Ogni volta che vengo a Madison, vive a casa. La posizione è buona, vicino all'università, al supermercato, alla farmacia e alla strada dello Stato, e si può raggiungere a piedi.L'ambiente è buono, le strutture fitness sono complete e lavanderia è autoassistenza.
Questa è la seconda estate.Ancora soddisfatto come l'ultima volta, ma all'ultima partenza, non ci siamo ritardati per un minuto. Penso che la stanza sia troppo nervosa. L'unica cosa che non si pensa adeguata è che il cambiamento dei prezzi del loro hotel è troppo agitato. Lasciate fare le foto, e vi prego di aggiungere le foto dell'ambiente intorno a loro.

The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.
TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.
LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.
UUtente ospiteI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!
UUtente ospiteCame here with my husband to visit my hometown so I know the area very well. Best location to stay and explore and with all the new changes to downtown. However, even though location is good I will never stay again. I wouldn’t call it a hotel but more motel. It was on the better side though (cute) I would say. Definitely the hotel cost way more than is should. There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/renting bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of downtown in which they don’t even know of or which ones they are. However, I didn’t use any of that so I pretty much used up $20 ok nothing. If it was part of the hotel price itself then ok I understand but a separate charge for these amenities is ridiculous. When you look at the hotel photos you’ll also find that there aren’t photos of the bathrooms and kind of understandable. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but also not in the best condition (definitely could use remodeling).
UUtente ospiteNuovo hotel con tutte le strutture Marriott come si aspetta, come un intero colazione calda continentale con opzioni multiple e senza glutine, un amichevole personale, letti/collezioni carine e aree e camere molto pulite comuni. Solo “denuncia” sono - io considererei le strutture degli hotel Choice di decorazione, mobili e camere da mettere in età avanzata e perché è un marchio Marriott con Marriott prezzo l'hotel dovrebbe essere aggiornato. Non usano confortanti sul letto. Usano un sottile macchia tra la foglia e la copertina.. lo shampoo, il condizionatore e lavatrice del corpo che è attaccata al doccia è stato molto difficile da pompare e ottenere qualsiasi prodotto fuori. Il divertimento per rimuovere il doccia non funzionava, ma il personale era molto veloce per affrontare la questione. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.
CChouaThe front desk person was missing, and there weren't any bells to ring for service. we were waiting for over 10 minutes before a housekeeping staff came by and helped us. The check-in process was a pain, I'd pre-paid the 2 rooms online with trips.com, and the receptionist kept insisting that rooms were not paid and my credit card was declined. I had to pull up my emails with paid receipt and booking confirmation. The hotel still insisted that I call trips.com to allocate the funds to the hotel. I'd used trips.com booking the past 2 years traveling to Asia and never had any experience like this. It was an annoying and weird check-in process with Delta Hotel.

C'era una squadra di hockey giovanile che rimase lo stesso fine settimana mentre eravamo li' e i bambini erano tutti in giro attraverso l'hotel (con altri bambini che non rimase all'hotel) il livello sonoro era ridicolo e sembrava che il personale non potesse sottolineo le questioni (contatto il desk 3 volte la prima notte, e di nuovo la seconda notte!)Anche dopo le ore di calma delle 10:00 pm il rumore delle porte di abbattimento e di correre le strade era terribile.
Non dovremmo dover pagare per il rumore di altre persone e di altri che non pagano e soggiornano nell'uso dell'hotel delle strutture (pool). 2 di 3 notti erano solo alti!!!

We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.
