Hotel a 4 stelle in Missouri, Stati Uniti d'America

This hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area. I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks! Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

E lui era agressivamente sconfortante, apparentemente arrabbiato con me, e il giorno dopo il cameriere era gentile e meraviglioso. Il desk front was nice but did not review any of the facilities no offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. nice but inattive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. L'hotel stesso è magnifico. There’s art set in an old gym. La rinovazione è ben fatto. Divertito molto. La vista dalla stanza era anche molto bello. La stanza stessa era standard con poche attenzione per dettagli delle cose che dovevano essere affrontate. Come manici rotti e accessori di bagno non funzionanti. In generale, consigliere questo hotel perché è unico. Big plus - permettono animali domestici!!! Sì!

Great hotel, can't complain

Proprio vicino all'aeroporto. Bello lobby con bar e ristorante. Più spazioso soggiorno. Mi sentivo davvero molto piacevole camminare qui! Mi è piaciuto la piscina all'interno riscaldata. E'stato solo $50 più costoso di un Inn di qualità nella stessa zona, che mi sembrava molto utile per le strutture e la qualità del servizio. La doccia è fantastica, buona pressione idrica e caldo!! Anche un piccolo bar per riposare il piede in modo che si possa lavare/riparare le gambe!! Il punto era che forse il team di custodia è sottoscritto perché ho notato che i mattoni nel corridoio non sembravano essere stati vuoti di recente, c'era un pelicolo sul pavimento della mia stanza, e la camicia da letto era tinturata, rimossa, E poi, quando ho fatto il checkout, ho portato questo all'attenzione del desk front. Il piccolo segno sul retro della porta ha detto che una camera singola può andare per 399 dollari. Se avessi pagato quel prezzo e avessi ricevuto una stanza con capelli e letti a maglia, sarei stato bloccato. Ma, come ho avuto un buon accordo, non mi ha fatto molestare.

We have been to a lot of ****** hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the ****** were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.

Pulito e bello senza piscina ma comunque super divertente? Forse con poco personale ma comunque un posto molto carino prenoterei di nuovo?

Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!

Posizione = Ottima per l'Arco Pulizia = Soggiorno di 6 giorni, ma la camera è stata pulita solo 3 volte, il che ci ha costretto a chiamare un addetto alle pulizie per farci avere asciugamani puliti. Le lenzuola sono state cambiate solo una volta e il letto è stato appena rifatto. Inoltre, c'era una macchia grande quanto un pallone da basket sulla testiera del letto, consumata attraverso la pelle e l'imbottitura. Non si può pulire correttamente e tutti la toccano con la testa. Disgustoso. Ristoranti = Abbastanza comodi e si paga per questo. Parcheggio = Attenzione: 48 $ a notte con servizio di parcheggio, 32 $ per il parcheggio autonomo, opzioni fuori sede, 20 $ a notte con un paio di isolati a piedi. In generale = Considerando il parcheggio, se si riesce a trovare una camera king per 75 $ a notte, va bene, altrimenti ci sono altre opzioni migliori per il vostro budget.
