Hotel a {{star}} a Nuova Scozia, ({{countryName}})

Really have nothing bad to say about the hotel but lots to say about the restaurant, the Hidden Gem! As there were no choices for restaurants nearby, most of us ended up at the in-house Restaurant, the Hidden Gem! We had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated, then another 20-30 minutes before our order was taken. But must say, the beer that ,my husband ordered came very fast! Another long wait for the food to come. My husband ordered the Traditional Club, no problem there. I ordered the Seafood Platter and that is the worst food, I ever had! When I tried one of the breaded scallop which was a darker shade than usual, the scallop was rubbery! The shrimp was overcooked too but at least that was eatable. The beer battered haddock was uneatable, the end part it was so hard , I could not cut into it, so I tried the middle and the batter and fish was uncooked, batter was soggy and fish had an unpleasant smell.  I tried to catch the attention of the waiter but after 10 minutes of no success, I went up to the bar where he was and asked him to come to the table. Showed him the food, the fish in particular and he agreed with me that it was not good. He took the plate of food in and came out  a few minutes later to say that the chef insisted that the food was edible! I wished I had taken a picture of it. He offered to cook me another plate but at this point, I have lost my appetite!  Or he was going to offer me 50% of the cost of the meal. We did not agree and the waiter called the Manager. When she came, she was the most unpleasant and hostile person, insisted that we either pay 50% of the meal, since I had eaten half of the salad and the one scallop and shrimp! Otherwise she was going to have us kicked out of the hotel! As it was already past 8 p.m. and after a long day of driving, we had enough and say ok we’ll pay the 50% but would write a nasty review! She came back before we got our bill and said she will take the meal off our bill after all as she had seen the food, No apologies no nothing!  I was so disappointed as I was hoping to enjoy the delicious fresh seafood that Nova Scotia has to offer one last time before going home and this was what I got! Never had such a bad experience with any Restaurant Staff/ Manager ever!

I was very happy with our stay at best western chocolate lake. The hotel is old but service was good and breakfast was really best part!

i was a little bit reluctant because of the low rating in google, but when we had our stay there, it wasnt bad at all. the only thing that id say wasnt really good was the breakfast. not much to choose from, and the poor taste of coffee. Nevertheless, for its price, id stay here again.

Un hotel molto semplice, aspettando che tutto sia completo, ha una piccola piscina, che può anche fornire una semplice colazione ogni giorno. È su una collina, guardando un'occhiata per vedere un vuoto senza riserve, la vista è molto timido, il paesaggio è molto bello. La città di Winsa, Akadia, era la famosa residenza, e viaggiare qui per vivere in questo hotel è molto conveniente.

Grande posto per rimanere.

Posizione: in effetti, in un luogo delle dimensioni di un palmo come Sydney, la posizione non è molto importante. Il museo accanto a Mick Mac Aboriginal è un vantaggio? Pulizia: 100 punti Servizio: 99 punti, generalmente buono, ma viene sottratto un punto quando la colazione prevede solo uova come fonte di proteine. Ho chiesto al personale di servizio, non c'è carne, prosciutto, carne, nessuno. Servizi: sembra pulito, ma la piscina è troppo affollata e la palestra è un po' piccola. Probabilmente il miglior hotel di Sydney. Nel complesso ha superato le mie aspettative.

Clean facility run by professional personnel. Price included breakfast which was very good for tourists and working people. Only item that I found steep was the parking. Centrally located.

L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto, non giocare per mezz'ora, circa 60 giochi, l'hotel è vicino alla città, l'ambiente è molto buono, l'igiene è molto pulita, il servizio di ricetta è anche molto buono, dalla banca TD supermercato, un yuan shop è vicino. Ha colazione con colazione, ma non c'è molta varietà. Non ho vissuto per cambiare il sapore di più di 200 qaw per giorno. Il prezzo non è costoso La prossima volta vi si fermerà e consiglierà ai parenti e amici intorno 👍
