Hotel a 3 stelle in Tennessee, Stati Uniti d'America

Perfetto tutto!!! La posizione è vicina a tutto a piedi. La stanza era grande e spaziosa, ho prenotato per tre persone e aveva ancora più asciugamani, era pulita e letti molto comodi. La colazione è stata inclusa con molte opzioni fresche. Il parcheggio è extra ma un buon prezzo. Lo consiglierei

Le riforme erano piacevoli. Camere aggiornate con aria condizionata. Caffè, microonde, e frigorifero nella stanza. Draperie oscure sono un plus. La colazione è costituita da uova scrambled, pancake, pomodori, e salsicce. Senza etichettatura, non si sa se il salsaggio era maiale o turchese, ma anche cereali, yogurt, assortimenti di pasta e diversi succhi. Altri servizi comprendono una macchina Coca-Cola con una selezione di oggetti di grap-and-go da acquistare.

Buona per la famiglia. La dimensione della camera era buona. Anche se l'hotel è al lato della strada, le camere sono lontane dalla strada, quindi tranquillo. L'hotel è anche vicino al fiume e i balconi della camera faccia a fiume che è bello. Una piscina è con diapositiva e acquafalla. La seconda piscina all'altra parte dell'hotel è anche bello. Il colazione è fondamentale. Ha funzionato bene per la nostra famiglia. All'aperto dell'hotel, c'è un fermo per l'autobus nostalgico pubblico gratuito (trolley della linea blu) che vi porta al centro di Gatlinburg in pochi minuti (l'acquario è l'ultima fermata), viene a 15 minuti. Altrimenti è 15 min.passeggiata al centro della città.

This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

In generale, l’hotel sembra essere ben gestito, ed è stato bello vedere il personale lavorare insieme e sostenere l’un l’altro. Mi sono particolarmente grato di non aver dovuto aspettare diverse ore per il check-in, che ha reso l’arrivo molto più facile. Durante il mio soggiorno, alcune aree del pavimento erano in fase di riparazione, ma questo è comprensibile, ma c’era un odore notabile e segni visibili di lavoro in corso, che incideva leggermente sull’impressione generale. La camera stessa si sentiva molto fredda, e ci sono stati alcuni dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati: la macchina del caffè non funzionava, non c’era un asciugacapelli disponibile nella stanza, e c’era un progetto notabile che veniva dalla finestra. Ho notato anche un capello nero sul letto all’arrivo, e su una nota positiva, un ferro fu fornito. Una cosa che ho apprezzato è che il caffè e il tè sono stati disponibili nel lobby per la maggior parte del tempo. Per un hotel 4-star, 🫣🫣🫣 In generale, questo hotel potrebbe essere una buona opzione se le alternative sono limitate, e con qualche attenzione ai dettagli, ha il potenziale di offrire un soggiorno più comodo.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

Desk staff, very friendly and helpful. This building just opened Dec, 2025, Rooms were very spacious, Loved the wood look floors, and the breakfast was very good, the breakfast area was very relaxing' My only concerns were that the floors being non-carpeted, We had a very very heavy walker above us, This wasn't a child running, the stride was long. Knew exactly where they were in their room!, LOL. The walk in shower is a plus. To bad they didn't take advantage of the extra inches available so that the shower would be deeper, front to back.. My 6'4” husband kept knocking the slider with his elbows.. But again the shower was very nice. We typically try to stay at the LaQuinta's when traveling. Havent' been disappointed yet.
