Il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti è stato confortevole. Cuscini morbidi e letto fantastico. La colazione a buffet del sabato mattina era ottima, ma non altrettanto quella della domenica mattina. La receptionist è stata molto disponibile e cordiale.

Molto pulita. Molto bella personale di contatto e buon personale di manutenzione. Un hotel di bilancio superiore. Situato vicino al Centro Point e al centro commerciale Podomoro. Facile da trovare cibo. La colazione è modestamente buona con il prezzo offerto.

Alvina Hotel & Cafe is one of the best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar city. It is located at the Megaland complex, which is around 5 minutes drive away from the city center. It is a modern hotel that is equipped with cafe on the ground floor, meeting room and rooftop restaurant. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are housing complex, business centres, restaurant, etc. Room rate was still affordable. The Standard Room was quite cramped. The room came with air conditioning, TV set, in house telephone, in room dining, mineral water, hot and cold water shower. Free WiFi was available at the room and the speed was not bad.The bed comfiness was just so so. Free simple buffet breakfast was provided for all in house guests. Taste of the food was good. Breakfast spread was consisted of rice with dishes, fried rice, fried noodle, toast, porridge, slice fruit, traditional cakes, tea and coffee. The hotel staff's hospitality was not bad. Parking was provided at the road side in front of the hotel.

Dovrebbe essere consentito l'arrivo degli ospiti almeno 30 minuti prima dell'orario di check-in. Ogni paese consente un anticipo di 1 ora. Ho preso due giorni di volo consecutivi, ero molto stanco e il personale non mi ha permesso di effettuare il check-in perché mancavano ancora 30 minuti. Anche le condizioni interne della camera erano così così.
