Hotel a 3 stelle in Capo Occidentale, Sud Africa

Camere spaziose e spaziose, a seconda di cosa si prenota. Personale cordiale, sicurezza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7... pulizie giornaliere... l'unico problema è che i letti non sono abbastanza grandi/lunghi, ma sono alto 197 cm. Altri più bassi non avranno problemi. Anche il design dei lavandini deve essere cambiato o la valutazione del rischio/infortunio deve essere verificata... se non si sta attenti, ci si può tagliare o ferire le dita dei piedi. Ci sono delle ringhiere metalliche che sostengono il lavandino. Ho dovuto usare asciugamani bagnati per coprirli dopo essermi tagliato dolorosamente un'unghia del piede. La lavanderia può essere buona, ma alcune non funzionano. Portate il vostro detersivo per riempire la dose automatica che la lavatrice mette, che non è sufficiente. L'asciugatrice è ottima e veloce. La palestra ha bisogno di essere rinnovata, ma fa il suo lavoro. La jacuzzi esterna è appena tiepida... per niente calda. Ma la vista è incantevole... a parte questo, un posto assolutamente fantastico... Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Alloggi perfetti! Dalla nostra arrivo siamo stati salutati con un'atmosfera positiva e meravigliosa! L'ubicazione è ideale per chi vuole visitare la città del Capo. Pochi minuti a piedi a Long Street e Bo-Kap (case colorate). Il personale è stato molto utile nel fornire raccomandazioni e mezzi di viaggio. L'area è sicura, pulita e una grande combinazione di ciò che l'Africa del Sud deve offrire 😁 Le nostre camere hanno fornito la migliore vista sulla montagna da tavola ❤️ Si consiglia di rimanere qui! Speciale grido a Phindie 😍👍🏾

+ Rapporto qualità/prezzo! Al momento della nostra prenotazione, questo era uno degli aparthotel più economici. + Posizione comoda vicino al tempio, dove è possibile assistere a un concerto di musicisti di strada. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un enorme parco con scoiattoli domestici)) + La stanza in sé è piccola, tutto corrisponde alla foto. Letto comodo, biancheria da letto fresca. Nella doccia ci sono sapone, shampoo, gel doccia. In cucina troverete un bollitore, stoviglie e un set di benvenuto con tè e caffè. + La colazione era limitata ma gustosa. Se il vostro soggiorno dura a lungo, vi consiglio di prenotare una stanza senza colazione. In questo modo potrai diversificare il tuo menù e in un bar sarà più o meno lo stesso, o addirittura più economico. + Inoltre, al momento del check-in, ti hanno dato una tessera che consentiva a tutti di prendere una tazza di caffè gratis nella caffetteria dell'hotel durante tutto il giorno. - Tra gli svantaggi sottolineerei l'insonorizzazione, o meglio la sua mancanza. A volte si sentivano i vicini dietro il muro e i passanti nel corridoio. Ma fare rumore e organizzare feste è proibito, quindi la notte si poteva dormire abbastanza tranquillamente. - pavimento sporco. Nonostante la pulizia giornaliera della camera, i pavimenti non venivano affatto lavati. - Non avevamo tazze nella nostra stanza. C'erano bicchieri per il vino/acqua, ma nessuna tazza per il tè)

Hotel bellissimo con una grande posizione. Il Mojo Market è vicino a lui e che lo rende super comodo per cibo, bevande e musica vivere la maggior parte delle notti. Il personale è super amichevole, utile e davvero ti fa sentire benvenuto. L'unica proposta sarebbe di far sapere alle persone che la costruzione sta avvenendo proprio vicino all'hotel, che lo rende un po' rumoroso. Forse l'hotel potrebbe offrire camere per un prezzo più economico per l'inconveniente. La TV potrebbe anche richiedere controlli. Non sono riuscito a usare la mia. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie Mojo! 🫶🏼

While the locations and hotel cleanliness and families are good, the room doesn’t come with any AC or Heater. So it was very cold in the room on a winter rainy day. The hotel also took R1,000 as deposit by credit card, and returned upon check out. The issue is, credit card company would charge a fee and also due to different exchange rate on different day, I lost almost R 100 when I check out. The hotel should consider waiving the deposit altogether or taking cash as deposit if deposit is required.

We had a great stay at this place. Location is good - 5 minutes to the quay. There is a stop of the red bus near that is very convenient for the travelers. You have everything in the flat. We didn't expected that there would be cleaning so often. The only thing - it was a bit cold inside in April although there was the heating.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

L'hotel si trova proprio accanto a dove prendi l'autobus ”sali e scendi” che è molto buono. Si trova tra la ”Piazza del Mercato Verde” e la ”Via Lunga”. In questa piazza, la mattina presto vengono allestite bancarelle che vendono artigianato. Ho letto lamentele riguardo al rumore la mattina durante l'allestimento delle bancarelle (visto che devono montare presto e smontare dopo le 17) ma in realtà non è fastidioso. Ho avuto una brutta esperienza poiché alle 19 sono stata derubata nella strada tra l'hotel e la chiesa che si affaccia sulla Plaza. Mi hanno rubato il cellulare. Ci sono molte persone che ti chiedono di comprare loro del cibo o di dar loro del cibo, stai molto attento. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali. Il letto è comodo, il bagno è un po' stretto, non molto comodo. Il giorno del check-out non c'era nessuno alla reception dell'hotel che mi serviva. Erano le 5:50. C'era un gruppo in arrivo per il check-in, ma non c'era personale alla reception per assisterli. La piscina è piccola, è sul tetto, ma lo spazio è davvero molto piccolo. La palestra ha le basi. La colazione è corretta, frutta, uova, affettati, formaggi, pane e cereali. Puoi sederti sulla terrazza o all'interno. Su richiesta avevano anche pane senza glutine.

Отель понравился. Удобное расположение, близко до набережной и остановки туристического автобуса. Рядом несколько магазинов с продуктами. В номере чисто, убирают каждый день, каждый день чистое белье и полотенца. Также каждый день пополняют сахар, кофе, чай, печенье немного. Вода - 2 бутылочки, только в день заезда. Шампунь, гель, мыло - пополняют. На кухне в номере есть все для приготовления пищи: оливковое масло, соль, перец, из посуды - кастрюли, несколько сковородок, нож, ложки, вилки, тарелки, кружки, бокалы, штопор. Есть плита, микроволновая печь, вытяжка, чайник, тостер.  Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные.  Wi-fi работает хорошо. Спасибо большое за всё, нам понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле.
