Hotel a 2 stelle in West Midlands, Regno Unito

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel. The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower. Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

I cant thank the staff enough from check in to check out the service was excellent. The ladies on check in were very efficient and helped with car park charges. The staff were accommodating to provide extra toilet roll finished in room and nothing was an inconvenience for the staff. I will most likely visit again.

Quando sono arrivato, ho avuto la sensazione che l'ambiente circostante fosse pessimo. C'erano graffiti ovunque e gli edifici erano molto decadenti. Mi sentivo insicuro. In effetti non era male. Di notte c'erano luci intense. Era a circa 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus. Nei dintorni c'erano anche dei posti dove mangiare. Ci volevano circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro città. L'igiene era nella media, ma di notte era tranquillo. C'era una cucina e la colazione, tè, caffè, pane, marmellata, mele, banane e arance. Personalmente penso che sia molto buono. Ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e il prezzo è economico. Il personale della reception è stato molto premuroso e mi ha aiutato ad asciugare i pantaloni gratuitamente. Le persone che vivono qui sono relativamente parsimoniose, ma sono molto amichevoli e si aiutano a vicenda. Naturalmente chi ha esigenze elevate soggiorna in hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent for travel from Birmingham Airport. The first room we were given was not clean. The bed linen on the bunk bed was dirty and there were blood stains on the sheets. Having said that when we complained to the staff they moved in a to two rooms near each other. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

I loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome. The management and all the staff were all so friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May. THANKS GUYS. LYNN.

Perfect for family's also over the road from Dudley zoo and has its own little kitchen so you can buy food and cook it the room is like a little holiday chalet

I stayed at Beckbury House for 5 nights and had a very good experience. The service was excellent . Everything was well organized and comfortable during my stay. I especially liked how clean the entire place was – the rooms and common areas were always very tidy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Beckbury House to others.
