To be honest, in the photos it doesn’t look as nice as the cheaper rooms, so I was a bit hesitant. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The room is much more comfortable and pleasant than it appears in the pictures.
The bed is a bit smaller than in the cheaper rooms, but it’s actually more comfortable. The space itself is very large. Also, the beautiful aesthetic of this hotel — which often doesn’t fully come through in the photos — is really noticeable when you are actually sitting in the living room area.
Overall, a very pleasant surprise

Per rimanere una notte, è ben soddisfare le esigenze. La colazione è meno di base. Ciò che conta è che l'hotel ha una buona posizione per il trasporto. Ha un supermercato accanto, ha buona pulizia, acqua calda, gli aggiungerei solo un asciugacapelli, perché Bogota è freddo, e se hai i capelli lunghi e si bagna i capelli bagnati, è un problema.

Escasa amabilidad y simpatía de la recepcionista de noche del día que llegamos.
El café es de muy mala calidad.
No tiene buena insonorización en la habitación y se escuchaban los aviones despegando del aeropuerto.

Very nice clean budget hotel as per prices.
Staff very helpful. Eventhough there was language barrier but some of them do speak else translator is always there.
Bit noisy i believe as its a budget hotel that suffice.
Close to Airport for a budget hotel highly recommeded.

Agréable surprise cet hôtel bien placé pour visiter Bogota. Personnel aimable et bon petits déjeuner pour un prix raisonnable. Service laverie à disposition. De nombreux restaurants dans les rues à proximité. J ai même prolongé mon séjour ici.

888hanmanFive stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate.
Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area.
Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access.
Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice.
Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.)
Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.)
Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

AAmybellLa nostra esperienza è stata davvero deludente, ho pagato in questa piattaforma il prezzo pieno compreso le imposte e il destinatario ha riscosso una doppia tassa dicendo non era oee Douro e hotel’s colpa giusta legge, Qui sto aggiungendo la cattura che ho preso quando ho comprato il mio servizio qui e diceva anche le tasse, lei era così brutta e mi accusava anche di non “comprendere”, leggere bene, non capire che dovevo sapere che lo faranno, così poco professionale e grosso con un cliente, Sono viaggiato da più di 10 anni, quindi prova questa piattaforma e non ho mai avuto una cattiva esperienza fino ad ora, consiglio l'hotel cambiare il loro personale amministrativo che non sono le persone a trattare con altre persone. Ma devo dire che il personale di servizio, che intendo le ragazze e le persone che si occupano del colazione, erano fantastiche, si riparavano meglio nella ricetta, sono così gentili e puliti, e si fa il rispetto per gli altri. La palestra è così basilare, ma utile, il colazione così deliziosa, la cortina nella stanza è stata rotta e nessuno ha fatto niente... l'ultima cosa che hanno fatto menzionare le mie sorelle, hanno promesso di consegnare nella stanza e non l'ha mai fatto, quindi dovremmo andare a rivendicare, Questo dettaglio del ricevitore, quella donna brutta e anche il manager inutile che ha detto che avrebbe esaminato la prenotazione e che ha anche detto che dobbiamo reclamare il viaggio sul sito web perché è stato un errore di viaggio

UUtente ospiteThe location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side.
There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport.
Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened.
There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room.
To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

MMileKruminaHo soggiornato in questo hotel con mia madre. E' davvero vicino all'aeroporto e a pochi isolati dalla stazione “El campin stadion” Transmilenio. Anche un centro commerciale è a pochi metri di distanza. Il centro di ricerca è stato molto più facile da trovare, ma non è stato molto facile da trovare. Devo dire che questo hotel si sente più come un motel o un letto e un colazione perché è estremamente fondamentale. Non c'è ascensore e nessun uomo che possa portare il bagaglio, così mia madre ha portato la valigia fino al terzo piano e il ricevitore e io ho portato il bagaglio grande fino alla stanza. La TV satellitare è disponibile anche in inglese e spagnolo. Non ho idea se il personale dell'hotel parli inglese o non come parlo spagnolo. In generale è buono perché la zona è sicura e vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi che volevo andare come Monserrate.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è situato vicino all'università, all'incrocio tra la città vecchia e la città nuova. Il trasporto è comodo, c'è il BRT, c'è un bar al piano di sotto dell'hotel e c'è una gelateria di celebrità di Internet non molto di fronte.
Le camere hanno splendide viste e servizi moderni. La stanza non è grande.
Tuttavia, l'ambiente intorno all'hotel non sembra sicuro e ci sono molti senzatetto. Ci sono molti mendicanti. C'era un mendicante che mi ha seguito fino al bar al piano di sotto e mi ha chiesto dei soldi!

AAmybellMi sono sempre sentito molto bene in questo hotel, tutti erano così gentile e rispettoso fino ad oggi 3 dicembre 2023 alla partenza, quando la vulgare e disgustosa ricettore di un errore che non abbiamo commesso, Poiché secondo lei il pagamento non era stato effettuato prima del check in avrebbe chiamato la polizia, il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, ci chiedevamo se il pagamento era stato effettuato e ci hanno detto di sì. Allora abbiamo proposto di mandarci un link per pagare, ma non l'hanno fatto per farlo e non l'hanno fatto, ma questa ragazza si è comportata come una verdure, gridando e ammettendoci davanti agli altri ospiti che hanno fatto il check-out, Non è certamente una persona adatto a trattare con gli esseri umani, non conosce meno decenza di attenzione al cliente. Si suppone che in una reception deve essere una persona efficiente e rispettosa, ma questa signora non ha un picco di decenza o di istruzione. Beh, d'altra parte, voglio fare un'osservazione speciale alla ragazza che ha il comando del ristorante Dyana, che se dovesse essere in un posto come reception, perché è la persona più decente e gentile, per tutto e con tutto il suo carisma si porta il mio 10/10, questo se è personale di qualità, uguale per Carlos lui pulsanti che è pieno di gentilezza e efficienza. Vi consiglio di essere più efficienti in fornire. AI suoi clienti diverse alternative di pagamento, un domenica non c'era nessuno che potesse abilitare un link di pagamento o che controlla la sicurezza dell'hotel

RRafael Osorio5Q House Quinta Camacho Hotel è una grande opzione per i viaggiatori che cercano un hotel a Bogota, a buon mercato e a buon prezzo. L'hotel offre spaziose camere pulite, offre un confortevole luogo di riposo dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. Il centro di Chapinero è situato a pochi passi dal centro, e vi sono molti ristoranti, bar, caffè e discoteche.
L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture di base, come lavastoviglie rosa, shampoo, asciugacapelli, asciugamani e colazione. Ogni giorno c'è un set di colazione diverso che è buono considerando il basso costo di questo hotel.
E' sicuramente un buon valore per i soldi.

TThomasBGAmazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
