Hotel a 4 stelle in Puglia, Italia

Nel complesso, l'hotel ha lasciato una buona impressione: recentemente ristrutturato, pulito e in una posizione molto comoda tra la stazione ferroviaria centrale e il centro storico, vicino a uno degli ingressi principali del centro storico. Materasso, cuscini, lenzuola e asciugamani erano di buona qualità e il comfort del sonno era eccellente. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni svantaggi significativi. In primo luogo, è previsto un supplemento per le pulizie di 53 € per due notti (26,5 € al giorno), che rappresenta circa il 40% del costo del soggiorno. Le pulizie si sono limitate al rifacimento del letto; il minibar non è stato rifornito e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. Questo supplemento non era chiaramente incluso nel prezzo totale al momento della prenotazione. In secondo luogo, la camera non è illuminata da luce naturale. La mia camera, come la maggior parte delle camere dell'hotel, non ha finestre che si affacciano sull'esterno: tutte le finestre (una porta a vetri, una finestra grande e una finestra piccola) si affacciano sulla hall interna e sulla reception. Di conseguenza, la luce del giorno non entra in camera e le tende devono rimanere chiuse per garantire la privacy. In terzo luogo, non viene fornita acqua gratuita. Sebbene le tre bottiglie d'acqua del minibar non siano state addebitate al momento del check-out, cosa che ho apprezzato, l'assenza di acqua in bottiglia gratuita come servizio standard è stata sorprendente. Il check-in è possibile solo tra le 18:00 e le 20:00, mentre il check-out è dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, un orario molto più limitato rispetto alla prassi internazionale standard. La camera era anche piuttosto fredda e il sistema di riscaldamento non era intuitivo da usare. Inoltre, poiché l'hotel si trova in un edificio residenziale, i rumori provenienti dai piani superiori (passi, conversazioni) erano chiaramente udibili, anche a tarda notte. L'hotel è buono in termini di qualità e posizione, ma i costi aggiuntivi e gli aspetti organizzativi incidono significativamente sull'esperienza complessiva.

What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

La stanza stessa era perfettamente buona, e apprezziamo di essere stati consegnati un check-out tardivo fino alle 1:00. Purtroppo, è proprio qui che è finita la flessibilità. Abbiamo avuto un volo serale e viaggiavamo con nostra figlia 7-year-old. Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo chiesto se c'era ovunque potevamo fare una doccia prima di partire dall'aeroporto. Non c'era. Poi ci chiese se fosse stato almeno un posto adatto a cambiare vestiti e se fosse stato detto di usare il bagno, oltre a questo, l'unica opzione offerta era sedere nel lobby fino a quando non era tempo di andare. Capisco perfettamente che l'hotel era occupato e che non ci erano camere disponibili. Non ci aspettavamo che ci fornissero un'altra stanza. Ciò che ci ha deluso è stata la totale mancanza di sforzi per trovare una soluzione alternativa. Per tutta la permanenza, il servizio era molto corretto e professionale, ma anche molto minimo. Tuttavia, quando abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa che non sia la routine standard, questo approccio è diventato molto notevole e deludente. L'hotel ha fatto ciò che era necessario, ma molto poco oltre. Per noi, l'ospitalità mostra anche come un hotel gestisce una situazione che richiede una piccola quantità di flessibilità, soprattutto quando una famiglia con un bambino giovane è coinvolta. Come camera per la notte, era assolutamente buona, ma come un ultimo fermo prima di un volo di sera, l'esperienza era deludente, e la prossima volta scelgo un altro hotel.

Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50. The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money. Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic. The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes. A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5 If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor.. The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero. The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service. But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives. On both the 2nd and 3rd fll Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed. The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

Alcune camere non sono state rinnovate, quindi le strutture sono molto vecchie, mentre quelle ristrutturate sono un po' migliori. Le camere emanano un odore di disinfettante o un cattivo odore di muffa. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista sull'oceano, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera standard. Il parcheggio è comodo. Il personale, presumibilmente i responsabili del ristorante, è molto gentile e professionale.

L'Hotel Palazzo Virgilio ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative durante il soggiorno di alcuni giorni che abbiamo trascorso con mia moglie per esplorare la Puglia. La struttura è confortevole, pulita e ottimamente posizionata (vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla fermata dell'autobus da cui si può raggiungere rapidamente l'aeroporto). Un plauso particolare va al personale della reception, che ha dimostrato grande cortesia e professionalità nei confronti degli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina Perla della reception, che è stata molto gentile e incredibilmente disponibile con noi. L'hotel è altamente raccomandato come ottima base per scoprire la regione.

Struttura da rimodernare: nella stanza la poltrona era rotta, letto scomodo e vasca con doccia in cui era facile perdere l' equilibrio. La piscina è un abbeveratoio per colombi e pavimento dissestato che rende l' equilibrio precario in alcuni punti. Ottima la colazione e il personale che deve adeguarsi a direttive forse un po' discutibili. Consiglio un soggiorno solo se molto economico.

Отель в средневековом историческом здании. Окна были во двор. Спали с открытым окном, поэтому с утра шум от уборщиков и другого персонала. Часов с 4-х колокол на церкви бил каждый час. Очень колоритно. Завтрак великолепный на верхнем этаже, есть открытая терасса. Парковка рядом за 10 евро в день, удобно. Номер был с кондиционером, холодильником и небольшим кухонным уголком в шкафу. Сам город Конверсано был для нас приятным открытием. Интересный исторический цент с лабиринтами средневековых улочек и церквей. Вечером красивая подсветка, множество магазинчиков, ресторанов, баров. Выгодное местоположение: близко до Бари, Полиньяно-а-маре, Альберобелло и др. достопримечательностей.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool. They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day. The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop. The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station. The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes. I don’t know if I’d stay here again.
