Hotel a 3 stelle in Lampung, Indonesia

L'hotel è un po' stanco, che potrebbe usare un upgrade (dipinto, ad esempio).Il letto e la doccia erano buoni, il colazione è principalmente al catering asiatico, che è il principale pubblico bersaglio dell'hotel. Ma il personale non è molto accogliente quando chiedere alternative. Parte è dovuta alle barriere linguistiche, ma in altri hotel, il personale utilizza Google tradurre fluentemente per affrontare tali barriere. Spero che il personale di questo hotel si imparerà più con le applicazioni di traduzione.  Inizialmente, abbiamo offerto servizi di navetta gratuita e due ore di tempo aggiuntivo prima di controllare il tempo; il giorno successivo abbiamo dovuto rinegoziare l'accordo, che non era dovuto a una barriera linguistica perché il nostro amico indonesiano aveva chiesto questo. La rinegoziazione è probabilmente dovuta a una scarsa comunicazione tra i dipendenti che si spostano.  L'hotel è ben situato per i viaggiatori: a soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto. C'è un piccolo supermercato vicino alla porta e diversi ATM vicino.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

The hotel room quite spacious, near to mall and foodcourt, in the middle of the town , the food at restorant was superb eventhough many of the menu written in the book wasn't complete ,

Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

Congratulazioni per la posizione che si trova vicino a un supermercato, un caffè e non troppo lontano dal nostro luogo di lavoro. Non piaceva la qualità dell’acqua dalle casse, ma era molto felice che all’ascensore fosse fornita acqua fresca per gli ospiti. Il pannello di controllo ad alta tecnologia e lo specchio della camera da bagno erano al di sopra di altri hotel.

Il posto è abbastanza pulito ma non c'è tessuto nello spazio, spaziosa piscina, spaziosa parcheggio vicino al ristorante Padang e bakmie c'è una grande moschea vicino all'hotel, il colazione è meno variabile, il riso porridge è eeeenaaaaak bangeeet

Bel posto.Buona gente e buon cibo per tutti. La prossima volta ci vado di nuovo.

Le strutture della stanza sono più vecchie, le condizioni di igiene sono generalmente più vecchie, più mangiati vicino. La carta della stanza deve essere pagata in oro. La musica è particolarmente grande la notte, più dolce
