Very clean hotel, altho i don’t like the room design, but i love tje cleanliness, they have hood amenities and big resto. We love to spend pur morning enjoying their coffee shop. The front office staff are all friendly, the allow us to store out luggage before check in and after check out.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet a bit away from the main town, Tuktuk Timbul is very well located. We stayed in one of their traditional-style little houses, which were very cute and charming. It’s a great spot if your plan is simply to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and do nothing much. The homestay has a restaurant (we didn’t try the food though), a pool, a ping pong table, and a billiard table — so you can easily stay entertained without leaving the property. For the price, it’s definitely good value. That said, if you want to explore or do activities around Lake Toba, this may not be the best base. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area, and the staff weren’t very helpful when we asked for recommendations — apart from renting a scooter, they didn’t provide much guidance. Communication was also tricky as they don’t really speak English. Service felt a bit cold overall; the owners live nearby but never greeted us, which made us feel like we were disturbing them rather than being welcomed. In summary: a good option if your goal is to switch off, relax, and stay put at the homestay itself. But if you’re looking for friendly service, local tips, or activities beyond the property, you might find it lacking.

Alvina Hotel & Cafe is one of the best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar city. It is located at the Megaland complex, which is around 5 minutes drive away from the city center. It is a modern hotel that is equipped with cafe on the ground floor, meeting room and rooftop restaurant. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are housing complex, business centres, restaurant, etc. Room rate was still affordable. The Standard Room was quite cramped. The room came with air conditioning, TV set, in house telephone, in room dining, mineral water, hot and cold water shower. Free WiFi was available at the room and the speed was not bad.The bed comfiness was just so so. Free simple buffet breakfast was provided for all in house guests. Taste of the food was good. Breakfast spread was consisted of rice with dishes, fried rice, fried noodle, toast, porridge, slice fruit, traditional cakes, tea and coffee. The hotel staff's hospitality was not bad. Parking was provided at the road side in front of the hotel.

Il posto è una grande stanza molto nuova e deve ancora essere migliorato. Nessun TV, nessuna AC o fan nella stanza. Bella letto, bella vista dalla stanza e ha più apertura nella stanza. Basta camminare e salire troppo la scala. Nessun corte corto. Finora il proprietario era gentile e utile. TQ Penginapan Mafir. 

Recentemente sono rimasto a Cemara Asri Inn, e in generale, è stata una buona esperienza con pochi punti e aree per migliorare. Quello che mi piaceva: La posizione è eccellente è proprio nel cuore di Cemara Asri, con molte opzioni alimentari grandi vicino, da cibo stradale locale a caffè e ristoranti accoglienti. Cosa potrebbe essere meglio: La parte principale era la pulizia. La stanza e il bagno potevano certamente prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli le cose sembravano un po’ indossate, e alcune aree non si sentono fresche o fresche come dovrebbero essere. Se stai cercando un posto con una posizione strategica e facile accesso a cibo, questo hotel vale la pena considerare. Ma se la pulizia è la tua priorità, potresti voler impostare le tue aspettative in base a questo.

Tenete presente che l'elettricità sull'isola è regolarmente spenta per diverse ore (5-6 ore). Altrimenti questo è un grande posto. Cucina deliziosa e variabile, ottima vista, personale utile, alcune camere hanno un sacco di anziani, ma è possibile trovare la migliore opzione. Ottima entrata nel lago.

Hotel ini punya lokasi yang strategis banget. Dekat ke pusat kota, gampang cari makan, dan akses transportasinya juga oke. Check-in cepat, staff ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bersih, tempat tidur nyaman, dan AC dingin. Kamar mandi airnya lancar dan ada amenities dasar yang lengkap. Cocok buat kamu yang butuh tempat istirahat singkat tanpa banyak drama.
