Hotel a 2 stelle in Nuova Scozia, Canada

Awesome location right in town walking distance to anything you could want.  Stunning views and grounds.  We stayed in Skye house.  We will be back

That hotel had The Shining type vibes. It looks like it used to be a Really nice place back in the Day and the people were Really nice, but the place is Dated and has weevils climbing the walls and a lot of wierd stuff going on. All the outside doors, are locked at 7pm -7am and the only way to get in or out of the building is by the front entrance, if you can find it because the hallways are like a maze and there is no elevator. Also at 10pm the stairwells are all locked too you can only use the lobby stairwell (again, once you find it) I had to get something from my car after lockdown and had to walk the mile to the front desk to ask if there was any way I could get to my car that was parked in back of the hotel without having to walk a mile around it outside in the dark. The kid at the desk was kind enough to let me use a service entrance as long as I promised to bolt it after I came back in. If there ever was a fire there and it had to be evacuated at night, they would have major issue because there would only be one way out! The top floors has levels... You have to see it to understand that part. The key fobs are kinda sketchy; I met a couple who were unable to enter their room after finally finding it, because they had gotten lost looking for it (I got lost looking for mine when I first got there too) Everytime they tried to use it the key pad said 'Unauthorized Entry” and when the front desk person came to help, her key didn't work too. The couple and I had a good laugh, but we both said we wouldn't be staying there again, and we had both just got there and they hadn't even seen their room yet. No screens on the windows and don't open them because they are full of bugs and spiders. My sister and her kids found poop in the pool, after they were warned not to use the hot tub because people peed in it. The place looks like it is nice, but the closer you look the weirder it gets. The numbering on the room doors were crazy too, our room was 202 and across the from us was room 249 and go down the hall (up two steps and down one) you have 220 on one side and 300 across the hall ( or close to that) On a positive note, the workers were very friendly, the food at the restaurant was awesome and they really broke the budget on the smart TVs, but I will never staying there again!

Questo bel Motel con il 'Mostest' è stato il miglior motel che potevo ricordare di visitare in 40 anni. Belli letti e asciugamani e mutandine. Le tovaglie potrebbero essere un po' meno alte, ma ha funzionato e l'ufficio può offrirti altre mutandine che mi sono stato detto al prossimo mattutina quando l'ho menzionato. Frigorifero alto con microonde e tazza di tè con un paio di vere tazze. Lavare la biancheria e la tovagliola se necessario. Anche un buco di ghiaccio. Bagno pulito con shampoo, condizionatore, sapone e riempire il tappeto rimbalzatore chiuso. La TV aveva accesso a Netflix, Prime e tonnellate di altri canali! Non abbiamo mai visto questo gratuitamente anche in. Nome hotel. Non avevamo tempo dor TV perché alzando presto per continuare le nostre avventure di viaggio stradale. La posizione e la proprietà sono belle. Visitare a destra dell'ufficio e godere delle viste sul lato dell'acqua con un divano confortevole e sedie e un'altra zona con sedie adirondack. Loretta, il cameriere dell'ufficio, era eccezionale e il puliziatore, ha fatto il suo lavoro VERO BON!

C'è un rumore mattinale, non so dove uscire, la performance complessiva è generalizzata.

It was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit. *I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home. (I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me). The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱 I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱 It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental. SO…beware travellers!!

A very accessible location if you were doing the scenic Cabot Trail or needed a remote getaway. Our cottage was just next to a nice sandy beach. Equipped with swings, a BBQ, and a kitchen, this getaway has the essentials most groups would need. The staff was also very friendly when we arrived and exited. Keep in mind Jul and Aug is the peak season around here so it's reflected in the price. The property is also older so while they keep it clean, some doors and windows might not close well or there are holes in the nets etc. Some fix ups and it could be a great place for a week with the family.

Great stay here with my two boys 4 and 6. Similar price to other local options through Trip.com, but the small indoor pool and complimentary hot breakfast made us choose Comfort Inn Bedford/Halifax. Very clean and the room felt well equipped. TV was nicer than those in other local hotels at the same price point. Newer model + many more channel options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Questo hotel di legno è uno dei migliori alloggi geografici della città di Buddk. Per camminare cinque minuti direttamente al centro della città. L'altra parte è il supermercato, il negozio conveniente. Per camminare nel museo Dabel, il porto del lago Brador. È molto conveniente guidare il vialetto di Carbert da solo, Portare il parcheggio all'aperto gratuito, il parcheggio in auto e il parcheggio di autobus domestici senza pressione. L'architettura è uno stile Victoria Revival sulla costa atlantica, l'atmosfera è piena. L'antico edificio non ha cabine elettriche, la camera alta è inconveniente per il trasporto del bagaglio; la camera è debole dal segnale WiFi; la base standard di protezione della camera è la base, solo per cambiare la tovagliola, la caviglia pulita e la profondità è meno pulita; la colazione è un punto di pagamento unico, non funziona quando viviamo; In genere, l'antico isolamento sonoro può sentire il suono di camminare in alto, e il difensore non ha un vento di venturo.

My experience at the travel Lodge was fantastic the room was big everything I needed was there my original booking was a day later then it should of been but when I arrived the lady at the desk was there to help and got me all fixed up. I highly recommend this hotel the service is excellent the breakfast is fantastic whatever you need is there or at the desk a small shop to pick things up to get you by. I'd say though some spots in the rooms are lacking some matnience however I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go back again soon.

Very happy in this accommodation - large room.  Staff were super friendly both at reception and also in breakfast room - great location for travelling into Halifax (we drove to ferry and used park and ride).  Also easy enough to get to Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay and Lumenburg too. Breakfast gets busy but is manageable by using set tables in reception area.  Also used the buy one get one free for small beers which was welcome after long days out - thank you!
