"Quindi la posizione della proprietà è nella posizione perfetta. È proprio davanti a una stazione di metropolitana come quando si sta solo andando fuori dall'hotel c'è l'ascensore per la stazione di Metro, che si può facilmente utilizzare per il trasporto pubblico e taxi privati e Riksha sono facilmente disponibili nelle vicinanze. Oltre a questo, ci sono molti ristoranti nella stessa linea dell'hotel e davanti all'hotel."

Molto buono
UUtente ospitePlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
UUtente ospiteI had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place
UUtente ospiteRadha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.
AAdam W MorleyThe breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling. The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.
UUtente ospiteRooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family, very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food.
KKohBenMake sure you get the higher floors level 6 and above, but do note it's a shared bathroom , which is perfectly fine since it's regularly cleaned. Hot water shower was perfect. If you're more than 1.75, you are gonna hit the ceiling really, especially in the toilet, but it's padded so get ready. Top 2 floors are created at low-ceiling height in order to accomodate 2 floors of rooms. Everything is brand new now and the place is quite good. has a lift too.
UUtente ospiteDecent hotel, very near to cs t station, suite room was excellent with nice interior. Very good breakfast and great service. If the price was little more competitive then it would have been awesome. Would definitely like to visit again.

1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk)
2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine.
Didn’t like:
1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos.
2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water
3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain
4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming.
5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.
UUtente ospiteAll the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.
