Wie schon in einer Bewertung gelesen, dass man den Zug hört, stimmt. Wenn einem an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel gegeben werden, schreckt das schon! Wir hatten offenbar das Glück, den Zug nur gegen 17 Uhr einmal zu hören (wirklich laut!)! Sonst alles in Ordnung! Frühstück sehr gut!

Cerco hotel locali puliti, amichevoli e sicuri. Il Querque ha colpito tutti questi requisiti e poi alcuni. E 'un edificio più vecchio, ma noi manteniamo e molto pulito. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato era amichevole ed efficiente, e quando ho incontrato il manager, ho potuto capire perché. Ci sono state molte opzioni alimentari vicino, e sono riuscito a uber dove dovevo andare per $10-$20 a seconda del tempo e della distanza. Tornerò certamente quando sarò di nuovo in zona.

This place was an absolute find. I was traveling with 2 girlfriends and we had so much space it was amazing. It was more like a b&b than motel (without all the “extra” fees). We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a small kitchen, cozy living room, and little sitting area. Both bedrooms had king size beds.
We all were spoiled and marveled at the space. For a tourist town this was a great place to stay. Additionally, if you happen to be Catholic, the Catholic Church was directly across the street.
I highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Prenotare hotel all'estero e guardare molti punti di punteggio nella prenotazione e combinare l'ordine di Trip.com.Il prezzo di questo hotel non è costoso, la posizione è buona, le strutture sono complete, la camera è pulita e l'acqua calda è abbastanza.Vale la pena raccomandare.Il lato nero e bianco dell'Organ Mountain sul lato della città sono molto visibili.

Breakfast was incredible! Loved the choices: eggs, sausage, salsas, pancakes, toast, 100% juices (not watered down), yogurt, etc. Breakfast room felt like a B&B: cozy, warm, fireplace going, clean. Really started our day right.
Room was very clean and smelled fresh.
Bed frame must have been too small for mattress because when you sat on end of bed, the mattress wanted to flip up at the top.
TV remote was a bit wonky (had to point at mirror or corner of room to make it work).
Parking lot lighting was OK, wish it had been a bit brighter.
DID NOT LIKE the pet policy enforced AFTER you get there to check in. Policy states pet fee is $20 but they don’t tell you it’s $20 PER dog and that you CAN’T leave the premises if you have a pet in your room. We had plans to go downtown that evening but unfortunately weren’t able to go. Feel they should state their whole pet policy on website so there are no surprises when you get there.

Situato nel centro di Roswell, è stato bello utilizzare grandi località e servizi come il Museo UFO e la Camera Spaziale. Le camere erano pulite e il colazione era particolarmente buono. Oltre a iogurt, cereali e pancake, cioccolatini, bacon caldo, omelete di verdura e pancake si sono riuniti, così mi sono molto soddisfatto. Molto consigliato come ostello quando si ferma a Rosswell per un viaggio di famiglia.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

UUtente ospiteGreat walkable location to the Plaza and many other locations that Santa Fe offers. Eclectic, charming property with friendly staff. The included breakfast is a great perk that we took advantage of each day and it was delicious! We were a little disappointed in our King Studio room - it was plain/lackluster compared to the pictures shown online, the thermostat options for AC temps were very limited, and the specific location of our unit was quite noisy. But overall it worked fine for us since we didn't spend much time there during our trip. One other minor complaint is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day for a 3+ day stay but we were there for 4 days and they never came.

UUtente ospiteWe have stayed at Best Western Discovery Inn twice now within a months time and we have been extremely pleased with our stays. I particularly love the convenience of the 'old' motel style where you have your own individual entry door. This convenience far outweighs dragging your luggage through the lobby and down the endless hallway. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied. But the breakfast area was spotless, so well taken care of by the staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get the woman's name that seemed in charge because she obviously took pride in presenting a clean and well stocked amenity for her customers! Lastly, the price was so fair and reasonable. We will remember this hotel for future trips. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

WWebsHard to navigate and find at night. Minimal instructions communicated upon booking as to how to get your key and where your room is. Not good or no signage for property, parking, check in etc.

I loved the setting, layout and idyllic spot. The stars at night are beautiful and the location is close driving to all you’d need.
The room was super cute. Nice decor and layout. The fireplace is the biggest win. It was a cozy, quaint and quiet place to stay.
It was in need of vacuuming. Bed and sheets clean and had all you needed to stay. It was a thoughtful set up with ceiling fan, heat, coffee, glassware, fridge and ice available.
If there was a hot tub we may come back, but will check other areas next time.

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.
