Hotel a 2 stelle in Maharashtra, India

Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Abbiamo avuto una camera familiare ma è ancora piccolo. Nella parte posteriore la camera è più tranquilla che nella parte anteriore. Trova il prezzo in alto ma è Mumbai. Beh accanto alla stazione della metropolitana ma lontano da per esempio il cancello verso l'India.

Very clean hostel and friendly staff. Location not far from the airport.

Hanno pulito il pavimento e il bagno, ma dietro il letto c'era molta polvere e il divano non sembrava pulito da un po'. Nel complesso non è stato un brutto soggiorno, ma non c'è molto da fare in zona e ci sono pochi ristoranti. Era vicino all'aeroporto, quindi è un buon posto per uno scalo.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

L'hotel Elphinstone è una proprietà pulita in una posizione ragionevole. L'ambiente dell'hotel non è buono. L'hotel è situato nel primo piano di un edificio. Non c'è ascensore. È necessario salire le scale. I ragazzi Bell sono pronti a portare i bagagli nella vostra stanza. Il servizio è eccellente. Il colazione è molto semplice. Le camere sono abbastanza buone e molto pulite. Tutti i membri del personale sono in un buon comportamento.

Положение идеально, рядом с метро. Пару минут и в любую точку Мумбаи. Рядом можно пообедать, что то купить. Персонал доброжелателен. Все наши пожелания быстро решали. Номера чистые, насекомых нет. Стены под штукатурку, поэтому постояльцы где чемоданом заденут или чем другим. Но вины отеля в этом нет. Не перекрашивать же номера после каждого клиента. Номер для нас был тесен, но это наши проблемы. Мы знали на что шли. Отель хорош для своих денег. Персоналу СПАСИБО!!!

Le camere erano pulite e ben tenute. Circondata da edifici iconici, la zona aggiunge fascino al soggiorno.
