The renovated indoor pool is very awesome. Nice rooms although it needs to be updated as well. Costumer service is top notch. Will definitely be back again.

Poor value, dated, lack of toiletries, lack of kitchen stuff, lack of anenities. Way too expensive.

Pots and pans provided for cooking were old and had the metal peeling off , other than that nice gateway

Our stay and visit was perfect for a fun family winter waterpark get-away . Excellent staff , fun waterpark and very clean -- We will definitely come back

I liked the property a lot only thing that could have been better is our room being ready at 4 instead it was ready at 430 so we had to wait at the water park longer then we wanted with a tired little one.

Checkin was good. But never informed us when the room was ready, we just went to the room and put our stuff in after the checkin time. No soap for dishwasher, dishes or sponge or dish towels. Took some from the cart ourselves. Staff friendly, pool staff friendly until Friday, girl at towel counter was rather rude and miserable. Would go there again, these are not show stoppers, but for the money spent should have been different.

Wrote review directly to property. Would like for a refund to be considered because the money we wasted on food and other things because the property was not well equipped as well as for them not doing anything to stop the noise after quite hours was quite frustrating. ESPECIALLY for a kid friendly place. Was hard to cook and get little ones to sleep.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The restaurant on the premises was good. The 2bdrm room was nice. I would stay there again
