The Kempinski Accra is fabulous. Daniel was a manager in the restaurant and was warm, friendly and professional. Our table service was five-star by Benedicta. I would highly recommend the space. All the staff are superb and provide stellar hospitality.

La stanza a cinque stelle non è grande, molte cose sono vecchie, due valigie sono aperte, non c'è posto per andare, ma l'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, la piscina esterna è grande, l'allenamento o altri luoghi di incontro sono buoni!

Amichevole e però professionale. Sono in visita con risposte rapide. Da parcheggio all'evento. Qualcuno entra per cambiare la stazione televisiva perché il canale sportivo non ci farebbe piacere piuttosto che una musica ci aiuterà l'occasione. E' stato così spot. Non abbiamo avuto alcuna sfida. Eunice, Grace, Nana e James. Kudos!

We stayed at the Labadi Beach Hotel for 5 days following a flight from the UK to attend a family funeral. Although it was not a holiday, our stay at the Hotel was very enjoyable. The Staff are a major asset of the Hotel being ultra-friendly and very helpful. I was concerned that my suit for the funeral would be creased due to packing and concerned there was no time to press it before the early morning funeral the day following our arrival. The hotel reassured me this was no issue as they had 24/7 laundry services the suit arrived in good time. Our room was also super comfortable which became our temporary sanctuary following the very intense and busy days we had. When we managed to steal sometime for ourselves, we enjoyed the two pools, bar and listened to the good tunes being played. The bars were well stocked with good quality spirts and top class malts like Macallan 15 & 18. We found it very easy to relax in the lounge and enjoy some drinks from the bar, also a daily sanctuary for us. Breakfast was very good and very good lunch and dinner options. There was the option to eat on the terrace or in the restaurant. All in all a great stay at a fantastic Hotel. We have no doubt our next stay next year will be at The Labadi Beach Hotel. We are grateful Labadi Beach Hotel Team

My company hosted an annual event at the Merridian Hall at Alisa Hotel Tema and as the IT manager for my company, I experienced a professional service from the Hostel's IT Support - Henry Narh His service was customer centric and friendly throughout. I was impressed by his act to collaborate with my team days prior to the event and post review of the event. Aside this, the food service was lovely, well cordinated and delicious. Hotel Staff of the Hotel who engaged us directly for the event were prompt.
