Hotel a 3 stelle in Capo Occidentale, Sud Africa

Disappunto ... Cosa intendi dire camera è più grande di altri ... Il balcone è così grande e l'appartamento che hai spazzato in tante cose. Il bagno non è per persone che non possono affrontare spazi piccoli/confiniti ... La cosa del fan del riscaldamento è ridicolo .... Solo comprare un elettrodomestici o fogli ... Questo modo il letto è un comfort.

L'Hotel Havn Apartstay offre una base confortevole e pratica durante il nostro soggiorno a Capo Town. La struttura di appartamento è stata adattata bene alla nostra famiglia, offrendo spazio sufficiente per bagagli, bambini e tempo di decollo. La stanza era più grande di quanto ci si aspettava e superava le nostre aspettative iniziali in comfort. Mentre all’arrivo c’era un leggero odore di fumo, l’ariatura della stanza migliorava l’ambiente, e il personale era utile e accogliente, soprattutto quando ci permetteva di immagazzinare bagagli prima dell’entrata. L'esperienza complessiva è stata equilibrata con la comodità alberghiera e ha offerto un'opzione affidabile e ben posizionata per le famiglie che cercavano flessibilità e spazio a Capo Town.

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in

This bed and breakfast is in the ideal location to visit Simon’s town and its coastline however the actual set up of the bed and breakfast is a huge let down. We arrived to find our room was not ready, once it was the place still looked unkempt, there was a bucket in the bath, the furniture had not been returned to its original locations well and the complimentary items seemed used. On our second night there was load shedding a common occurrence however there seemed to be no precautionary measures taken and we had to use our phone lights to climb the three flights of stairs to our room only to find the rechargeable light (obviously for such occasions) had no batteries and was therefore useless. As South African citizens we fully understand the uncertainty of power but for the cost and normal clientele of this accommodation we really expected there to be more in place. The meal times had been adjusted for the convenience of the staff who were on the premises compared to the welcome sheet details we received on arrival. The whole place seemed to be being run by support staff with no obvious manager on site for the three days we were there (we stayed over a weekend which I would assume to be a prime time) There is about 4 parking sports in front of the building but they were not being used to their full potential and often we had to park a little further away. Overall the location was the main positive. Considering the price we would have hoped to have better amenities and hope that the profile for this accommodation can be amended as there are no pools on the property unlike what the description had lead us to believe. Luckily the charm of Simon’s town and the beaches made up for the serious lack of attention to detail and luxury you would assume a place this price and in this location would have. 3/10 would probably not go there again.

Questo hotel vanta una posizione privilegiata, che offre facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Mentre la colazione è nella media, la caratteristica di spicco è senza dubbio l'eccezionale servizio clienti: il personale cordiale e accomodante fa di tutto per andare oltre. I servizi sono discreti ma non eccezionali. Nel complesso, una scelta solida per coloro che danno priorità alla posizione e al servizio di prim'ordine rispetto ai servizi lussuosi.

It was a good stay. Room 906 is nice. Away from the elevators and a good choice to sleep in. Kind service and check in and flexible at checkout delay. Love that!

L'hotel ha una posizione comoda nel centro di Città del Capo. Le camere sono abbastanza comode per una persona o una giovane coppia. Se hai intenzione di camminare per il centro, è abbastanza facile. Sono arrivato al Waterfront camminando in 20 minuti lungo strade trafficate e non ho sentito alcun pericolo da nessuna parte. Piccoli negozi e supermercati intorno all'hotel ti permettono di soddisfare tutte le tue esigenze quotidiane. La colazione è piuttosto scarsa, ma letteralmente dietro l'angolo sulla strada successiva puoi trovare buoni bar dove puoi fare un'ottima colazione a un prezzo ragionevole e un supermercato dove puoi acquistare cibo pronto. Subito a destra dell'uscita dall'hotel c'è l'ingresso di un bellissimo parco, da cui si aprono meravigliose viste sulle montagne. Il personale è reattivo e aiuta a risolvere tutti i problemi. L'unico inconveniente è il rumore dei sistemi di aria condizionata che proviene dal cortile di notte.

Hotel is clean and close to V&A waterfront with a short walk. Rooftop is a great place with a view of Table Mountain

I really liked the accommodation. It is located within walking distance from the bus stop and taxi rank. nearby and also within walking distance of the city center, Main Street, observation decks with stunning views and the beach (but the water is terribly cold and you will not be able to swim in any of the beaches in Plettenberg Bay). I was met by a pdministrator named Debbie. She is very friendly and smiling, tried to help in everything (even in things that are not part of her duties). The reception has all the information about the attractions nearby, local taxi numbers (bolt taxi does not work in Plettenberg bay), information about restaurants and their menus, and you can book excursions. the room itself was very clean, including the toilet was in perfect condition. there is a TV and everything that is stated in the ad. on the downside, I spent only one night at the location, but the electricity was turned off twice (both times in the evening) (but there was no light on the entire street, or maybe in the entire city, so it's not the fault of the accommodation). Plettenberg Bay itself is amazing (and safe even after sunset)

Perché qui era la spazzatura data dalla scuola, quindi viveva una settimana, molto buono, pulito, buon servizio, ci sono persone che ti aiutano a tagliare la scatola, pronti a fare i soldi, lavorano molto entusiasta. Perché ho prenotato il più economico a 12 persone online, più della metà di loro erano giovani ragazzi europei, hahaha.Ho aggiunto 80 Ray per cambiare la stanza speciale di difesa per le ragazze che vivevano prima, perché il volo era di meno di dieci ore. Ho scelto un'altra ragione per cui ci sono un negozio di alloggio, e ci saranno molte attività nel gruppo, lezioni di pranzo gratuite, passeggiate, viaggi di montagna e così via, e naturalmente anche viaggi di un giorno pagati, e così via. Il prezzo è economico, se posso essere integrato nel gruppo è ancora una buona scelta.
