Hotel a 2 stelle in Maharashtra, India

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

There was nice hotel but location was not good

Abbiamo avuto una camera familiare ma è ancora piccolo. Nella parte posteriore la camera è più tranquilla che nella parte anteriore. Trova il prezzo in alto ma è Mumbai. Beh accanto alla stazione della metropolitana ma lontano da per esempio il cancello verso l'India.

L'aspetto è come un piccolo hotel.Dopo aver entrato, ci sono molti ospiti maschi sul pavimento comune.Il personale è cordiale e coraggioso.Dopo aver preso il passaporto, ho dimenticato il rimborso, e ho notato che era la prima volta che ho sottolineato.C'era una grande cassaforte con un cappuccio di cassaforte nella stanza, che era molto utile. La zona intorno al letto è anche bella.Le acque non sono sporche, l'acqua calda è corretta quando si bagna.Sto svuotando il letto nella stanza, ma qualcuno indossava un cappello che sembrava vestito fuori, la parte del corridoio era sporca, mi preoccupavo.Sono molto grato per il colazione incluso. Uso il letto in alto, ma i vestiti della gente in basso?Pennello?Sono deluso, è sulle scale.Inoltre, mi sono preso 40 rupie quando sono andato via.Sembra che abbia comprato acqua dal PET, ma quando gli ho detto che non ho comprato acqua, ha capito e non ha pagato. Ma non mi scuso, mi sento incomodo e sospetto.Inoltre, anche dopo le dieci del mattino, c'è qualcuno che dorme nella caviglia, quindi è difficile aprire l'energia.Quando sono pronto, mi sento incomodo con le luci del cellulare.

I had to travel to Mumbai for a meeting. during this transit I chose to stay at loco mo. one of the best hostel stays I have ever had people here were so warm and welcoming and courteous as well

Would not recommend this hotel if you want to get good sleep. The rooms have absolutely zero sound proofing. If the neighbouring rooms are using their bathrooms, the noise from the water pipes is unbelievably loud. This is something I have experienced for the first time in any hotel. The doors are thin as cardboard and you can hear people screaming and shouting in the hallway. And they play music on speakers in the hallway as if this much disturbance wasn't't already enough.
