Hotel a 2 stelle in Regione Capitale Nazionale, Filippine

I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days. The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays.

As I noticed when I visited my friend my guest that I booked to stay in astrotel they had little complaint about the service rendered by the room attendant I don't know who are to be accountable for service as in so long delayed when it's delivered the guest request. in my case what I had also observed it's the same the guest will need always to remind the staff in the counter to follow up the request or the order and I need to asked always, ”how many hours to assist or deliver the guest request? Supposedly they will put a time frame for every guest request.I am suggesting to the manager to please instruct the counter staff to put in writing the guest request such as a check list to serve as a reminder for them to check if the request are already done or assisted, sometimes if the guest didn't remind the counter staff the request failed to deliver or already forgotten the results in part of the guest were annoying, irritating and disgusting feeling.

La camera è pulita e confortevole, ma il soggiorno ha avuto diverse domande.L'aria condizionata era molto alta, non c'era connessione a Internet, e ottenere una TV remota era difficile, è stato fornito solo l'ultimo giorno nonostante molte richieste. Una delle bolle non funzionava e ci sono volute ore e diverse seguite da fissare. Il doccia non aveva nemmeno una valvola adeguata. In generale, il servizio e le strutture di base hanno bisogno di miglioramento.

La mia prima stanza era molto rumorosa, quindi ho chiesto una nuova, e la gente della ricetta era abbastanza gentile da permettermi di scegliere una buona al piano superiore, la stanza era gentile e il bagno era pulito con buona pressione idrica. La posizione è anche molto ideale, e il personale è bello e utile. Era anche in grado di soddisfare alcune richieste come gli anelli extra e il ferro elettrico. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo se nella zona. ☺️

The room was so clean and smelled fresh when we entered. The management was also responsive even tho we only communicated thru email. The unit is complete with utensils, kitchen appliances and cooking equipments, they even have hair dryer and automatic washing machine. Its so convenient! No need to ask for a room card or key (which I find very incovenient) because the locking mechanism is electronic. And the best thing in this accomodation is that they have hot shower, perfect for a cold night. Its a 10/10 overall!. Highly recommend this place. Side note: Drinking water can be bought at the grocery adjacent to the main lobby.

We had an absolutely amazing time at skyport hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. And take note they free shuttle to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The location was also good and easy to find. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Tglhe place is suit for solo and or families.It has a better location also since i book it to secure my appointment without delays. Im happy to book again.☺️

From the moment I stepped into the gates of Courtyard Hotel Pasay, I knew I was going to have a special and unforgettable stay. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, the service and attention they gave to me was above and beyond!! The courtyard's ambiance was so breathtaking! Imagine coming off of a long travel day, and stepping into a magical secret garden as your refuge. I'm a very Type A person, so I had high expectations, and the Courtyard Hotel did not disappoint. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room was perfectly cold from the AC, and my bed was truly inviting. I'm glad I have somewhere that I can come back to over and over again when I'm in the Philippines. A big thank you to the Courtyard Hotel family... The way you took care of me truly means the world.
