L'esperienza complessiva di questo hotel è fantastica!L'ambiente è tranquillo e elegante, la decorazione è semplice e l'atmosfera è molto comoda non appena entra.Le strutture sono complete e mantenute bene e sono comode per usare le mani.L'igiene è fatta in modo speciale, la stanza è pulita e pulita, l'angolo è incolore, vivere tranquillo e confortevole. Il servizio è entusiasta e attento, la ricezione è attenta e la domanda è tempestiva e atteggiamento gentile.Il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto, il viaggio è la prima scelta, la prossima volta sceglierebbe qui!

Noi eravamo nelle camere fuori dalla hall, probabilmente le camere che affacciano sul cortile sono più suggestive. La hall principale, il cortile e lo spazio per mangiare erano molto belli ed accoglienti, il personale fantastico, delle ragazze sempre pronte ad aiutarti che lavorava o moltissimo (grazie grazie grazie). La nostra camera ampia e pulita ma passava poca aria perché arieggiata solo da una piccola finestra e quindi spesso umida. Perfetta la posizione, accanto al monastero e vicina a negozi e ristoranti.

L'hotel ha fatto la qualità necessaria in tutti gli aspetti. Il ricevitore della reception è molto amichevole e felice di aiutare.La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno è sufficiente.La luce della stanza è buona, il luogo è buono, la dieta di trasporto è molto conveniente.

L'ostello è in una posizione comoda, con tutto a portata di mano. La ragazza alla reception è molto gentile, ma non parla inglese. Purtroppo non offrono tour, il che rende gli spostamenti notevolmente più difficoltosi, dato che è difficile per i turisti stranieri spostarsi nella Cina settentrionale. C'era solo un bagno con WC e doccia al nostro piano.

THEN CANCEL YOUR ONLINE BOOKING. 😄 Bathroom was not quite clean and you can smell the slight unpleasant odour from the drainage. Second day, the room was not made up and water bottles not replenished. The water from the water cooler machine in the lobby was terrible and tasted like water with chemicals in it. It being September, quite cool, but the hotel would only turn on the power for the room AC in the evening, and turn off your AC main power around midnight. Fortunately it was not hot in the room from midnight to the morning. But I have never stayed at a hotel that turns off your AC power at midnight!

Servizio, posizione e strutture eccellenti. Tutto l'hotel è pulitissimo! Pulitissimo. Non solo hanno una lavatrice, ma anche un'asciugatrice, il che è stato fantastico! Sono diventata completamente dipendente dal sedile del water riscaldato! Anche il cesto della biancheria è stato progettato appositamente per l'hotel, proprio come tutto il resto, fino al minimo dettaglio. Il personale è stato semplicemente gentilissimo e disponibile! Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ho scelto questa struttura perché, dopo aver letto le recensioni, mi è sembrata ottima. Era pulitissima e accogliente, la fermata dell'autobus era proprio di fronte, c'erano molti ristoranti nei dintorni e, soprattutto, tutti quelli che ho incontrato, incluso il proprietario, sono stati gentilissimi e sono stato felicissimo di poter fare amicizia con loro. Se dovessi tornare a Xining in futuro, sceglierò sicuramente questa struttura.

⸻ I was delighted to find a hotel in China so pristine, with a staff so professional, competent, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are first class: everything works. It is so incredibly clean. And, most important — it was the only hotel room in China I occupied that did not smell of smoke: that did not have sheets, towels reeking of it. The hotel was highly convenient in terms of public transport — it’s all virtually outside the front door — and it is amazing value for money. Based on that experience, I now seek out this chain when travelling. I am currently in the Hi Inn Hotel in Zhangye. And this one surpasses even the Xining expeience.

We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel is clean, and all the furniture is new. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a small eatery about 300m away, and a supermarket with ready-to-eat options about 500m away. Also the hotel is ideally located near the airport and train station. Our flight was early, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport, even giving us two energy drinks to recharge — very thoughtful gesture. We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few days until we come back. One area for improvement would be to provide reusable towels instead of single-use ones, because they are drying better and are more eco-friendly. Overall very satisfied and we recommend this hotel.
