Hotel a 2 stelle in Hampshire, Regno Unito

I had a really great experience overall. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent — everything felt fresh, tidy, and well-maintained, which made a big difference in comfort. The location is also perfect, very convenient and easy to access nearby attractions and essentials. The service was good; the staff were friendly and helpful, though there’s a little room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities were also solid and met most expectations, though a few small additions could make the stay even better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place, especially for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

This was a perfect location for us as it was only about 5 minutes from the port. Friendly welcome and efficient service. Room was good and spacious but feel it could do with freshening up. The fan in the bathroom ran on for ages so didn't turn the light on during the night as it was very noisy. Breakfast was good and wholesome but cutlery was a bit grubby and table needed a good clean. Otherwise a good stay.

Will be good if some refurbishment cold be done, especially on ventilation

Friendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.
