Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. È accogliente, tranquillo, colorato e il più economico della città, lasciando solo impressioni positive. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Pro: 1. La spiaggia è a soli 400 passi, ovvero a una piacevole passeggiata di 5 minuti. 2. Colazione continentale eccellente e deliziosa. 3. Massaggio gratuito giornaliero. 4. Drink di benvenuto al check-in. 5. Hotel pulito e accogliente, sempre tranquillo e silenzioso. Il luogo perfetto per sfuggire al caos e dormire bene. 6. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più bella dell'isola: Puka Beach. 7. L'unica opzione più economica è un ostello. Questa era l'offerta più economica che ho prenotato. Contro: 1. La navetta per il centro città passa raramente (sia al mattino che alla sera). 2. Distanza da negozi e caffè. 3. Ci sono pochi turisti in questa zona. Sembra di essere entrati nel ghetto locale. L'unico aspetto negativo che posso segnalare è la scarsità di un servizio navetta da e per il centro città.

We stayed at La Bella Casa de Boracay during Holy Week, which is one of the busiest times on the island. Overall, it was a decent choice if you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation. The location is quite convenient—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to get around even with the holiday crowd. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist when needed. Overall, La Bella Casa is a good option for travelers who prioritize location and affordability over high-end comfort.

Il posto era pulito, il personale disponibile e la camera confortevole. Niente di speciale, ma è consentito l'uso della piscina a La Carmela De Boracay. Se viaggiate con un budget limitato e avete solo bisogno di un posto dove dormire e poi passeggiare per Boracay, questo è un posto consigliato da prenotare. La reception è stata gentile, ci hanno persino permesso di fare il check-in anticipato dato che c'era una camera disponibile. Deposito cauzionale di 1000 yen al momento del check-in, che verrà restituito al check-out.

Non c'è polvere o detriti sul pavimento e sulle superfici, ma nel bagno c'è della muffa nera. C'è l'aria condizionata e la TV. La nostra camera aveva un balcone, ma si affacciava sull'edificio opposto. La distanza tra il balcone e l'edificio è di 30 centimetri. Adatto solo per stendere la biancheria, non c'è alcuna vista. La colazione è inclusa non posso dire che mi sia piaciuta, ma è una questione di gusti, quindi terremo conto solo del fatto che c'è la colazione. La presenza di una palestra è un vantaggio enorme, una rarità a Boracay. Aspetti negativi: Il check-in è stato ritardato di mezz'ora. Stanza piccola. Avevamo una stanza davvero piccola. Tra il letto e il muro ci sono 40 centimetri, che sono scomodi da percorrere. All'angolo del letto una sera e una mattina ho avuto un livido sul ginocchio e la pelle era strappata, nonostante non fossi una donna grande. Avevamo la camera più semplice, probabilmente c'è più spazio nelle suite. In generale, le persone avide che hanno risparmiato denaro per il lusso avranno le ginocchia sbucciate. Solo un dato di fatto: Dopo il check-out, hanno controllato la stanza per circa 5 minuti. Questa è stata la prima volta che ci è successo su un Borokai, probabilmente non ispiravano fiducia. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they changed my room upon request. My first room had no window, so being moved to a room with natural light made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel’s location is also convenient and made it easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay, which was frustrating. Breakfast was also disappointing, as there was very little variety and it mainly consisted of Filipino dishes. It would be great to have more options for international guests. Another inconvenience was the room service process. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I had to go to the 5th floor every time I wanted to place a food order. Since there was also a room service delivery fee, I ended up carrying my own food back to my room, which defeated the purpose of ordering room service. Overall, the staff were accommodating, the location was good, and I appreciated that my room was changed when I raised my concern. However, improvements to the Wi-Fi, breakfast variety, and room service system would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Experience details: We stayed at their room kubo style for 2 nights. 1500 per night. Hello owner, please hear us out 😊 -No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location. - No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs. - Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon. - if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road. - If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner. - Towels must be asked. - Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu. - The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯 - If you just want a place to stay, you can book here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you guys have provided us. The property is easy to find, just outside Iloilo City Megaworld Business District. Its distance from the main road is just enough for guests not to be bothered by the constant sound of passing vehicles. It is safe and peaceful when we stayed there. The check in and check out was seamless and quick, our breakfast arrived on time and was filling.
