente, e qui è cambiato immediatamente per sentirsi comodo, pulito e pulito, e di servizio entusiasta, principalmente un buon senso di sicurezza. Non ho usato le strutture. Il colazione era buono. La stanza era fredda finché non ho scoperto il sistema di riscaldamento. Il letto era molto comodo. Il personale era professionale, amichevole e utile.

My shower head was installed poorly. It was too high and wouldn’t angle down. Two lightbulbs weren’t working. No convenient plug near the bed. The front desk person didn’t speak much English, and handed their cellphone to my travel companion (in a different room where the shower was better) to talk to someone with better English. I won’t be booking a room here again. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed.

The New Victorian Inn worked well for our brief stay of just 2 nights. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the location is easy to find and close to lots of restaurants. The sink area was tiny but adequate, the bathroom is very compact as well but clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The complimentary soap and shampoo is by Dove (good choice!) The one weird oddity of the room was a metal panel around the base of the bed that made a huge ”gong” every time I ran into it. The breakfast buffet was served from 5-10 and includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes and waffles. There was also 4 kinds of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a decent coffee. My husband did not like the scrambled eggs, but he is very picky.

Check-in clerk was friendly until I declined the $3 added to my bill for a tip for staff; then after that she acted like she didn't want to talk to me. Sorry, but I've never before had to decline a tip presumptively added to my hotel bill. Seems like a scam by the hotel to put me in the awkward position of declining a tip for staff who are looking me in the face when I do it, and I resent that, so I don't feed into it. Just pay your staff what they deserve to take the job and don't put me in that position. So I was put in a room right next to the lobby which was maybe my punishment for declining to add the tip, and was very noisy. The room had a pungent musty odor but otherwise seemed clean.

Check in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts. .

Amo la sala fitness, la cancellazione gratuita della stanza e la posizione. L'unica cosa era il frigorifero non era pulito, quindi l'ho pulito da solo. Mi piace la pulizia quando sono in hotel. Più opzioni per la colazione, soprattutto più sani e sto solo confrontando queste con altri hotel con colazione continentale gratuita. Avrei voluto vedere uova bollite o spazzate, banane, mangimi di ovini non erano disponibili, perché credo che fossero fuori. Ma sono grato per il colazione continentale perché ogni cibo gratis è meraviglioso, così grazie! Lo consiglio e sarò di nuovo.
