NnambismeriDesk front friendly and helpful. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared living and game area if wanted for a group. Convenienti posizione per le università e stazione ferroviaria o servizi urbani con auto o cammino. Purtroppo non ci sono parcheggi in loco, ma si può ottenere consigli su dove in città parcheggiare.

I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

RReedPUn posto assolutamente grande che si trova proprio lungo la strada dal nuovo stadione di calcio della città di St. Louis, è a due isolati da passeggiare dalla stazione Union Market della città. E' facilmente accessibile appena fuori dal I64.
Il letto era comodo, il bagno era pulito e abbastanza ben conservato. E il lato inferiore sarebbe quello del frigorifero. Era molto piccolo e non aveva sezione congelatore, che a seconda del visitatore potrebbe o non avrebbe bisogno. Vengo da lontano abbastanza e con i bambini che mi servivano per congelare i congelatori per i snack.
Il colazione ogni mattina era buono, era uova scramblete o uova scramblete con formaggio e salsa. Una mattina era una scelta di turche, patate di salsa o patate di salsa di maiale, mentre il giorno dopo era una scelta di legami di salsa di maiale o di salsa di pollo. E invece di avere un produttore di waffle, avevano una piastra calda piena di waffle congelate precotti che avevano precaldato per tutti.Oh, si', nelle mie foto vedrai una foto del latte del mio bambino. Non era scaduto, ma la pubblicità era su di esso e mi ha dato un po'di paura quando l'ho visto.
E a seconda dei piani, e di cosa devo stare vicino, se devo essere, sicuramente rimarrò qui con la mia famiglia. L'area era sicura, pulita, e ho dimenticato la parte più divertente ... Díreach intorno alla strada dall'FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

UUtente ospiteSince the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school.
It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently. We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.

UUtente ospiteLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

UUtente ospiteWe had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station.

UUtente ospiteI really only booked the room to have a place to sleep and shower for two nights, and the hotel got one of these right. The shower was a problem because, when the shower was turned on, water would gather on the ceiling and rain down. It was very unpleasant, so I skipped a shower on my second night, took a video of the problem, and shared my concern and the video with hotel staff when I checked out. Other than that, the room and common areas seemed to be mostly clean, although I cleaned things in the room that housekeeping clearly didn't get to (e.g., a sticky microwave knob). I also found the elevators intolerably hot. Yes, it was record heat outside, but I don't understand why the elevator cars weren't air conditioned like the rest of the hotel common areas. As for breakfast, it was okay for consumers of the standard American diet - I.e., high fat, high sugar - and, as a whole-food plant-based consumer, not terribly appealing. But, this is mid-America.

UUtente ospiteIl 1800 è un bel palazzo come un museo, molto originale, ben mantenuto, molto pulito.Come è promosso come Bed and Breakfast, ci aspettavamo un certo servizio, ma era davvero un servizio autonomo stile AirBnB. Prima, la casa era molto fredda, soprattutto nel dormitorio di notte. Secondo, il colazione era una delusione. La descrizione parlava di avere accesso alla cucina per 24 ore, soprattutto colazione. Quando andammo in cucina, non c'era quasi nessun cibo, non c'erano uova nel frigo, il melone tagliato in contenitori nel frigo era come un giorno di età e lasciato con solo pochi pezzi. C'era un po' di lattuce in un contenitore, ma era vecchio con colore rosso/marrone. Ho trovato una tazza di yogurt, ma è scaduto il 4/7. Anche se ci piaceva la casa storica e l'esperienza, ma non abbiamo visto il valore del denaro che pagavamo.
