Nel complesso, l'hotel ha lasciato una buona impressione: recentemente ristrutturato, pulito e in una posizione molto comoda tra la stazione ferroviaria centrale e il centro storico, vicino a uno degli ingressi principali del centro storico. Materasso, cuscini, lenzuola e asciugamani erano di buona qualità e il comfort del sonno era eccellente. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni svantaggi significativi. In primo luogo, è previsto un supplemento per le pulizie di 53 € per due notti (26,5 € al giorno), che rappresenta circa il 40% del costo del soggiorno. Le pulizie si sono limitate al rifacimento del letto; il minibar non è stato rifornito e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. Questo supplemento non era chiaramente incluso nel prezzo totale al momento della prenotazione. In secondo luogo, la camera non è illuminata da luce naturale. La mia camera, come la maggior parte delle camere dell'hotel, non ha finestre che si affacciano sull'esterno: tutte le finestre (una porta a vetri, una finestra grande e una finestra piccola) si affacciano sulla hall interna e sulla reception. Di conseguenza, la luce del giorno non entra in camera e le tende devono rimanere chiuse per garantire la privacy. In terzo luogo, non viene fornita acqua gratuita. Sebbene le tre bottiglie d'acqua del minibar non siano state addebitate al momento del check-out, cosa che ho apprezzato, l'assenza di acqua in bottiglia gratuita come servizio standard è stata sorprendente. Il check-in è possibile solo tra le 18:00 e le 20:00, mentre il check-out è dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, un orario molto più limitato rispetto alla prassi internazionale standard. La camera era anche piuttosto fredda e il sistema di riscaldamento non era intuitivo da usare. Inoltre, poiché l'hotel si trova in un edificio residenziale, i rumori provenienti dai piani superiori (passi, conversazioni) erano chiaramente udibili, anche a tarda notte. L'hotel è buono in termini di qualità e posizione, ma i costi aggiuntivi e gli aspetti organizzativi incidono significativamente sull'esperienza complessiva.

What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. L'hotel è idealmente situato per coloro che intendono controllare la regione sui treni.. sull'auto troppo OK, ma parcheggio 32 euro al giorno. Pulizia, gentile e molto moderno. Tutto è molto nuovo e qualitativo. Colazione è buona. Nessun estratto, ma c'è tutto. L'atteggiamento di resepshn dipende dal cambiamento ... quando si è stabilito- il giovane era solo un'anima! Super benvenuto e comodo. La ragazza- era molto negativamente attaccata agli errori nel mio inglese.. ma non devo.. Le ho detto che ero freddo nella stanza,,, ignorato ... quando sono andato, ha detto che avevo un pacchetto in frigo e nel frigorifero.. portato 1. Da quel frigorifero,, le ho chiarito che avevo un secondo in frigorifero.. Cari staff - più gioia e ospite. E se lavorare con persone diverse non è tuo - puoi scegliere qualcos'altro? E così, sono stato impressionato dall'hotel.. Non ho incontrato un hotel così moderno in Italia da molto tempo, e anche il prezzo è adeguato. Letti super comodi! Le materassi e le mutandine sono solo wow. Un desiderio - permettere di far aumentare un po' la temperatura del condizionatore di aria al riscaldamento e risolvere la questione che una volta rimosso la chiave - non funziona e quando torna al tempo freddo - nella stanza è riscaldato per molto tempo. Beh, vorrei avere una scarpa di stanza in relazione a questo ... perché il pavimento è solo ghiaccio. Ma nonostante queste carenze, sarò felice di tornare. L'hotel è uno dei più decenti a Bari!

Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50. The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money. Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic. The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes. A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5 If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor.. The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero. The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service. But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives. On both the 2nd and 3rd fll Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed. The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

Posizione ottimale per viaggi di lavoro senza rinunciare alla vista mare. Colazione buona con vista stupenda

L'Hotel Palazzo Virgilio ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative durante il soggiorno di alcuni giorni che abbiamo trascorso con mia moglie per esplorare la Puglia. La struttura è confortevole, pulita e ottimamente posizionata (vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla fermata dell'autobus da cui si può raggiungere rapidamente l'aeroporto). Un plauso particolare va al personale della reception, che ha dimostrato grande cortesia e professionalità nei confronti degli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina Perla della reception, che è stata molto gentile e incredibilmente disponibile con noi. L'hotel è altamente raccomandato come ottima base per scoprire la regione.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. All’arrivo ho ricevuto gratuitamente un upgrade a una camera superiore: ampia, pulita e dotata di un letto estremamente comodo. La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza, ricca e varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con l’immancabile pasticciotto leccese che ha reso la mattina ancora più speciale. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Esperienza ottima. Bell’hotel, camera confortevole e personale molto gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere ogni tua esigenza. Molto buona la colazione e soprattutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato. Le due ragazze del mattino a colazione sono state preziose, ci hanno consigliato su cosa vedere, posti al mare e tanto altro, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura con la loro simpatia, educazione e garbo.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.
