다 좋았습니다. 주차 관련 주의점은 미리 공부하고 갔기애 별 문재 없었고, 채크아웃 하는 날 다운타운 관광을 워해 주차 시간을 추가로 더 허락해 준 부분까지도 좋았습니다. 무료 저녁 스낵코너는 저녁식사 비용을 아끼게 해 주었으며, 위치 또한 다운타운 내에서는 걸어서 모든 곳을 갈 수 있었기애 더더욱 좋았습니다. 간혹 사이렌 소리 등으로 시끄러웠다는 분들이 계셨는데, 저희는 운이 좋았던건지 조용히 너무 잘 잤습니다. 다음에 네슈빌에 또 방문할 일이 있다면 저는 다시 여기를 선택하겠습니다. ^^

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

La stanza è pulita e grande per 4 pax. Ha tutte le attrezzature nella stanza. Abbiamo un problema con l'uscita delle acque reflue, ma è stato risolto con un cambiamento di stanza al piano superiore immediatamente.

Fantastic location, just a 15 minutes walk from Nissan Stadium and if you're going Downtown, they have a shuttle as well. The rooms were renovated and clean. The breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend staying here for any time you want to visit the Stadium!

La stanza che ho prenotato non era quello che ho ricevuto al check-in. Ho pagato per 2 letti di dimensioni regina, ma ho ricevuto 1 regina e un letto da divano. Il desk front mi ha informato che erano fuori da 2 letti regina e a volte applicazioni di terze parti caricano informazioni inesatti. Il recupero del servizio non è stato il migliore. I crediti erano offerte, ma non riflette le differenze di prezzo tra i due tipi di camera. Non menzionare che la decisione è stata fatta puramente perché mi è stato promesso 2 letti regina. In generale, l'hotel era in ordine, solo che non era quello che pensavo.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They have happy hour everyday with free drinks. Breakfast is good. You can choose freshly cooked breakfast. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It was nice that they have a van that will take you to local tourist areas. The hotel is pretty close to the famous street. I would stay here again. You have to pay for parking.

Buona per la famiglia. La dimensione della camera era buona. Anche se l'hotel è al lato della strada, le camere sono lontane dalla strada, quindi tranquillo. L'hotel è anche vicino al fiume e i balconi della camera faccia a fiume che è bello. Una piscina è con diapositiva e acquafalla. La seconda piscina all'altra parte dell'hotel è anche bello. Il colazione è fondamentale. Ha funzionato bene per la nostra famiglia. All'aperto dell'hotel, c'è un fermo per l'autobus nostalgico pubblico gratuito (trolley della linea blu) che vi porta al centro di Gatlinburg in pochi minuti (l'acquario è l'ultima fermata), viene a 15 minuti. Altrimenti è 15 min.passeggiata al centro della città.

Good location, just a short walk from Broadway. Clean and good breakfast. Only downside was by the pool area (3rd floor). The furniture looks new, we were sitting there and a gust of wind blew over 2 umbrellas, one snapped iff completely and the umbrella hit me on the head. I reported it to reception and told them that the umbrellas were not strong enough, he wasn't interested and said that they were decorative (why have an umbrella that cannot be used) he also said that I should have reported it to management not him!! On checkout I mentioned it again and the receptionist said that she would get someone to contact me about it but I have heard nothing.

Un appartamento molto bello e tutto quello che avete bisogno. Opuso un fantastico ristorante The Iberian Pig e non troppo lontano da camminare al principale ******.
