Hotel a 3 stelle in Atollo Baa, Maldive

Communication with booking department was bad, it was hard to get information about transfers, they didn't answer half of my messages. The boat to the island was delayed for more than 1 hour but I wasn't informed about it. Timing of the speedboat is not the best as it's public transport mainly used by locals, the boat departs from the island about 7.30 am. The staff at the reception are friendly and trying to help but sometimes there are some misunderstandings. Check in was fast and smooth but no information was given at all. Everything is in another building - Swarn. I didn't feel very safe walking around after sunset as this building is in the middle of nowhere.. The island is beautiful but full of construction. The bathroom is tiny and there is absolutely no place to put wet towels and swimsuits. The hotel building is next to a very noisy construction, there were some works in the building itself. I was given a room with the sea view which is nice but also opposite the elevator which produces loud sounds every time someone presses any button on any floor. This place is really good, clean, nice design. The Sri Lankan chef makes fantastic food. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with dinner as we had already paid through trip but it was cleared quickly. We used them to organize a whole day of snorkeling sadly we only saw a turle, due not being the season for mantas nor whale sharks. They took us to an empty island with white sand and crystal blue sea, it was lovely. I think the lunch could have been better but it was a great day. We also went night fishing, we only caught one fish but another couple caught four! Again it was nice being out in the seat night, we then went back to the hotel and the chef grilled the fish we caught! We were very happy with our stay!

I spent 5 nights here. I really enjoyed my time on the island. The room is fairly basic, but had everything I needed. I booked a snorkeling tour with them to Turtle Island and the Coral Garden which was fabulous and they also helped me arrange a transfer to nearby Maalhos since I needed to go on a Friday when the ferry wasn't running.

Персонал работает великолепно! Вопросы к собственнику/ руководству. Цена отеля не соответствует качеству совершенно. На острове есть другие интересные отели по более приятной цене. Но надо бронировать заранее (мы к сожалению брали гостиницу впритык к отпуску, и как говорится,- то что осталось). Завтрак не шведский стол. Начинается поздно в 8ч, заказываешь из меню, пока приготовят проходит 30 мин. Кофе на завтрак за отдельную плату-5$. Правда, вам дадут понюхать зерна из двух пробирок и вы можете выбрать из каких зерен вам приготовят кофе. Прямо возле отеля находится мечеть. В 5 утра возможно это вас будет будит.

Da l'hotel alla spiaggia pubblica 50 metri, al bikini 300 metri, al canale alla parte più bella del rief 200 metri (scivolo sulla mia strada se non c'è ondata e alta acqua). La stanza è pulita, c'è un frigorifero. Un bel colazione. Benvenuto personale. I prezzi per la visita sono uniformi in tutta l'isola.

I fully enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff was very helpful with organising excursions and making travel arrangements for me. A comfortable accommodation near the beach with free bicycle use to explore the island!

Molto responsabile personale, aiutare in tutto, cucina deliziosamente. Cara da golf libero all'oceano e all'intera isola. Mostra crab e squali da mangiare nel porto. Vorrei sottolineare Newven e Sanget. Sono grandi!

При заезде были некоторые неприятности, которые Хиди помогла решить меньше, чем за сутки. В качестве компенсации были предложены экскурсии и тариф полупансион. Сам остров маленьких и немноголюдный. Отличные большие магазины. Добираться до острова очень долго, потому что спидбот развозит местных по другим островам, тогда мне совершенного непонятно, почему так дорого стоит. Хозяева забирают с аэропорта на багги, это очегь милый вид траспорта. До отеля ехать очень близко. В отеле вам предоставят экскурсии на снорклинг со всем оборудованием. Завтрак - шведский стол, выбор небольшой, но голодными мы не оставались. Не хватает полочек в ванной комнвте для шампуня и других принадлежностей. Уборка каждый день, бутылка воды - всё отлично. Бесплатно предоставили 2 велосипеда, мы отлично прокатились по острову, насобирали множество ракушек.
