Hotel a 3 stelle in Mississippi, Stati Uniti d'America

Abbiamo davvero goduto del nostro tempo e posso dire sinceramente che la doccia è stata la migliore che abbia mai avuto in un tempo in un hotel. L'acqua si riscalda abbastanza tutte le attrezzature che avevamo bisogno, ci sono state fornite e siamo riusciti a passare tempo di qualità insieme in un'atmosfera pulita e pulita.

Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

La piscina interna era super bello. La barbecue aveva un ottimo cibo, la sala da pranzo era fantastica! I lavoratori erano amici e l'alcol gratuito è grande! Letti super comodi e tonnellate di cuscinetti il posto è divertente

Grande posizione di soggiorno per notte appena fuori I-22. Facile da arrivare e tornare a viaggiare la mattina successiva. Camera pulita e confortevole. Buon colazione calda servito abbastanza presto per godersi e tornare sulla strada.

This Holiday Inn is great! It’s very clean and lit up very well all around the property. We stayed in a king suite and it was very clean. The pillows were so soft and the bed very comfortable. We got to breakfast a little late but the attendant there was so nice to my kids and I. She helped us prepare our breakfast and didn’t rush us at all. We pass through the area a lot and I will be sure to stop here the next time we need to find a place to rest.

Il cibo era dolce ma buono al Café.L'hotel era un buon posto per stare la notte.

La stanza era una grande stanza pulita e molto ben organizzata .

Sono difficile da accontentare quando si tratta di un soggiorno lontano da casa, ma questo hotel qui mi è piaciuto molto. L'hotel è super pulito.....

Questo posto è stato un grande luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi per il fine settimana.
