Hotel a 5 stelle in Lazio, Italia

Questo è il migliore di Roma. Andateci sicuramente. Tutti sono amichevoli! La stanza è molto pulita. La prossima volta che verrò a Roma, voglio restare a lungo.

The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

Our stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history. Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for. Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city. Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

A safe location just behind Intercontinental Rome , walking distance to Spanish Steps , near sightseeing bus stop, The hotel renovated trendy, very friendly staffs , The king size room looked a bit small but completely fulfilled our needs - big makeup mirror , Dyson , food bar ,

Clasico di aria conduttiva, bar conduttiva e bar coniac sono buoni. La colazione è abbastanza soddisfacente, 38 euro, mezzo auto-assistenza, può fare un solo puntamento su un pasto fatto. La stanza è pulita e pulita.Il rumore è brutto, non posso dormire ogni notte, non correre in alto o saltare vicino alla stanza.I prodotti sanitari non sono integrati, anche per quattro giorni, la prima scopre che il foglio di scarpe è scomparso, il giorno successivo non è stato riempito, e il quarto giorno non c'è carta igienica. E'tornato alla reception, e la notte torna alla stanza, la carta igienica non è ancora stata caricata, e la biancheria non è stata riparata, ha riempito un cappuccio di testa.Andiamo, scopri che il mantenimento della casa notturna fornirà acqua gratuita. Non stai bene metterla nella stanza di mattina?Venite alle 8:30 di sera, indossate un pigiama e non è conveniente riceverlo! E chiedere se dobbiamo cambiare i nostri asciugamani di notte. Siamo ecologici. I asciugamani usati di notte possono essere usati di notte, ovviamente non.Ma perche'non mi metti un pezzo di carta igienica di notte. Non ha detto che dovevamo fare due scontri quando la reception ha fatto il soggiorno. Abbiamo rifiutato di fare due scontri per la notte. La piscina non è aperta, anche se la prenotazione ha chiesto specificamente il servizio clienti di Trip.com, ha anche detto di poter nuotare e portare il vestito di nuoto bianco.

Non posso nemmeno dire come questo posto mi ha portato il cuore in un vento vivace. Questo è davvero il più bel hotel con alcune delle anime più gentili e amichevole, che ho mai fatto. Sono stato benvenuto come una regina, perché è il mio compleanno, ho ricevuto un aggiornamento e bellissimi regali come un bouquet di fiori, una bottiglia di prosecco molto bello e una deliziosa torta.La stanza - la suite junior - era solo un'incantevole. I materiali, l'amore per ogni dettaglio, l'odore dei materiali di alta qualità utilizzati... un sogno assoluto. Così è l'intero hotel. Il bar Minerva e il ristorante di topo Gigi con la sua vista sulla Città Eterna- cosa posso dire?? Sono innamorato di me con- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Posizione: Un po' difficile da trovare, bisogna salire una rampa di scale e non ci sono indicazioni evidenti. Inoltre, non è vicino né alla stazione ferroviaria né alla metropolitana. Però è molto vicino alla Bocca della Verità, a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Disposizione della camera: Molto strana, alcuni design sono incomprensibili. I rubinetti sono duri da girare, in alcune docce manca la porta, quindi fa freddo. Insomma, il design complessivo della stanza è... non comprensibile per una persona comune, serve un certo gusto artistico... Il prezzo medio a Roma non è né economico né caro, ma per lo stesso prezzo consiglierei di scegliere un hotel con trasporti più comodi, preferibilmente vicino alla stazione della metropolitana.

Lovely hotel located in a villa near the Vatican. Top service, facilities and food. We had an amazing honeymoon. Totally recommended!

We booked this because we thought this was the number 1 child friendly hotel in Rome. As we arrive the kids club was closed for our time period. No children activities for our stay. The food is mediocre Hilton hotel like. Concierge was outstanding 1000% great. There was a falcon bird chained up on the sky outdoor bar area which was odd. Apparently it comes often to the hotel. I just was more disappointed than anything for spending $800+/night. You can’t use the hot tub on top, the indoor pool was closed, and the roof bar need 3 day notice. Mediocre.
