Excellent location and spectacular view. Staff are all very accommodating to many requests. However the bathroom is a bit run down and sometimes not well cleaned. I would stay again but I would not recommend the breakfast.

酒店性價比很高，地理位置也好。大堂很華麗典雅。前台明慧很心細 很熱情，辦理入住速度很快。房間空間大，有窗户，周邊景觀很好 還有蠻多餐館超市啥的，房間有吹風機、冰箱，設施很全面。房間很安靜，很放鬆。早餐種類多，味道很好，還有荊州本地的牛肉米粉超好吃。地下停車場也是免費的，停車位充足。四樓還有恆温泳池和健身房，住店客人可以免費使用。酒店價格實惠 質量有保證，下次再來荊州還是選他家，強烈推薦。

去荊州古城旅行，當天選來選去還選擇了富力萬達嘉華酒店，它在當地口碑最好，我也是出租車司機告許我的，酒店離古城很近走過去10分鐘，樓下萬達廣場吃也方便，房間乾淨，樓層姓李服務員好，早餐豐富，味道極好，早餐枱前接待員小姑娘工作很認真和主廚Andy劉都很好，最後一定要提一下，前台的工作人員笑容春風，特別是小姚這位小姐姐工作特別特別的認真，酒店領導一定要表揚她，這次在該酒店雖衹住了一晚，我認為酒店已開了近多年了，但維護還可以，但它給我留下了很深刻印象，希望該酒店越來越好！

旅行來到湖北的洪湖，兒子在釣魚遊戲裏看到了洪湖釣場，於是就帶他們來看看。 酒店位於洪湖邊上，風景秀麗，有地下停車場，設施各方面還不錯，有陽台，微風拂面。酒店的晚餐可以去嚐嚐，蓮藕很好吃。 特別表揚酒店前台的帥哥，好像也姓劉，服務態度好，有求必應，幫忙解決問題！

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

每次回石首都住這裏！之前的前台各方面都很優秀！這次過年回來住有個前台根本不適合這項工作！死板，冷漠，甚至有多一事不如少一事的做事風格！邏輯不專業，給出的理由笑掉大牙！我攜程上訂了幾個晚上，最後一天沒給我送早餐，我問她怎麼沒早餐，她説我訂的不含早，我説前幾天的怎麼有早餐能否贈送一個，他回答不行，因為他沒有權限！！

房間很寬敞，超大陽台可以觀景看書，配有晾衣架，泡温泉回來晾曬衣服很方便。房間床很舒適，晚上睡覺很安靜，適合度假休閑，早餐自助餐廳花樣多，味道也不錯。
