Прекрасный отель с онсенами! Жила в самом маленьком номере в традиционном стиле с татами и футоном. Места для одного человека достаточно. Номер был с окнами, хотя на сайте было написано, что окон нет. Туалет и раковина новые, остальная мебель немного устаревшая, но чистая. В номере есть холодная питьевая вода в кувшине, чай, печенье. Очень красивый дизайн комнаты. В отеле просторные горячие источники, один закрытый находится внизу, и два открытых источника на крыше здания с чудесным видом на город. Ванны меняются каждый день на мужские и женские, если посетить их утром и вечером, то можно попробовать все. Вода действительно целебная, намного лучше себя чувствуешь после купания. Ужин не заказывала, утром была на традиционном японском завтраке. Все красиво сервированно и подписано (правда, на японском языке). В меню рыба, овощи на пару, рис, маринованные овощи, бобы натто, яйцо, сладкий йогурт, чай. В фойе отеля можно также выпить кофе, заранее заботливо заваренный сотрудниками. Спасибо за пребывание и отдых в этом чудесном отеле в Ikaho Onsen!

Esperienza favolosa che ha confermato le nostre aspettative e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di viverla durante il foliage con dei colori pazzeschi Il personale, gentilissimo, ci ha fornito degli yucata stupendi che ci hanno permesso di immergerci pienamente nel fascino antico di questo ryokan. La nostra camera era angolare, veramente grande e con vista sul torrente fantastica. La cena e la colazione sono stati ottimi e con svariate pietanze presentate magnificamente. Hanno soddisfatto anche la mia richiesta di non mangiare pesce. Infine, immergerci nelle acque calde dell'onsen di notte è stato veramente magico. Consigliatissimo!

Se si desidera sperimentare un vero alloggio di stile tatami giapponese e camminare in yukata tradizionale, questa è una scelta grande. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino a tutte le fonti calde, e gli alloggi qui includono un ricchio pranzo e colazione. E 'molto consigliato per le famiglie o le coppie che viaggiano insieme. We had an amazing and relaxing stay! We truly loved it and had a wonderful night surrounded by serene nature. The view was absolutely beautiful — the lake is just right in front of the hotel! The place is spotless and very well maintained. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. A big shoutout to Mr. Ozu, the General Manager, for going the extra mile with his thoughtfulness! When he learned that we were heading to the ropeway the next day (and that there were no bus trips on weekdays), he kindly offered us a ride. He was also genuinely concerned about our hike and overall safety — so heartwarming! Since we didn’t get the dinner package and there was only one restaurant nearby that closed at 4 p.m., we decided to get a takeout for dinner. My friend also asked if there was a nearby café to buy a cake for my birthday, but there wasn’t any. Later that evening, after we came back from the onsen, someone knocked on our door and surprised us with a complimentary cake! They said it was because we didn’t have dinner and they wanted to celebrate my birthday. Awwww! Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! 🎂💖 In the morning, Mr. Ozu even gave us taxi numbers and the bus schedule for Yumoto Onsen, making sure our travel plans went smoothly. Truly amazing hospitality — we felt so cared for and appreciated throughout our stay! 🌿✨

Servizio eccellente. Darei 10 su 5 se potessi. Un membro del personale è corso fuori e ci ha chiesto se avremmo soggiornato al Ryokan. Molto utile per i viaggiatori smarriti e sopraffatti dal freddo. Ci hanno accolto calorosamente al nostro arrivo. Ci hanno spiegato le informazioni importanti nel miglior modo possibile in inglese, il che è perfetto. La camera era spaziosa. Arredata meticolosamente in stile tradizionale giapponese. Yukata e Obi forniti hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più immersiva. La cena è stata squisita. I piatti ci hanno dato un assaggio della cucina tradizionale giapponese. Il cibo era genuino (non sembrava cibo surgelato/in scatola/preparato), servito e impiattato con cura. C'erano 2 onsen, uno interno e uno esterno. Erano puliti e abbastanza spaziosi. L'acqua (credo) provenga dalla vicina sorgente termale ed è immensamente terapeutica. Il Ryokan era vicino al cuore della città e tutto era raggiungibile a piedi. Ci hanno gentilmente accompagnato al terminal degli autobus al momento del check-out (non abbiamo dovuto aspettare orari fissi) e hanno trasportato i nostri bagagli (pesanti). Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno di una notte e hanno fissato un livello elevato per l'ospitalità giapponese.

Al nostro arrivo, ci salutiamo con i grandi membri del personale che prendono le nostre scarpe e ci forniscono le mutandine per portare durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Il pranzo era stato servito come un grande corso composto da diversi piatti laterali e articoli principali, ma siamo stati appena scoppiati. Così siamo tornati nella stanza dopo cena per scoprire che i letti di futon, le letti di stile giapponese, erano stati creati per noi per rilassarci e dormire. Il colazione è un po' meno sofisticato, ma ancora molto più di quanto potremmo mangiare, ma per noi è impressionante in termini di sforzo necessario per farlo. Come al nostro viaggio, le nostre scarpe sono rimesse al lobby, che ci ha messo a disposizione, mostrando un livello di dettaglio molto attento in termini di ospite. Anche se la posizione è al suo fianco, anche se non hai una macchina da noleggio, lo consiglio ancora molto se si può trovare un modo.

Ho soggiornato nella Western Room, che è di circa 65 mq. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con tante cose da fare all'interno dell'hotel e nei dintorni. Servizio navetta gratuito per Yubatake. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti in quella zona. Ho apprezzato anche i pasti in hotel.

The surroundings are exceptionally quiet, making it ideal for relaxation or even a bit of meditation. It may not be the best choice for families with children, as there are very limited amenities catered for them. Service, however, was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — when my rental car had a brake light issue, they noticed it before I did, stepped in to assist, contacted the rental company, and ensured it was resolved the very next morning. That level of attentiveness is rare. Location-wise, it is quite remote. There’s little within walking distance, so getting around or finding food requires some planning. But if you’re here for peace and an onsen experience, that quiet isolation becomes part of the appeal. A memorable stay overall, especially for those seeking calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Отличное местоположение прям рядом с автобусной станцией, в этом же здании есть магазин. при этом вход скрыт в переулке и сохраняется уединение. На ресепшене встретила приятная приветливая девушка, принести в номер чай. предоставляют юаката и очень красивые хаори. Отличный завтрак приносят в номер, все очень вкусно. Онсен небольшой, но и номеров в отеле немного, мы были вдвоем и ни с кем из других постояльцев даже не пересеклись в онсене. Все было чудесно.

Cleanliness could be better - there are some molds in the toilet and exterior areas. Sliding doors with screw key system is difficult to operate. Wish there was a platform that extends out to the little stream behind the hut. Electric supply is choppy - it’ll trip if multiple equipment are used at the same time. There’s no WIFI or data connection (you get minimal intermittent signal for text, can’t load images or surf). Most of the time it’s on SOS signal. BBQ pit is provided. You need to get your own grill, charcoal, fire starter (easily available at supermarkets). We had a great BBQ time with the sub 20 degrees weather. Bring your own marinates for food, there’s nothing in the unit. Overall, it’s a fantastic place if you want to have digital detox and chill
