⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering. Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

Da check-in all'uscita, ogni interazione con il personale è stata sincera e cordiale. Una particolare attenzione è stata la spa. Mia madre ha goduto dell'esperienza di spa completo 90-minute dopo la ricezione ha spiegato pazientemente i diversi pacchetti per aiutarci a scegliere il trattamento più appropriato. Il massaggiatore cinese era eccezionale e ha reso l'esperienza incredibilmente rilassante. La nostra figlia ha avuto anche una vacanza fantastica, amava il Paese, dove Kiki ha fatto la visita in modo divertente e divertente, così come gli sport acquatici, soprattutto la sua prima volta barca banana, caiacchi e padella di guardia. Hotel nuovo e magnifico vicino a One Batam Mall che si sentiva lussuoso. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio di front office (grazie Bibiana) che ha messo in grande sforzo per assicurare che il mio soggiorno di compleanno fosse perfetto soprattutto nella selezione di camere eccellenti per me, organizzando decorazioni di compleanno e torta e dopo il compleanno, Tutti intorno ci prendono cura durante il nostro soggiorno.

Un soggiorno inoltrabile a The Sanchaya Bintan – Un vero Paradiso! Il nostro recente soggiorno a The Sanchaya, Bintan, non era altro che fantastico e eccellente. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati caldamente accolti e immediatamente sentiti il toccamento di lusso e cura che definisce questo eccellente resort. Abbiamo scelto Wyndham Panbil per la sua vicinanza alla riserva naturale e per la vista sul lago. Cosa ci è piaciuto: - la vista sul lago, a volte si possono vedere grandi uccelli o aquile che sorvolano la superficie. - la vicinanza alla riserva naturale. Quando ci siamo iscritti all'escursione, c'era qualcuno che ci veniva a prendere nella hall per portarci alla riserva naturale e riportarci indietro. - il servizio e il personale. Sempre sorridenti e molto gentili. Non fanno promesse esagerate e sono sempre onesti nel dire se possono o meno soddisfare le nostre richieste. Chiedono feedback su come migliorare il servizio. - nelle vicinanze c'è una panetteria e una caffetteria che vendono prodotti locali. La panetteria apre dalle 10:00 in poi. C'è anche un supermercato nelle vicinanze che vende tutti i generi di prima necessità e anche una macelleria, credo, per gli ospiti dell'appartamento. Cosa non ci è piaciuto: - sebbene il lago sia stupendo, la strada sottostante a volte può essere rumorosa. Non è stato un problema insormontabile perché abbiamo dormito tutti la notte. Sebbene ci fosse un po' di traffico la sera prima di Hari Raya, per il resto tutte le altre sere e notti la circolazione era scorrevole e non siamo rimasti bloccati nel traffico. - L'acqua della piscina sembrava un po' torbida, soprattutto quella interna, che credo sia la vasca idromassaggio. - Non c'erano molte strutture per i bambini, a parte la piscina. - Gli interni dell'hotel sembravano datati, ma ho notato che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Il pavimento della camera presentava alcune lastre rovinate. - C'era solo una doccia a pioggia, quindi era difficile per me fare la doccia a mio figlio senza bagnarmi. A parte questo, credo che il servizio offerto dal personale abbia compensato ampiamente le limitazioni delle strutture.

Recentemente ci siamo fermati qui per un passaggio familiare con la nostra figlia 2-year-old, e non posso apprezzare questo hotel abbastanza. Viaggiare con un toddler può essere imprevedibile, ma la squadra qui ha reso il nostro soggiorno incredibilmente senza saldatura e senza stress. Quello che amammo: Incredibile ospite di famiglia: dal momento in cui ci siamo reclutati, il personale si è alzato e si è allontanato per rendere la nostra bambina benvenuta. Erano pazienti, sorridenti, e la hanno sempre salutata caldamente. Fantastico Toddler-Friendly: le strutture per i bambini sono di prima qualità. Qualsiasi zona di piscina o spazio di gioco è stata pulita, sicura e ben mantenuta. Doulos Phos the Ship Hotel is a place of total serenity and peace. Upon arrival ,we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the hotel team. Andri, the hotel manager gave us a good overview of the activities that we can enjoy at the hotel. He personally conducted the tour and the ship hotel and briefed us on its interesting history. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. In the evening, we had a 10-course Rijstafel, an Indo- Dutch semi fine dining comprising a welcome drink, appetizer,, main course and dessert plus a very special brew of coffee. Overall, it has been a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my wife. Will come back again to explore the surroundings more.
