Hotel a 3 stelle in Catalogna, Spagna

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Quando ho letto che l'insonorizzazione era scarsa, non ho capito quanto fosse grave. Sentivo le tende dei miei vicini muoversi. L'hotel ha un design moderno, ma la prima sera si è rotta una delle luci principali della stanza. Sono andato alla reception e mi hanno detto: ”Succede, non è niente di grave”. Nel frattempo, uno degli interruttori ha iniziato a scricchiolare e, tre giorni dopo, l'intera retroilluminazione, che è la fonte di energia principale, ha smesso di funzionare. Detto questo, l'hotel è pulito, il personale è gentile e sono molto soddisfatto del balcone della mia camera, che si affaccia sul Tibet. Se non fosse per i problemi di illuminazione e audio, consiglierei questo hotel senza dubbio.

Ottima posizione, lo spazio è sufficiente per le coppie in viaggio. La reception si trova dietro la camera d'albergo, un po' difficile da trovare (accanto all'insegna del McDonald's). La reception è molto bella, la colazione è a buffet e offre una buona varietà di scelta!

Piacevole sorpresa nel cuore di Barcellona Valutazione:4/5 stelle Data del soggiorno:agosto 2024 --- Riepilogo: Abbiamo trascorso una breve vacanza a Barcellona questa settimana e cercavamo una camera pulita e ben posizionata, ed è esattamente ciò che abbiamo ottenuto. Il Park Hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa e non dovrebbe essere giudicato dalla sua facciata: siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Camera: La nostra camera al sesto piano era spaziosa per un hotel cittadino e aveva tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta. Il letto era particolarmente comodo e i cuscini erano sodi e di supporto, nessuno di quelli morbidi e mollicci che si trovano spesso negli hotel. Il bagno era ben attrezzato, anche se potrebbe essere un po' stretto per gli ospiti più grandi. Pulizia: La camera veniva pulita regolarmente e tutte le nostre richieste venivano prontamente soddisfatte. Anche l'area piscina era ben tenuta e il bagno con doccia disponibile il giorno della nostra partenza era impeccabile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Servizio: Il servizio è stato ragionevole nel complesso. Il personale ha gestito più attività contemporaneamente e, sebbene a volte sembrassero un po' stressati, sono sempre stati puntuali, cortesi e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Posizione: La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Barcellona. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Barceloneta, Port Vell e dal quartiere El Born. Inoltre, l'hotel è proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, il che ha reso la nostra gita di un giorno a Sitges incredibilmente comoda. Strutture: La piscina sul tetto dell'hotel è una bella caratteristica, con circa 14 sedie disponibili per prendere il sole. La zona si affolla a metà pomeriggio, soprattutto quando il sole estivo è al culmine. La piscina stessa ha le dimensioni perfette per un rapido raffreddamento dopo aver esplorato la città. Cibo e bevande: Avevamo la colazione inclusa nella nostra prenotazione, che offriva tutti i prodotti di base che ci si aspetta da una colazione in hotel. È stato un buon modo per iniziare la giornata e ha fornito abbastanza varietà per fare il pieno di energie prima di uscire. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Il Park Hotel ha offerto un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, data la sua posizione, il comfort e i servizi. Suggerimenti/raccomandazioni: Questo hotel è l'ideale se amate la scena gastronomica e dei cocktail alla moda, unita alla vivace atmosfera della spiaggia. È un'ottima base per esplorare il meglio che Barcellona ha da offrire. Torneremo sicuramente al Park Hotel durante la nostra prossima visita a Barcellona.

A Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February) Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good. I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it. I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming. Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible. That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights. All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. We enjoyed the stay as the location is within walking distance for food, shops and near the Metro station. The buffet serves 24 hours is awesome as in the middle of the night, we could just walk-in and enjoy the drinks and snacks and chit-chat. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we have a great time during the stay!

È la prima volta che abbiamo un soggiorno così cattivo. Abbiamo ricevuto la richiesta via WhatsApp di fornire le nostre informazioni sul passaporto personale e di pagare l'imposta sull'hotel tramite un link di pagamento nel WhatsApp, è stato ricevuto molto in anticipo prima del nostro check-in. Abbiamo trovato questo modo molto insolito, e a causa dell'incertezza se il messaggio fosse proveniente dalla proprietà, abbiamo rifiutato di pagare l'imposta in anticipo, e poi il cosiddetto personale immobiliare ha sostenuto che non li rispettavamo. Ho trovato assurdo, visto che abbiamo pagato completamente il nostro alloggio e gli abbiamo detto che pagherebbe completamente l'imposta al check-in, di cui era un piccolo importo rispetto al totale di 3 notti di soggiorno. Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo trovato che solo un rullino di toletta è stato dato senza tessuto; quindi abbiamo chiesto un'ulteriore, e dopo che il tempo era caldo, abbiamo chiesto un letto sottile invece di un certo tubo. Il personale immobiliare ha detto che ci doveva pagare 50 sterline per un semplice PC di lettini!! Abbiamo trovato questo ridicolo e ci dava un'altra rulla da bagno, erano infelice. Qual è il costo di un rullino di toletta rispetto al soggiorno di alta velocità di questa proprietà rispetto al soggiorno vicino? Ci hanno dato un'unità sotto attesa, senza vista (vedi foto) , che è così grande differenza dalla foto annunciata. Il giorno dopo l'arrivo, il giorno dopo l'arrivo, ci hanno detto che la cassaforte era rotta. Non l'ho mai incontrato nemmeno nelle unità AirBnB. Chiediamo sacchetti di spazzatura perché il loro bin non ha sacchetto, il personale immobiliare ha detto che non forniscono sacchetti di spazzatura! Quindi come possiamo aiutarli a pulire il spazzatura se non ci sono sacchetti? Non ci aspetta di comprare il sacchetto di rifiuti e aiutarli a pulire? È assolutamente ridicolo! IL RACOMANDATO, poiché l'unità è piccola, strano layout della stanza

Devo fare un complimento alla receptionista che, con molta pazienza, mi ha cambiato stanza. Ho dimenticato di chiederle il nome, ma è stata molto disponibile e mi ha spostato in una camera mista, altrimenti mi sarei sentita in imbarazzo in una stanza con solo donne. So che il settore alberghiero non è facile e soddisfare le esigenze dei viaggiatori non è semplice, ma il livello di servizio di alcuni membri del personale andrebbe migliorato.

L'hotel era molto pulito e il personale cordiale. Soprattutto, la colazione era così deliziosa! Tuttavia, la posizione era deludente, quindi era un po' scomodo spostarsi in città. Se vuoi rilassarti durante il tuo viaggio, ti consigliamo di fermarti per un giorno!
