Hotel a 5 stelle in Viti Levu Group, Fiji

We had such a lovely stay at Outrigger. It was just the break we needed. The food is good and the drinks are decent. The prices were better than I was expecting. We ended up not doing a package and spent far less than we would have done on a package. Loved the adult pool, the only pain is that it sometimes closes early to set up for weddings.

1. I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night. 2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill. 3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in. 4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last. 5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel! All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Dipping in the jacuzzi in the adults-only pool area in the morning was the perfect way to start our day. The sunset deck and beach cabanas were also very relaxing. Although the pillows had a slight moldy smell and the room wasn’t serviced properly, overall our stay was great. We’ll definitely be back!

E' stato un bene, che ci ha controllato più volte per assicurarci che ci fosse un buon soggiorno. Buona snorkeling al resort, ma le attrezzature sono fornite solo durante l'alta giornata che era strano, perché le mattine erano molto meglio per snorkeling. Tutte le aree del resort hanno una vista sorprendente. Buona varietà di ristoranti.

State tranquilli con personale in piedi... solo poche aree per migliorare In generale, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno a Crowne Plaza. L'atmosfera del resort era divertente e rilassante, e la squadra ci ha davvero fatto sentire benvenuti. Poche cose potrebbero essere migliorate: le opzioni di servizio in camera erano limitate, quindi se volessi qualcosa di meglio dovevi lasciare la tua stanza e andare ai ristoranti piuttosto che consegnarla. C'erano i capelli nel bagno, e le grotte più angoli/squadre richiedono più attenzione. Ciò detto, il personale era gentile, amichevole e responsabile, e non esitavano a risolvere le questioni una volta che li avessimo portati all’attenzione, che apprezzo davvero. Speciale grido a Temo al La Bottega Italian Restaurant, Esa e Kelly che hanno fatto delle nostre notti al Urban Sugar Beach Club un'esplosione assoluta, e Esava e Jo dal concierge si sono assicurati che ci fosse cura! Il resort aveva anche delle attività fantastiche pianificate durante la vacanza di Natale per tutte le età! Nonostante le poche domande, consiglierei ancora di rimanere qui, soprattutto per il grande servizio e vibe viva del resort.

This resort offers everything you can hope for; comfort, cleanliness and superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the air-conditioning is rather noisy. Numerous restaurants on site makes you spoilt for choice, but they are rather pricey. However, the friendly staff are what makes this resort five star, they really are superb.

Per la seconda volta, restiamo qui in questo hotel! Questa volta siamo riusciti a stare alla vista della piscina, apprezziamo il tipo di aiuto da parte del mangiatore di assistenza di accoglienza Aman così come l’aiuto di Keleshi! Si raccomanda Intercontinentale se è la prima volta che visitare Figi per la ragione sotto! - cose amichevole che sono disposte a aiutarci sempre con belle sorrisi! Possono cercare di ricordarci e di piede noi personalmente, che lo rende ancora più piacevole e possiamo vedere che lo fanno dal loro cuore! -un pranzo spazioso con una grande scelta di cibo per pranzo/dinerlo con musica d'amore quotidiano e alcune attività nel bar salone - Intercontinentale ha una spiaggia pubblica proprio davanti e possiamo godere di spiaggia e piscina infinita per adulti. Quello che amo su questo hotel è che non dobbiamo andare da altri luoghi per godere la spiaggia, perché possiamo vedere pesci colossi con i nostri snorkel! - spaziosa camera e bagno su un grande balcone è qualcosa di grande e si può rilassarsi al balcone anche il giorno della pioggia! Grazie per l'altro bellissimo soggiorno e saremo sicuramente tornati!!

Questo resort è stato il punto! L'ubicazione, ristoranti, ospite, piscina, saloni, persone, spaziose e pulite camere ...la chiami, hanno tutto. Yasmin, in particolare, era sorprendente: ha accolto alcune richieste e ha accolto per assicurarci che siamo felici. Cellar e Barnes sono stati un bel toccante aggiunto. Li è sorprendente e farà le bevande migliori mai!
