We had a very comfortable stay in this unit. The place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease throughout our visit. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the mall and perfect for all the errands we had planned. Overall, our stay was smooth and relaxing — it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Absolutely excellent location, right in the heart of BGC with all the amenities at your finger tips. The apartment was clean and a good size, but would be small for a family. The car service was expensive however the driver was very friendly and helpful and as I was arriving early and on my own, the expense was worth it (although in hindsight probably just as safe getting a Grab). I’d recommend staying here again.

Purtroppo era la stagione dei tifoni e, dopo il nostro ritorno dal viaggio all'estero, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare un passaggio a causa delle strade allagate, quindi ho deciso di prenotare un appartamento in questo residence. Tre motivi per cui ho continuato a tornare qui: primo, la vicinanza all'aeroporto, secondo, la pulizia e ultimo, il personale disponibile. Tornerò sempre in questo residence ogni volta che ne avrò bisogno 😍🙏🏻 Un'altra cosa: è vicino a ristoranti, bar e supermercati per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di un viaggiatore 🙏🏻

The room is clean and has lot to offer especially if you are staying with friends or family. There are things that u can use for your comfort, like those in need for cooking. 100+ smile factor for the owner's kindness and responsiveness. The location is good and calming to mind. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia impeccabile e dall'organizzazione impeccabile di questo hotel. Ogni dettaglio, dalle camere immacolate agli spazi comuni meticolosamente curati, testimoniava un impegno costante verso l'eccellenza. I panorami mozzafiato erano una fonte inesauribile di piacere, esaltando un'esperienza già di per sé lussuosa. Il personale era attento e professionale, aggiungendo un tocco personale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. Un'esperienza davvero eccezionale!

It was a great experience. The staffs are nice, helpful and very professional. The room is cozy and the balcony view is very nice. Highly recommended for travelers like couples, you can cook for breakfast if you like. We love it!❤️

È il mio secondo soggiorno nel parco di vista marino Saphire. .Camera di fronte a Okada. Il personale è amichevole soprattutto CHE che mi ricorda e mi ha detto che ci saranno fuochi d'artificio all'anniversario . Shuttle gratuito a due negozi.

I could say that It was a great stay, and I enjoyed the experience 😊 the ambiance is quite good. It's very affordable for a solo traveller or backpacker like me. I will definitely booked again for my travel. Highly recommended. Value for money, very accessible to any kind of transportation and establishments like restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, malls and supermarkets.

This is exactly the place you want to be after visiting Manila. For those who go straight from their London home to the airport and stop here by taxi upon arrival, they may not appreciate this place. Now imagine that Manila is the most densely populated metropolis with 24 million residents. Most of them huddle in their Khrushchev-era buildings. Then the contrast of this elite complex will be immediately clear. Now for the wishes: 1. Since I have rented out apartments in the past, I understand that for a comfortable check-in, step-by-step instructions are needed. A video from the moment of approach/entrance to the entrance to the room. A point on the map with coordinates for the driver to stop. 2. Perhaps a more flexible pricing policy is needed. I have Platinum status on trip.com, so I received a discount on booking. The price of accommodation here was slightly higher than at the Savoy Hotel near the airport, where I stayed after arriving. Would I come back here again? Of course, yes. Here you feel like the center of attention. Since there are almost no residents in the house. There are dozens of security guards around. There is a VIP complex with a ****** nearby. A store with everything you need is at the entrance. If something is unclear, the owner of the apartment responds promptly on WhatsApp. Such necessary little things as bottles of water upon check-in will definitely please, and the ability to refresh things in the washing machine is just a bomb. 2 air conditioners, a 55-inch smart TV, a large refrigerator and an excellent shower head in addition to a gorgeous view from the balcony. I would stay here for a long time, but I have already bought a ticket to Boracay
