Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India. For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information: - The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking. - It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk. - It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter. - Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2. - Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

La posizione è buona. Prima della stazione ferroviaria, c'era un supermercato vicino, che operava fino a mezzanotte. Inoltre, ci sono molti piatti in dieci minuti a piedi. Puoi godere facilmente del dolce cibo locale da colazione a cena.

Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Sono stato qui 3 notti. Questo è un prezzo piuttosto basso per quello che si ottiene. Ci sono anche molti altri dormitori intorno. Camera con aria condizionata con Wi-Fi gratuito e ventilatore in ogni capsula. Ci sono state telecamere in camera, e un serbatoio per le vostre cose. Lino pulito. Se siete più di 180 cm, non potrete stare qui completamente. Non ci sono shampoo, gel da doccia o carta igienica nella camera da bagno. 5 minuti dalle stazioni di metro Sakinaka e Asalpha. Bella personale da Quando dormivo, 1000 rupie cadde accidentalmente dal mio tascaio al pavimento, ma il personale mi l'ha restituita, per cui li ringrazio. Questo è un ottimo valore per i soldi.

Ho ottenuto questo attraverso la ricerca di Google....perciò l'esperienza qui era buona,anche il personale era buono ma le condizioni e le ambienze intorno e nella residenza non erano affatto buone....è sembrato molto pulito meno all'interno delle camere e anche la zona dove Questo è stato trovato non è buono nemmeno.

Il personale era molto carino e molto disposto a aiutarvi. Oltre a essere vicino a una spiaggia, la zona in cui l'hotel è non è così buona. Vicino a qualche azienda che giocano musica molto alta ogni giorno, 'fino a circa 1.30 AM. Aggiungi che la posizione vicino all'aeroporto con aerei che parteno e si trova in una zona molto rumorosa. Immagino che l'edificio e le camere dell'hotel erano una volta molto belle, ma oggi esulano la gloria svanita. Molti sembrano vecchi e non sono ben curati (ad esempio, cassette d'acqua, toilette, porte, vecchie foglie, legno). Dopo qualche giorno, puoi abituarti a questo, ma esulta di decadimento.

All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

We stayed in 3 bed, room. The room was clean and good. I would recommend this hotel if someone trying to book a hotel near victoria terminal.

サキナカ駅から歩いて10分以内だったと思います。トイレシャワーは臭かったですが、安いのでそれなりだと思います。ベッドは3段で狭いですが、カーテンも付いているので落ち着けます。朝7時頃に到着で、玄関のソファで寝ていたフロントの方を起こしてしまい申し訳なかったですが、ベッドが空いていたので案内して下さりありがたかったです。清潔感は無いですが、南京虫は見ていないです。
