Hotel a 3 stelle in Tennessee, Stati Uniti d'America

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

L'hotel è più vecchio, soprattutto con un gusto umido e non si sente pulito.Ma la sua posizione è buona, il parcheggio è grande, la stanza è grande, il servizio è buono, la colazione è buona, perché sono familiare, vivo in questa casa molte volte. Una volta viveva vicino a un hotel di Wanhoo. Anche se la stanza era lussuosa, la stanza era piccola, e due allarme di fuoco erano a mezzanotte, il rapporto di prezzo era troppo basso e l'esperienza era troppo pesante.Quindi vivi spesso in questa casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte negli ultimi 5-10 anni, quindi *pensavamo* di sapere cosa aspettarci. È estate a Nashville, quindi posso anche chiudere un occhio sull'umidità dell'edificio e della camera. La camera nel complesso era buona: letto comodo, frigorifero, microonde, poltrona e poggiapiedi abbastanza comodi. Sono i piccoli dettagli a essere sconcertanti e a farci preoccupare per il declino di questo hotel, un tempo fantastico. 🚪 La tessera magnetica sulla porta era rotta! Inserirla era un'impresa ardua, causandoci non pochi problemi. Una volta la tessera è entrata completamente, inghiottendo la tessera stessa. È intervenuta la manutenzione per recuperarla, ma non è stata riparata, ci hanno solo detto di fare attenzione. 🪟 Le tende parasole dietro la tenda della finestra erano in pessime condizioni: quella di sinistra era abbassata ma non si muoveva (il cordino era stato rimosso e nascosto in alto), mentre quella di destra era alzata senza possibilità di abbassarla, se non tirandola. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano alzato e il motore elettrico spento... Non era sceso completamente ed era a brandelli. 💧Il lavandino è montato al contrario, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostato era rotto. Sebbene la stanza fosse fresca, era fastidiosamente fredda e umida. L'umidità era tale che i mobili sembravano appiccicosi al tatto. La stanza andava bene per noi? Sì. Tutti questi piccoli inconvenienti ci hanno fatto pensare che il prossimo viaggio lo faremo prenotando altrove? Anche in questo caso, sì.

Buona per la famiglia. La dimensione della camera era buona. Anche se l'hotel è al lato della strada, le camere sono lontane dalla strada, quindi tranquillo. L'hotel è anche vicino al fiume e i balconi della camera faccia a fiume che è bello. Una piscina è con diapositiva e acquafalla. La seconda piscina all'altra parte dell'hotel è anche bello. Il colazione è fondamentale. Ha funzionato bene per la nostra famiglia. All'aperto dell'hotel, c'è un fermo per l'autobus nostalgico pubblico gratuito (trolley della linea blu) che vi porta al centro di Gatlinburg in pochi minuti (l'acquario è l'ultima fermata), viene a 15 minuti. Altrimenti è 15 min.passeggiata al centro della città.

酒店地理位置不錯，離範德堡大學較近，硬件設施尚可，有游泳池和健身房，也有洗衣房。服務很差，尤其是客房服務員全是西裔，聽不懂英語，而且工作態度不認真，經常會忘記打掃房間，或忘記擺放每天必換的衞生用品和咖啡盒，到前台投訴後，也沒人管理，是我住酒店以來遇到過的最差經歷。入住時的按金至今（已經過了2周）未退還。

La pressione del doccia era estremamente bassa, e l’acqua non si avvicinava al calore nella mia prima stanza, e il bagno non funzionava. Il divano era contato come un letto, e il ferro inutile. Questa informazione non era stata pubblicata sul sito web della prenotazione. Immagina di essere pronta per un funerale mentre il bagno, la doccia e il ferro erano tutti rotti, mia figlia 11-year-old è diabetica di tipo 1, il frigorifero non era freddo, e il farmaco necessario per essere refrigerato, finalmente si riscalda dopo 2-3 ore. Dopo i servizi funerali della mia famiglia, sono tornato all'hotel per rilassarmi, così io e la mia famiglia siamo andati in piscina dove, dopo aver cambiato le stanze, ho scoperto dei cazzo di cuccioli vicino alla piscina (”ho mostrato il desk front the pictures”). Era incredibilmente turbante non poter riposare e calmarmi perché ero già esaurito mentalmente e fisicamente. Ovviamente, mi sono offerto punti, ma credo che la stanza avrebbe dovuto essere ritirato. Purtroppo non posterò foto perché era già stato rivelato al divano frontale, dovevo correre solo a causa dei miei problemi.

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

Had a great experience. We stayed to go to a concert in Nashville and it was perfect. The evening snack time was a wonderful treat, showers were awesome and the beds were super comfortable! Would absolutely recommend it!
