Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

One of the best dormetry in goregao east. It is 1.5 km from the station. It has clean,hygienic bathrooms and toilets. One negative point is A.C. is not 24 hours.

La posizione dell'hotel era proprio sul segnale di Stadio Wankhede Gate 2. Ha un edificio residenziale di 7 o 8 magazzini e l'hotel è a soli metà del terzo piano... ma non è un problema.. L'hotel mi ha inviato un'e-mail che mi ha detto che era sul pavimento di un edificio residenziale e che era in condizioni diverse, ma un giorno prima del mio check-in. La struttura è stata molto attraente, ma non è stata molto attraente. La ricezione e il passaggio sono molto tempestosi e hanno un sacco di specchio, quindi si sente grande e non crampato, un movimento intelligente.. Le camere erano abbastanza grandi, silenziosamente luminose e arrostite, anche le camere avevano un sacco di specchio (le donne si sarebbero divertite a vestirsi) il letto era comodo per 2 persone, la terza persona poteva facilmente dormire su una mattresse e avreste ancora spazio per muoversi. Ha anche un divano a 2 posti, una sedia e una sedia a rotelle, oltre a buon spazio di stoccaggio per il bagaglio.. le toilette erano pulite e tutto funzionava correttamente.. Sono state fornite asciugamani freschi al giorno, lavatrice corpo, shampoo e lavatrice a mano erano di “dove” 👌🏼 La colazione era limitata ma deliziosa e sufficiente.Il tè era buono.Il personale era cortese e utile. Io scelgo questo per un viaggio di svago a Mumbai

È stato un soggiorno molto comodo e conveniente e è stata la mia prima volta che sono rimasto in camera da letto. Tutti erano così umili e aiutati dalla natura.Il colazione complimentare era così buono 😋. la pulizia di tutti i piani e la risposta immediata da parte dei fornitori di servizi. Vorrei visitarla di nuovo.

La stanza è buona.. le lavande non sono così pulite.. lavatoio non funziona correttamente nessun ascensore quindi si deve salire in scala stretta.. ci siamo fermati nel quarto piano.. non adatto per gli anziani e per le persone con problemi di dolore.. Se hai un treno da CST, allora è un alloggio per voi.Solo 1 km dall'hotel. Taxi prezzi da 50 a 100 rupie.. cinque minuti per taxi 15 minuti a piedi.

Penso che questo sia uno degli hotel più belli dell'India. La doccia e qualche insetto sono inevitabili, ma penso che rimarrete soddisfatti.

Questo è un ottimo hotel.E'molto bello, con Wi-Fi, ma alcune persone possono preoccuparsi di qualche rumore.
